It was a pretty good experience...I went on a Sunday and it was crowded as I expected. I went for a pedicure for a good message on my tired, numb feet as well as to have my toes done. The nail tech was pleasant and helpful. I informed her that I had neuropathy (numbness and prickling) in my feet so that her actions wouldnt be so vigorous...I wasnt sure if she understood me or not, but she was gentle yet effective in the process. She polished my toes nicely and massaged them so well that it relieved me of some of my discomfort! Dont remember her name, but she was an older lady wearing glasses and a long ponytail. I would recommend Nail Luv to anyone wanting to get a good foot massage, men were there too!

I came in at 1:30 and I I was made aware of a long wait time which was understandable with it being Easter Sunday I normally come here for David Kathy her sister or Kevin but today neither was here toda I’ve waited for 3 hrs where he took his regulars I’m guessing because they new him by name it’s now 6and I’m just now getting my toes done and he tells me I came in to late to get my full service which is my nails and toes I’ve been coming here for over 20 yrs and never experienced service as such

They over charged me and Im going to let the owner know I was disappointed in my service. Hands didnt get painted with gloss to finish off the look I had do so myself at home. She charged me $112 at 1st then took it down to $102 I still think that was to much for me. I suppose of got and fill in not a fullset priceMy hands itself she charged me $55 for just my hands talking about length of your nails nd I paid $70 from the gate I dont appreciate it at all

Was my favorite place untill they kept giving me the lady that doesnt know what shes doing worst job ever and then she charges me 60 for some short nails

This place is the worst for long nails kept breaking off at the tip after first day lost 2 went after waiting 3hrs had to pay to fix went home and lost another nail now three days later i have lost 3 nails this place is a money grab an they over charge you never paid that ever for my nails an now they all have broken off

Customer service is not great at all. In a business that is based on clients being happy in order to return you would think that customer service should be of tantamount importance... Unfortunately, that isnt the case.. I will not be back.

Horrible Service. They make my nails super thin and when they break, within a week or less, they still charge me to fix it. I do not feel welcome at their shop nor do I feel my service is being appreciated. I’m from Cali and I just moved out here so I was looking for a set nail shop but they will not be getting anymore of my money. I shouldnt even give them 1 star! Plus the location is nasty and ratchet. Please save yourselves your time & money!!!

My first time there they can do a little bit better with customer service they assumed Ive been there before so I stood at the door for a while then they ask what did I want and told me to sign in and because I wanted my nails active length she seemed to have an attitude because she had to cut my nails again but at the end she did ask was I okay again they can do better with customer service

They have terrible attitudes when you try to explain something to them and they don’t agree.... I would recommend to go to another nail shop..... not only does the customer service SUCKS the service does too, no one can do the coffin shape nails and the gel polish is old and does not last.... I went there 3 times hoping I’ll have a better experience it has been terrible each time

Overpriced big time! I made the mistake of trusting the youngest tech named Mya who started off nice. Once she began painting my 💅, she chose a bottle of the color I wanted that didnt even have enough of polish in it to paint 5 fingers on one hand much less 10 fingers for both hands! UNBELIEVABLE! I ended up buying some nail polish at Dollar Tree and went home and painted my own 💅😜😠😠😠 Now what I hated mostly was how the tech had been laughing and speaking English during the majority that she was doing my nails and next thing she and the tech standing beside my tech, began speaking their own language about whatever their opinions of me were. I knew that I was definitely the subject of their conversation but I couldnt tell you whatever they had said of course. I was even madder knowing that I tipped her$5..... NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER TIP ANYMORE! They dont respect nor appreciate our business and nor do they care about the job they care about the actual services that they perform so from here on out, if I go to this 💅 salon, I will NEVER EVER pay 1 cents more than they charge me!

They are not consistent with their pricing. They have charge $16, $18, and $25 for the same fill-in. The nail techs dont have their certificates posted so its hard to say if you will receive quality service from someone who is actually qualified. I have received poor quality at this location before but decided that it was the individual and not the entire shop. The manager/owner could be A LOT better with customer service. I will probably come back in the distant future but not any time soon.

I will never go on a Sunday again. Football game was to distracting for the techs. But my nails ( finally) turned out great. Ill try again during the week

Ive been going to Nail Luv since i was 14 yrs old! (Almost 20 yrs) The ONLY place i trust with my hands and feet. Very clean, very thorough, good service!

DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously do not go here!!! This place is horrible!!? The customer service level of the employees is the worst. This place is bootleg. Their polishes are old, dried out and chunky. They have no hand brushes for you to use when you wash your hands. Every color you pick they dont have it anymore, they ran out. They remove your polish in the most outdated and cheap way. Put your hand in a bowl of polish remover. Can you say stuck in the 90s!!! Then you have sns and acetone dried up all over your hand that they do not get off. They did not get all my previous polish off of my nails. These people are rude and beyond amateurs doing nails. They put these things (with polish remover inside it) on my friends nails that cut off her circulation. Her finger tips turned purple from it cutting off her circulation. They have no sns colors and regular polishes that match. These people need to invest in adequate supplies.

They were good i had been going there for 3 years but yesterday I went the lady had an attitude that did my nails and she didnt do what was asked so I wont be back....

I went in on the 3rd ot July because im getting married this weekend. They didnt know how to do what I requested. One lady did my design on my feet 5 times and still didnt get it right. Someone else did it and im ok with the feet (thats why I gave it 2 stars) but my hands not so much. She didnt polish it completely, and they closed and rushed us out the door saying we dont want to be here until midnight it was only 8:30. I told them I wanted my nails dry before I left. They all stood in a huddle and kept rushing me. One workers added clear polish and the one who did my nails yelled at her and said they are trying to leave. After it was all said and done, a few minutes later our (me and my daughters) nails were a disaster and im NEVER returning. I wish i could add photos!

I am applauded at the Service I received this past Saturday. I too, have been going there off and on for many years before they remodeled. However, Mya drops and implement on the floor picked it up and put it on my hands. No alcohol, no disinfectant not even water. Is very unprofessional especially in front of a customer
