The five stars Im giving this location is based on my experience today. Mrs./Ms Val is definitely the right fit for this establishment. Doing laundry is a daunting task and extremely frustrating at times but Ms. Val is always right there even if you dont think she is. Shes courteous, resourceful, and I dont believe there is any challenge youll encounter she cant fix. She makes you feel like youre washing clothes at home on a lazy Sunday afternoon instead of in a laundromat. Thank you for your kindness Ms. Val and because of you I may definitely come back💪🏿💪🏿!!!!

Usually have a good night here but, DJ or the guy that works overnight didnt fully help me. 42 dryer was not blowing heat so he decided to only pay one of the smaller dryers and the rest of the clothes naw told me he can only do one so I had to come out my pocket for an extra 50 minutes plus he still didnt put a sign on that dryer. Cant do just do half of your job. Hes going to be there for a long time complaining about not getting much. I see why now. Definitely not coming here anymore.

Today was my first time going to a laundromat in many, many years. Tropical breeze on MLK was really nice. It was clean, had lots of washers and dryers and the attendant, Miss Valerie, was AWESOME! I thought the washers still took quarters 😊 but Miss Valerie assisted me with loading a card and explained the process to me. It was also a pleasure talking with her and I really appreciate her making my experience a good one.

Some of dryer not hot enough no hot water in big wash guy has put water in washer I pay to much for wash I up there every Sunday Monday

None of the washers work on hot water. The worker told me, You aint gotta use it. Then shrugged his shoulders.

Ive been a faithful customer for years and its really sad that the air conditioning is not working. Youve just lost a loyal customer. I moved to Conyers which is quite a distance but I loved coming because of the cleanliness but now ill find another laundry mat. So sad that you dont care about your customers!!!! You ever hear of word of mouth advertising??? Well be ready I.m Sure for sales to drop significantly!!!!

I came to this location because it was saying 24hours on line which was great for me because i got off work late and needed to wash clothes and go grocery shopping...well i got to the laundromat around 9pm i put my clothes in the washer and headed to the grocery store. I got back around 11pm to put my clothes in the dryer and finish my laundry. When i arrived the nite shift worker Mr. Gregory whome was very nice and helpful told me that they were closed...i told him that when i Google this location it said it was open 24hours..he told me that he have been having this problem for a while now with the hours not being changed by the owner..he was nice enough to stay longer than his expected shift time soo that i was still able to dry my clothes...to anyone looking for a 24hrs laundromat This location is not it they open at 7:00am and close at 11:00pm...

This laundromat is clean, the attendants there are very nice and helpful. I like that they use cards instead of change the best.

Love washing here, I get all my clothes washed and dried right at a good time frame.Only thing that takes time is starting certain machines when youre putting time on your machine, needs fixing!

Horrible!! The change dispenser has been down now seems like forever. Its so inconvenient that I have to go down the street to the store to get change. Some of the machines dont work correctly. The mens bathroom is down so men and women have to use the womens bathroom. Urine is always on the seat and the attendant has to be called to clean it. The new guy they have is very very helpful and considerate. However that company make all that money and cant even put money into their business to fix stuff... Its ridiculous!! I will be finding another laundry mat to go to ASAP!

Dangerous place to have to go.. but what I do like about it is you can sit in your car and see everything thats going on. And almost every washer youll have to add water to it after using the washing machine. They gives you $5 Bucks for each $50 that you spend because they know the washers and dryers arent any good. And the so called manager the little skinny lady with the mini fro some ones going to put her in check.. That nasty attitude has got to go..

Always clean. Staff is very helpful when you need their help. Only 4⭐ because laundry cards are tricky to use in the dryers.

Accessible but 1 turn in easily missed, clean, fairly priced with after hours specials (midnight 1/2 price), Miss Pam keeps it clean and helpful with questions, need a card sold there to use all machines, restrooms kept clean, TVs for entertrainment, cash only that I saw... pictures accurate online.

The maintenance lady is a shyster. She added time for me on the dryer. I asked her to teach me just in case I needed to add more time. She stuck my card and added more time without my authorization! Then she got smart! and and replied Ill give u .35 cent back! Its not about the .35 cents! When my close were dry i had 15 MINS left on the clock .Its about being professional! BEWARE ! She is a Shyster ...go somewhere Else! She will take your kindness for weakness!....

Quiet simple and half off dryers after 12 midnight

To wash is expensive, all washers only wash for 23 minutes and does not wash your clothes properly. Hot water doesn’t work on most washers. Some of the washers doesn’t run water in them when you start washer. When u put the card in the machine it doesn’t work you have to get help because the machine doesn’t read the card. So many things need to be fixed in their. On the other hand it is very cheap to dry your clothes.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE & MACHINES IVE USED YET! My ONLY issue at all, an its no real fault of the business its self, but its very difficult to see when driving up on it an if u pass it u have to travel all way back dwn & U Turn, so becarful. The gentleman working a.m. shift is AWESOME! Actually AWESOME does not begin 2 explain his customer service THANK U! I WILL BE BACK!...**Just a tiny piece of advice though, keep in mind, though this business IS AWESOME during the a.m., that that part of town is NOT the safest place to be wondering about after dark, Id suggest, pay attention 2 ur surroundings @ all times, Keep vehical locked up & also carry some sort of quick defence such as mase, a tazer or at least take a buddy/friend/bf e ct so ur not alone**Even with regards 2 the particular area & its safety/reputation I STILL WILL RETURN & I STILL RECOMMEND 2 ANYONE... This was the worst experience I have had in my life at a laundromat.The machine didnt wash my clothes, they didnt even get wet,and the dryer is rigged up. The lady didnt give me no refund or didnt rewash a load for me since I wasted my money here..I wont come here no more its plenty more places I can wash my clothes at...
