Places a little dirty the machines are dirty as well and has the smell in them I went to wash one of the machines out of the laundry attended get spicy with me and asked me why am I washing it out

My main laundry facility. The ladies here are really nice and helpful. Normally a very busy location so I try to go in the early mornings. The ladies keep the facility clean which is a wonderful thing!!!!!

I soooo want to give this place 5-stars!!! However, the only times Ive been here Ive had issue with things happening to my laundry and other things. I am giving them 4-stars since they are working on resolution to my issues.1st trip, I needed to wash my pillow top bed topper for guests coming in from Texas. I found this laundromat using google, reviews, and location to other places I needed to go to during my errands. So I arrive with plenty time to wash and dry this 1 item. I love that they have several size washers, drying included free for patrons, they say they provide free laundry soap(I prefer my own), they use many methods of payments, they have play areas for the children, games, lots of seating, places to fold, enough carts, clean restrooms, snacks, ATM machine, laundry service, laundry aids(tennis balls), soaps, softener, efficiency tips, and helpful attendants.But....., things happen.... As anytime I wash I look inside machines to see if the laundry fits and no items were left in....i.e. socks, change, shirt, etc. Didnt see anything. My item washed with no incident. It smelled delicious, fresh, clean, and looked great too! Then took it to a dryer.... checked that too mainly for size and settings, saw nothing. The dryer went through 1 cycle, then I went to flip it to dry the other side.... nothing. After next cycle it felt pretty dry so Im excited and impressed by the efficacy of the machine since most laundromat dryers arent that good and this is a California King size pillow top mattress topper(I guess when the dryers are free no reason to be inefficient). I pull it out all warm smelling good and fresh, Im bragging to my mom how this is going to be my spot for my large items(I have my own washer and dryer), then I ask my mom to help me fold it. As Im flipping it out a blue sharpie bottom drops out 😮😲😭, so I examine it and see blue permanent ink all over my topper!!! I was shut down! My joy deflated....so I turn back into the dryer to see how the H I didnt see this in there and I find the top and inner ink tube sticking out one of the holes right next to one of the flanks! Immediately I call the attendant(Shanae) who listened and took an incident report for management. Then she attempted to wash it to see if itd come out, but I knew that wasnt going to work(stains typically set after dried in dryer), but as I told her if thats your policy to remedy the situation Ill go along with that.... the stains did not budge. She then contacted owner who said we could discuss later after lots of conversation since the place was now closed. I rewashed it in plain water because the powder soap she used was still all throughout the topper after her cleaning attempt. Then she offered tennis balls to dry it faster. Also she said I could leave it for the owner to deal with prior to my last wash but I absolutely needed it for my guests. Plus they wanted me to come back the next day but my guests arrived that morning and I had a completely full schedule as I do EVERYDAY! 😵 That was out the question hence me staying another hour and 45 minutes. The attendants, Shanae and Chicago were very gracious and helpful throughout 👏🏾. Management had been following up though weve currently in phone-tag. Actions pending.....

What a beautiful laundromat! While on vacation, visiting from Chicago, my family and I had cause to visit this business. When we entered the bright and clean establishment, we were greeted warmly by a smiling young woman, who immediately welcomed us. When I explained to her that I needed, to launder my familys sleeping bags and fly fishing clothes, she directed us to Big Bertha. In that HUGE washer, I was able to fit all of clothes and our sleeping bags, which were soiled from our camping trip. The restroom was yet another pleasant surprise! Clean and decorated in a high end way, unlike any other laundromat bathroom Id ever seen. Before we left, the employee thanked us for coming and we thanked her for her assistance. If were ever back in the area camping and fishing again, we would definitely return to use Big Bertha! VERY NICE establishment and courteous staff! My family and I would highly recommend this place!

I hadnt been to a laundromat in years so I was reluctant however, this place was clean, there were PLENTY of washers, the clerk was friendly and curtious and people were respecting it as a laundromat and not a hang out spot.

I love the fact that Wash & Spin accepts credit/debit cards...it eliminates the hassle of looking for exact change. Clean establishment, friendly staff and convenient. 2 thumbs up!

Staff was great.

Its convenient for free drying but sanitation is horrible and I blame the city for that show should everyone sidewalks and streets should be sanitized every week they have the workers and money to do so I have a friend that always leave work on the alone with other city workers that claims theres nothing to do supervisor tells them to stay on the clock and leave the premises but come back to clock sad especially when people are fighting to get minimum wage raised for other workers

The WORST customer service Ive had in a LONG TIME! Whoever was answering the phone at 11am on Sunday October 25th... was the rudest, most ghetto, ignorant person ever! How she got this job....better yet, how she is still employed....I have no clue!!!!!

Its convenient for me. I live 2 minutes away. Dryers are free. There are plenty of washers and dryers.

I go here once a week. I really enjoy the clean atmosphere and the prices. The customer service is great as well. Everyone has a pleasant attitude, helpful and friendly. I will continue using this laundromat it’s in my neighborhood.

Bright, clean, and friendly staff. $6 to wash (warm water) and dry 20 lbs of laundry plus free soap. Not a bad deal, especially considering how nice the place is. You can pay with cash, credit, or mobile wallet (an option you dont find too often). The only issue is that customers have a tendency to hog the laundry carts, so I wish there was better policing of that.

I have been to this laundromat several times- the owner is a very nice lady. I went there today around noon to do my laundry...a worker- blaxk female left her gum in my washing machine while I sat in my car- as the signs request for the customers to do...RIDICULOUS!!!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and the experience was always a pleasure. Tonight I had a very bad experience with an employee. For one the website clearly states the last wash is at 9:00 P.M. if this time isn’t correct PLEASE correct it so that people don’t waste their gas nor time driving here. I walk in the door at 8:42 thinking that I could still wash my clothes without a problem. I understand that everyone wants to go home on time but what about the customers? Also I would’ve been considerate if the website wasn’t misleading. Please fix the times to avoid any further confusion.

Here you pay for washers but dry clothes free. Triple and double sized washers; as well as standard size. Attendants on duty to make change and provide laundry items that are for sale. Also provide wash, dry and fold service for a fee. Childrens play area and restroom. Very clean in a relatively peaceful atmosphere. Uhaul Truck Rental at this location.

Wash and Spin in the Campbelton Plaza is a nice facility. There are several load capacity washing machines and free dryers. Clean environment with washing supplies for purchase. You can also rent U-haul trucks and equipment.

EXPENSIVE! For a regular top load washer is $4 and it goes all the way up to $12 for the big commercial washers. Its an extra $1 for warm/hot water. Honestly, who is going to wash their clothes in cold water?! Its not really card friendly because once you swipe your card you wont be able to get the extra service without paying IN CASH. What kind of stuff is that? All in all, i had paid $5 on my card for the washer then used the ATM to get another $20 on top of the $2.50 transaction fee. For how much it cost me to wash here I couldve went to midtown or buck head for the same price 🤷🏽‍♀️

I come to wash once a month 6-8 loads and Im always able to get in and out. I love the credit card machine on the washers, now I dont have to stop at the ATM before washing clothes. Nice place, nice people, been a customer since 2014.

Unclean building, less than friendly atmosphere. It could have been the timing, but I left without drying my clothes. I went elsewhere.

They custom service is very poor the young ladies are rough and disrespectful to the customers. Tell peoples to stay outside when you are washing your clothes. Dont fold your clothes. Why would you leave your clothes in the place where you can complete the job. I will not be back.

The laundry facility itself is nice but it has flaws. First flaw is you have to pay extra for hot water. What kind of stuff is that. That should be included. I’ve never been to a facility that charges you for hot water. The next flaw is the washers are small and very expensive. There are plenty of em but they are too expensive. That alone has lost my interest. The only good thing is they have a play area for kids and the dryers are free.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. A variety of washers, reg.- xxxlg. Dryers are free. $6.00 for a top load washer is expensive to me. I dont have enough clothes to fill a machine unless I wash every 6 weeks. They are handicapped accessible with plenty of parking. They have drop-off laundry service and sell detergent, bleach and fabric softeners. There is a restroom available, vending machines and games. They also have UHaul service.

Im new to Atlanta I Googled this placed It looked clean and nice. I got there at 9:02 pm with 1 LOAD the door was LOCKED! The attendant came to the door and said she close at 10pm and she is walking out the door at 10pm. They should have this on their website and the door stating last wash is 9pm. Her ATTITUDE didnt help at all!

I dont think I have ever been to a laundromat as nice as this one. I decided to go out of my neighborhood for a change to get a different experience and Im glad I did. I got there at 8am. This place has automatic doors so that you dont struggle getting in the door with your laundry. I was greeted by a couple of employees working there. Thats so unusual these days. Usually laundromats almost always run themselves with no one in them. Not here. There are huge rolling carts at the door and there is a ramp so that you dont have to walk down the steps.The washers take either coin or debit card/credit card. This is a win win win for me as I do not carry cash almost never. They have every size machine you can think of and at first it seems a little pricey but he dryers are free. So I guess thats how they offset it but its all good. I had a lot of clothes and only paid $14. I usually pay $20.There is a play area for children, computer, and they even rent UHauls in this location which is another plus. There were plenty of trucks in the lot. That is unusual as well because in Atlanta people move constantly. The place is super clean and even the bathroom is clean. Amazed!!!

I went to wash and spin today having recently just moved out of my house where I had a washer and dryer into a apartment that didnt have either. A nice lady attendant saw my leagally blind behind trying to read the machines and showed me which one to use, She even loaded the machine for me. I will return.Kevin,

Very rude unprofessional disrespectful staff when I asked to speak with the supervisor/owner the female employee that was at the counter basically gave me the run around to protect the other employee that was being disrespectful and using vulgar language towards me in front of other customers...

If you live on this side of town this is a great place to get do your laundry. They have dozens of washers and driers and if you wash their you get free drying. They also rent uhaul trucks and have a computer to rent if you need one.

This is the worst laundromat i have ever been to in my life. The washers are small and they dont work very well. I didnt have any bleach so i added extra washing powder and once it started washing there were suds leaking out of the machine. I was also told i have to pay $1 extra for hot water but my whites were still dirty when they came out. I will never come here ever again!

I literally just walked in the door and was immediately told that the last wash is at 8:45pm. The time is 8:47pm. They close at 10pm. THE WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE YOU COULD OFFER.
