This place is actually open 24 hours! I know it’s amazing nowadays. Everything inside here is extremely clean and new. Definitely the cleanest laundromat location that I have ever been to. You can even pay with their app and earn rewards too. Just put your clothes in a machine and scan its QR code with your phone, and then you’re almost done.

I just love going early in the morning. Everything is clean easy to operate. People wear their masks and are polite.

I want to say that this is my favorite laundromat!! I go every Monday morning. I been going here for a month and Jessica is a sweetheart, she is always cleaning making sure everything is spotless clean, I remember when I first came i was used to the quarters and she took her time to show me step by step how to download the app and told me if i needed anything else she would be happy to assist me. I went there a few times in the afternoon and the attendants are very mean and never want to help with anything. they wont clean. There is one that I had never seen before I started going on Mondays, I think she is new I dont really know but she has the worst attitude ever!!! I tried buying soap from her and she was eating and told me there is detergent in the vending machine. Really!!!!! And with a bad attitude, I needed a bigger one but she didnt want it to sell to me or she was too lazy to get up. I wish I knew her name the only thing I know is that she is the manager or someone in charged because I saw her putting sodas inside the vending machines! I wont ever go back there to give you my money when that lady is there I prefer to leave if I see her there. Other than that I love this laundromat. Just be careful with the people you hire.

Clean inside, but overpriced and poor customer service. Today was my first visit and I did not know how to use machines as the wording was in Spanish. The attendant was washing the windows and said she would help me but did not come to the machine to help. Also the laundry detergent machine only took cash. I left and went to another laundry mat on Buford hwy and paid to wash and dry as they had a better attendant.

I’ve been using this facility weekly while visiting from Florida.Definitely the cleanest in the area. It’s always spotless with clean washer’s and dryer’s. I love it because it’s cashless and I hate having to stop and get change to wash.It was a little difficult at first because everything is computer generated from the cell phone and the app. Unfortunately, none of the employees actually know how to use anything or care to help. The turnover of employees over here has been tremendous. Seems like they have new workers in this place every few days.Also, I stop by today to use the washer, so that I could wash some of my gym clothes and I initially went in through the front entrance but went out through the side door. The side door now has a sign on it that says “ please keep this door shut“ So I shut the door behind me and little do I know the girl that works here in the morning comes right behind me and locks the door so that I can’t return back inside which was kind of rude.I wanted to come back in on the side that was closest to the washer because it’s cooler on that side and I didn’t want to keep walking through the place.I’ve noticed that since this girl has been working, she kind of acts like she owns the place. I understand if they want to keep stragglers out but, still I’m a paying customer and I should be able to walk back in through a door if it was unlocked In the first place. I don’t wanna be trapped on a one way in and one way out situation just in case of an emergency.

5 stars! It was my first time visiting and I loved it, the app is way smoother than having to carry around a ziplock bag full of quarters and having to insert them one by one in the machine. Now you can pay from your card just with the app. The only downside I would say is the machines are a bit more expensive and they charge for different temperatures, but I think it was worth it. Plus the inside is very clean and the staff are so nice!

Its very clean in here & the machines are new. Im giving three stars because when I walked in I was a bit confused. So I walked up to the counter & asked to get change. The lady was like For???? In a smart alleck way.I said to get change to wash. She then proceeded to say with an attitude that the machines dont take quarters and to download the app. Which she couldve said in a better way without the attitude. Ive never been there b4 this & wont be back.

Laundromat was dirty, trash everywhere, Parking lot full of trash..homeless people inside sleeping and drinking...First and last time here. I went this sunday around 11:45 pm the attendant was outside the whole time inside her red car. I couldnt even turn my machines on because i had no help. Worse customer service ever. A customer that was there showed me how to pay at the kiosk. Why would you hire someone and pay them to be sleeping outside in her car? I will never return here. Waste of time and money. I will tell all my friends and family to never come here.

This laundromat has recently opened for some months now and it is great! The prices to wash and dry, I am not so used to, but besides that it is nice & clean,with good working machines and the attendant is also very nice. Ill give it a 👍🏽

I wouldve gave it a -1 but that isnt an option. Attendant had the WORST attitude EVER! She was dead sleep when I arrived and was cranky the whole experience. Didnt know or wasnt willing to explain the operation of the machines. Got into a shouting match smh.I left.She better be glad Im a gentleman.

Last week I had the worst experience with the manager her name is millie! She was really rude and didnt wanted to help me because she was eating or other customers! She told me to download the app because she didnt have time to help me.i am a regular customer but never downloaded the app because its easier for me to pay at the cash register! You guys will loose customers because of people like her! There was another lady that needed help and she was so scare to ask the manager for help because of her attitude! She was folding clothes and when I went to pay for my dryer she told me what do you need now I told you to download the app because I am busy. I was not gonna go again but this laundry mat is close to my house and I went back around 1 pm on Wednesday and I meet this nice woman that treated me like a person and helped me with everything that I needed!!! You should not have managers to deal with people if they dont know how to tread them. for now on I know that that nice lady works on Wednesday in the morning and thats when I will g and spend my money with no problem but please people be careful when yall go there and millie (the manager) is there!!!! She will be nasty and rude to you!!!!!!

This laundry mat is super clean. The staff is helpful. They assisted me within two minutes of walking in. They introduced me to the app and showed me how to use the machines.

Always clean, ALL the machines are new and actually work properly. Theres really nothing to complain about. It is a little higher priced than some others but that gets machines that work and dryers that dry, so its worth it. The shop is cashless as well which is a huge help to me. Getting quarters to do laundry was a huge hassle. Not at this place. Its easy and simple.

First it’s clean!! The machines work and I love I don’t have to worry about quarters. Everything can be done through the app...( now if only they could make an app to fold the clothes that would be great).

Omg this is the ONLY laundromat I use! I am spoiled because there is NO MORE NEED FOR QUARTERS! You download the speed queen app and select their laundromat and you load the app with your payment and the washers and dryers are all numbered so all you have to do is enter the number washer or dryer that you are using and BAM!The best part is the dryer allows you to add time to it from the app so no more sitting in the laundromat waiting and opening up the dryer door to see if your clothes are almost doneI LOVE this place! Until I get a place with a washer dryer hookup this is the only place I will go to do my clothes

The WORST!!! Place is clean looks jetson like and doesnt use cash. Which suuuuucks because the attendant has NO CLUE of what they are doing! And the machines are in Spanish!!! I cant even use the app and the pay machine doesnt even work! The ONLY reason Im leaving this review is because its taken me over an HOUR just to wash 2 loads and Im STILL waiting for him to figure out how to let me dry! NEVER AGAIN!P.S. Def not the employees fault! Its the horrible owner that would leave him here untrained by himself and its only his second day

I love this place!! It is always super clean and the attendants are always amazingly nice! The atmosphere is always super chill too!! You cant use cash directly for the machines but you will have 2 options to start the wash. 1. (Download the app from Google play store or Apple store for whichever phone that you have )...SpeedQueen App which downloads funds directly from your bank account to be added to your account for the wash or 2. Add cash with the attendant onto a card that you will have to purchase. After so many washes, the app will give you free washes or other incentives!

I ask for help one girl working she is in the phone always she was so rude with me and I just request her to fixed my menit but she didn’t do anything and my clothes are bunn I’m honestly surprised how they run the laundry with this kind of employe so bad service

The people are SUPER NICE. The place is always kept spotlessly clean. Thier fluff and fold is pleasantly reasonable for those days when your on the run and its such an easy location to get to it makes this place a no brainer.

This place is always clean and all of the machines work. I love that doing laundry here can be completely cashless if you use the app! I hate having to hold onto quarters for other laundromats. Also, being so close to food places like restaurants, gas stations, and the grocery store mean you can pop out and right back in pretty quickly if you get hungry (they do have vending machines, though). My only gripe is the toy-drop machine that plays the same tune on repeat without ceasing. I know its meant to draw the attention of children, but I wish theyd cut the sound off because music is already playing throughout the building (70s, 80s, 90s pop hits), plus the TV is usually on = SENSORY OVERLOAD!
