Ive been using Shallowford Cleaners since moving into the neighborhood four years ago. The attendant knows me by name and is always happy to see me. In addition to dry cleaning, Ive also had clothing hemmed, buttons sewn on, and rugs that cannot be washed cleaned here. Service and quality has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. I wont go anywhere else.

They are so great here! Cleaned up my stained slacks with ease and always have my button down shirts and slacks ready to go in a couple days pressed and ready for work! Best cleaners around!

Lived in the neighborhood a while. Never had a problem. Not sure why the reviews have been bad. Attendant is always nice. If I show him a stain, he says he will do the best to get it out.

I have used this dry cleaner for years and never had a problem. Attendants are polite and they do a great job. Ive also used them for alterations.

The work is ok and on time, but the attendant is very rude, he will push you towards higher price or wrong services if you don;t say anything and always argue with costumers what makes it a painful experience each time. One bad employee can ruin the entire business.

If I could give this place LESS - I would. I took a designer label dress in here for hemming. They hemmed it backwards - as in the front of the dress is longer than the back. With the design and cut of the dress, it will be virtually impossible to correct. Its gone from being a summer favorite to totally unwearable. Flush $200 down the toilet.I have tried twice to seek a solution with the owner of the business - who is conveniently NEVER there. Instead - I was left to deal with this ignorant, RUDE, tiny little man who clearly does not care less.This place SUCKS! Horrible work standards and ethics - even worse in regards to how they treat customers.

Took them a brand new never worn shirt to dry clean to wear to an overseas wedding. The shirt came back in what looked obviously machine pressed with broken buttons. This has happened before but they told me they dry cleaned the shirt. This time they told me the same and would not back down, plus they were rude. I am a long time customer or rather I was a long time customer. Trust gone, business gone. Unethical behavior.

Took a faux fur blanket and a shirt there. Turn around was quick, but the blanket came back matted and clumped together, totally ruined. The shirt came back with a tear in the sleeve. Never going back.

This place is horrible do not take your clothes here . They burn your clothes up when they press them, and tell you that they dry clean everything . You’ve been warned .......
