Don see what these reviewers saw but this place was spotless on my visit. All machines are new and working well. Customer service person was very friendly and helpful.

Just moved to the neighborhood, was looking for a good spot that was clean or at least look like it.. this place was FAST and cool environment. Lots to do to kill time in the area even at 9:40pm

I never rate but this was the worst!!!!! No exaggeration, about 40 washers, MAYBE nine was working. Super packed too. I just left. I rather not. Please avoid so they will sell to an owner who cares.

None of the dam machines work and its really hot in there. The cash machine Will take your money then they try offer a laundromat credit. What will I do with that?

These people trick you into believing that the dryers are free, but the price for washing your clothes is almost three times that of a regular laundry mat. You must purchase a card (minimum $5.00) to use the machines, whatever change you have left on the card in the end, they will only refund $2.00 when you return the card.I bought the card and when I realize the exorbitant price for the washers I tried to return the card, only to be told that I can only get $2.00 back for the card, as there is no refund. Half the machines dont work. What a rip off.

Do not patronize this establishment! The equipment is always in a terrible state of disrepair, and, consequently, it presents a hazard to the customers, employees, and consumers. Today my sheets and pillow cases became so hot they were smoking badly and were very near the point of combustion. I have been informed of numerous fires in the dryers which destroyed the patrons clothes. Mine were scorched and permanently discolored. Furthermore, many of the machines are always inoperable, and those which function never produce warm or hot water. Do not patronize!

The wash is strong and affordable and the Drying is free. The associate are very informative

Washers rarely work...Even the paid dryers dont dry thoroughly...might be better off hand washing😒

It is being renovated and will be all new machines and new tiled floors

Never again... Workers not helpful... as for the dryers and washing machines .... about every other one was broken or flooded😑not to mention they are pretty pricy for what they DONT offer!! Wash at ur own risk.... Was not a great experience at allllllll... Im sitting here in their parking lot posting this still washing! Very disappointing

They need to enable a way to give an establishment a 0. Bathroom, washers, dryers, change machines, vending machines, arcade machines, even the employees ALL OUT OF ORDER. I know were in the hood, but this is a bit much!

This place is horrible! My friend and i went today and walked straight out. Like 75% of the washers and dryers dont work. Dont come here!

This is the worst laundromat ever! Its nasty, trash cans are overflowing with garbage. Half of the machines do not work then some of the ones that do work have signs on them that say employee only. The customer service SUCKS! Nobody is willing to help you with NOTHING! If you ask for help the workers get attitudes with you. NEVER PATRONIZE THIS DUMP OF A SO CALLED LAUNDROMAT! YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.

Machines are always broke and burning up stuff but customer service is not too bad. They will be closing soon to remodel. I cant wait.

They only have a handful of washers and dryers and half of the employees are rude I will be glad when they close it down maybe once they move to the new location they hire respectable employees

I had my clothes cleaned and when i wen back to retrieve them,my garments were stolen.I contacted the office manager and he refuses to give me my money.
