The laundry was clean and sanitized they provide me with a 30 minute wash starting @ $3.00 and varies based on the single/double or triple loads and 8 minute dryers @ $0.25 per dry session. The clothes looks clean. I cant complain of Im ever on this side of town and need to wash Id surely return here.

Tasha at this location was VERY RUDE on Sunday March 5, 2020 she started screaming at me and my boyfriend because we needed change for our laundry.Instead of her politely telling us that we couldnt get change, she rudely screamed and caused a scene in front of all the other customers. She began to rudely yell and argue with me when i said i didn’t know we couldn’t get change from there!!!! I’ve never seen unprofessional behavior like this and I will never return. She also said she had “called the cops” and “took pictures” How dare you try and cause a scene when someone didnt know better! SHAME ON YOU TASHA, Im contacting the BBB regarding this matter and getting a lawyer involved for taking pictures of me without my permission. Ive never seen such poor customer service in my life ever. You cannot work for a company and not know how to speak to people. Very disappointing, and I am certainly telling everyone about this poor experience that we had.

This laundromat is ran by the same management as the other one I go to and love this place. Spacious and cozy. Clean and friendly. Love the extra services they have here and ample amount of washers and dryers.

I’ve been going here for about a year now, and the place is great! The staff here is very attentive and gracious. Anytime I have a problem with a machine they fix it right away.

This is a updated review for September 2019. This laundromat is falling apart, some of the ceiling have mold and dust and looks like it’s going to fall out. They also have roaches which they didn’t have before and the machines are quit older. It’s dust on the walls and ceilings caked up that haven’t been cleaned in months. The owners also own the one and Hapeville that is clean, newer machines and dryers; even ones that accept cards. I only use this business before it’s close to me. Please upgrade and hire a cleaning company to do a deep cleaning and pest control.

Horrible customer service the lady was really rude and she had the nerve to tell me to clean out the lint from the dryers I was using I told her that’s not my job to clean your dryers I paid to clean my clothes not to clean she continued to cut me off while I was talking I am so mad I will never come here again

While we were washing clothes the owner was trying to fix the leak inside the ceiling, as he was tearing the ceiling apart fumes/dust started to fall from the ceiling was floating everywhere throughout the laundromat. That’s not safe for us to breathe those fumes in and it was getting on clothes, should have waited til they were closed to do repairs of that nature, now we were breathing in cancerous fumes.

I dislike nothing more than doing laundry. But when I have to, I come here. I’ve been coming here since 2013, always clean, washers & dryers available to get in, get it done & go on about the rest of my day. Free wifi, HDTVs & friendly customer service.
