This place is false advertising. The door was lock upon my arrival, then I waited as I was stared at by the worker and she said she was done for the night and had closed at 7:30. Google says they close at 10 PM but the store clearly advertise it 24/7. This establishment needs to be clear on time frames and the need to have better customer service.

Its an old facility that could use a remodel. Many non-functioning machines and no attendant on duty... But if you work late like i do its a viable alternative.

One of the cleanest laundromats Ive ever seen. But big pain in my rear. You got a pay a dollar for the card and then you can always load it a dollar at a time and the dryer is expensive at $.75 for 10 minutes. I had trouble with both the money machine and the washer in the dryer with old buttons, BTW Covid germs dont fly through the air, the worst of it all is this mask mandate which as a nurse is so ridiculous theyre basically telling you on the window if you read it to stay home if laundries not necessary so bye-bye I wont be back. Attendant was sweet.

I like to be able to fold my clothes and the dryers are a little expensive other than that its clean and convenient. Nice experience 🙂🙂.

The place was clean and the attendant was helpful. No coins machine. You have to use there laundry card you can put money on and cost you 1 dollar. Too many people come in that are not washing clothes just to talk and stand outside all in the way. Alot of broken machines. Its cost 75 cents to dry and you only get 12mins drying time. That is highly over priced and the dryers dont dry well. Other laundry facilities give you 7 mins for 25 cents. The washers were clean and reasonably priced just not the dryers. Due to covid they ask for you to dry your clothes there but take them home to fold to social distance and so everyone is able to do their laundry.

Not coin operated. Put money on their flimsy card and good luck choosing the exact amount needed.

The staff here are awesome. They are respectful and helpful. Sometimes the washer dryers arent working like they should. However, I love coming here to wash and dry my clothes.

I have a washer and dryer at home. When one is in need of repairs, I use this location. I am always amazed at how clean it is. The attendants are helpful and are always cleaning to ensure it’s clean. I recommend this laundromat to anyone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is horrible. Machines are always broken they don’t make signs for broken signs visible to see . Watch the time on your dryers some start at 12 minutes snd some at 10 minutes but you still paying same ripped off 2 minutes which is a lot when drying your clothes. Overall review negative 0

The attendant which was a woman was very helpful to me. She went out of her way to help me when I ran into several issues while trying to begin the process of washing as far as cash, change, and the reloadable card used in the facility. I had never seen this process before and she walked me through it. There were a few washers down but business was slow on thurs night so it was ample machines available. Patrons respectful and bathroom was spotless. I will definitely make this my neighborhood laundromat!

The lady working in there is blatantly rude! 01/05/20 3 pm. Not to mention 3 of the 45 dryers work in there. She refuses to reins you when the dryers don’t work. It takes about 5 cycles to get dry. Rather unpleasant environment.

First time here just to dry clothes and this will definitely be my last time here. $20 just to dry 2 loads of clothes!!! I wouldve been better off sneaking in an apartment complex to dry my clothes for all this. They only give you 12 minutes at a time to dry your clothes. Half of the dryers are out of service about 9 of them dont even heat up to dry your clothes! If you think youre getting a deal because you get a dexter laundry card to load funds on....youre much better off going to a regular laundromat to do your laundry and just use your quarters!! Place is a RIPOFF!!! Plus side....if you want to lose some weight just come inside for 5 minutes, it feels like a sauna in there.

Put clothes in washerLeft to go to store that is a cross the street come back it was 9:30pm. They close ar 11pm its Saturday and the women leave and close the laundry mat down for the night. Im here visiting suppose to leave in the morning now I have to wait to get my clothes and re wash and dry them. I have never experienced this with a laundry mat ever. If I could give this place a zero I would.

This is the most ghetto laundromat I have ever been to in my life. The hours say that they close at 10pm. The person closed the place at 9:25, while he is having a full conversation with his girlfriend in the store. The company is straight trash!

The facility is usually clean... They sometimes will have a concession in price on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Just a warning: The staff will not wait for your items to dry! They are in a rush to go home because the area isnt the best to be in late at night. So if your going to wash clothing here... Wash them in the morning or early evening .

Ok the card system sucks you may still have money left over

This is the worse place I have ever washed my damn clothes in my life when I say I will never come back in my life Lord have mercy this place is held together by hopes and desperation you honestly get no benefit doing laundry almost all the machines are out of service the pop machine out of service the change machine out of service the damn bathroom was out of service the drying cost .75 cent for 10 minutes only the top dryers dry there is no a/c it’s hotter than a choo choo train to hell in here

Friendly service, just need better dryers

Scam they make the coin machines super cheap but the dryer only goes for 10 minutes at a time so you have to keep money in we wounded spending like 16 dollars to dry our clothes

It’s lowkey expensive but the drink machines out of order and the free wifi has a password and staff is never here sooo 🤔

The dryers and washers are constantly out of order but they are close to home. Last wash is early and they do not accept late walk-ins. I.E. if you go in a half hour before close, you will not be able to wash.
