I do senior laundry here. Very clean and the dryers dont take long. You can use quarters or an app. Super convenient! All sized washers and theres never a long wait for a washer or dryer.

The place looked great but the service and price was terrible. Especially the employee that was working there was very rude and kept talking loud on her phone the whole time when customers needed her.

Had to run over here for a laundry emergency one morning and they were friendly and helped me figure it out! Industrial strength machines, plenty of room, and clean carts to carry your clothes around. I left my book there and they kept it for me. 5 stars!

Great Family run local business. Clean, friendly, and budget friendly. They renovated in mid 2019 and it was such a wonderful update. They have a variety of washer sizes and two dryer sizes. In addition to self service,they also offer a drop off service. Really a stupendous laundromat!

Came here due to the great reviews. We had some clothes we needed cleaned. Upon arrival we were met with very rude customer service. It was very clear they did not want our business, we chose to leave our clothes with them any way.I called to check in because I was near the facility and again received a very rude response that my clothes were ready. They weren’t. All my delicates were still wet. My heavy sweaters were put on hangers leaving obvious indentions in the shoulders that I haven’t been able to get rid of.My pure white sweater is now pink, along with a button up, and a pair of light wash distressed jeans. That’s over $300 of clothing that was ruined.My socks were just thrown in the bottom of the basket no effort to put them together was made. Extremely disappointed with every step of the process I had with this company.

I have been taking my laundry here for over 25 years. I can honestky say that nothing has ever been ruined or lost. Buttons have been replaced and they have provided exceptional service.

They take great care of us! Laundry is neatly folded and clean. Great energy and friendliness.

Great coin laundry facility! It is clean, and the washer and dryers are new. I lost several coins in the dryer, the owner said no problem have me a dollars worth of drying time😊no hassel. I have been there under 5 times and every time never had to wait for a machine.

Yes the update is nice, but they need to do regular cleaning and maintenance of the machines. Almost every time I wash there, at least one shirt comes out with weird grease splotches that were not on there before. I dont have this issue at other laundromats, only here. Ive lost at least 7 shirts to grease stains that I couldnt get out because of this place.

I’ve been taking my dry cleaning here for years. The owners are always super friendly and they do a great job. They just made a huge investment in all new washers and dryers on the coin op side too. Looks amazing!

It WAS dirty. What can I say but the truth. It smelled. But if youre tidy and careful you could still get your laundry done cheap. Great news. A lady works there now on the laundromat side and the place is spotless. The dryers are great too-- they dont just eat quarters! Still no public toilet but so much better in 2019.

I had an interview in 2 days and every other dry cleaners was closed on Sunday. Midtown Cleaners took care of my clothes in 24 hours and the clothes were spotless. On top of that the owner is friendly and provides great service.Would definitely recommend.

Convenient and affordable laundromat and cleaners. Cash only. Usually requires about $5.00 for an average-sized wash ($4 quad-loader and $1 dryer). Staff will give change for large bills at register. Could be a bit cleaner however and its sometimes closed for filming. Would be nice if they had card readers.

Clean building,helpful employees. The washers and dryers are very inexpensive, and large capacity.

Old and rusty place. This is my first time after a while to visit a laundromat and I have seen better ones with same pricing. I am happy with the customer service- went extra mile to help me (5 star for that).

The owners have been like extended family to me over the past 8 years in Atlanta. Always friendly. Always helpful. The prices for dry cleaning and wash and fold are some of the best in the city, especially when you consider the level of quality they provide.

Came here with over 100lbs of laundry and used 3 giant machines to get them all washed quickly. Havent dried them yet but so far excellent service, the woman who greeted and helped me was fantastic. If I could rate higher I would. Thank you midtown cleaners!

Staff is friendly, helpful, and hilarious. One time we wanted to eat dinner across the street while our quilt dried and the owner offered to rotate our quilt every few minutes for us so that it would dry evenly. Another time he called himself Fonzy when he magically fixed a machine by hitting it in exactly the right place. Machines are old but the customer service and great location (by several restaurants and cafés) make it worthwhile.

While their work is great, it’s the owners who keep me coming back. Very nice couple!

My Lovey and I go here weekly. Its become our date night in the day. Were Seniors, so this works for us. 😊 We get the clothes started, walk to Buddys Convenience Store nearby and get lattes, come back, set up our laptops and watch movies. The owners, Dennis and Mena are excellent hosts too! Its an older place; but most of the washers and dryers work and they have wifi! ts a great place to go!

Midtown has remodeled!New Huebsch machines that allow payment from a mobile app! The machines still accept coins but the smartphone app is great. Pay, monitoring of your machines in use, no more getting change.Same friendly employees and owner. Slight increase in wash and drying cost.Still my favorite laundromat!

I AM STILL WAITING ON MY 800 DOLLAR COMFORTER THAT WAS RETURNED FROM SMELLING LIKE MILDEW, IVE BEEN CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER THAT IS ON THE WEBSITE FROM 12PM UNTIL CLOSED NO ONE ANSWER NEITHER RETURNED MY CALLS AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL VOICEMAILS. I AM SO UPSET AND WILL NOT RETURN AS A CUSTOMER!
