Rudys has been my neighborhood barber shop for half a decade. I started coming here initially due to convenience, but grew to love the vibe of the place and amazingly friendly and extremely talented staff. Through the years, Rudys increasingly feels less like a business and more like an extension of my home. The stylists always feel happy to see me when I walk in and I love conversing about all the happenings in the world and drama and excitement in our lives since the last appointment. Im so acclimated to this routine that I dont even know how to request a haircut at this point in my life. Every other week I show up, sit down in my chair and let Brittany work her magic. As a painfully self conscious a style inept nerd, I rely on Brittanys experience and eye for style to make me look presentable. Walking out of that barber shop feeling good looking and cleanly cut gives me incredible confidence. Its absolutely the best part of my week, and will continue to be as long as I live in the O4W.
Moving from New York, I had trouble finding a place to get my haircut and this place was recommended by a friend and when I tried it out, I loved it! Everyone there is so kind and I definitely continue going back and requesting Brittany!Everything is online and easy to book.
Been going to Rudys for two years now and have loved it every time! I always go to Brittany - shes by far the BEST!! Always so conversational, professional, and incredibly talented. 10/10 would recommend!!
First off i’d like to say the woman who cut my hair was very congenial and the haircut itself isn’t bad. However, after specific instructions for what I wanted she went shorter because she said “it would last longer” she turned the chair away from the mirror so I wasn’t able to tell she was cutting it too short until she turned me back around. If I go get my haircut I expect them to listen to what I like instead of doing their own thing.
Great place for a haircut - Brittany G is incredible and cuts the way I want each time. Highly recommend!
This place is great. I’ve finally found a barbershop for me. Emily is amazing, she is always happy and does a great and efficient job every time. I recommend Rudy’s Ponce city Market 100%.
Had to make an appt and paid 35 dollars. Sad i made this decision instead of going back to Savannah to pay my usual barber 40 dollars to cut my hair. My cut was fine but its honestly made to be something it isnt. Typical big city barber.Raw Image boutique and barber in Savannah is what I recommend.
Kidist was my stylist and I couldn’t be happier. I went to a barber shop in Dunwoody before finding Rudy’s and the guy completely messed up my hair. It’s relieving to have someone you trust to cut your hair and feel good with the cut you received. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family. A very happy customer was gained.
Always a great experience. I love the manager Gigi and those who work at the desk, and Emily is one of the best mens hairstylist in Atlanta! (also the nicest and most fun).
Rudys is the best barber shop ever. Ask for their Hulat Special.
Always a great experience here. I highly highly recommend Emily, but Im sure everyone in there is awesome!
Unprofessional is the word that comes to mind. Waited for about 10 minutes while my stylist complained about god knows what to another stylist in a loud and unprofessional manner. Felt very uncomfortable. A haircut should be a calm experience, not one full of angst and hostility. No hello my name is or how are you. Just a “You can sit there”. Keep your personal lives at home or during your lunch breaks, not in front of customers. Won’t be coming back.
I’ve had to change barbers due to moving, but Hanna was a fantastic barber who was fun to talk to and always gave a great haircut.
Emily is fantastic and I know shes good because my wife always approves 😁.
Great spot just outside of Ponce City Market in midtown. Rudys has a great vibe. Their booking & check-in process is modern and intuitive. They are clearly taking COVID precautions seriously without being too serious. (Thanks)I had the pleasure of booking with Kristina. She offered a brief and to the point consultation that checked all of my boxes. From there you could tell she knew what she was doing and has a passion for her craft. I look forward to being a regular of hers and Rudys.Well done, yall.
Its a great boss and a great staff and they look great haircuts you need to see this place
Probably a 3.5.Ive been here twice. I liked my cut the first time so I went back when it was time for a fresh cut. I dont remember who I got the first time but Im going to find out so I can request her again. But I wasnt set on her specifically so when I went the second time I just went with whoever they set me with. I liked her, but I didnt like the cut.I tried to be clear about what I wanted but in the end she didnt really listen. She had kind of a confident attitude was just like, Im gonna fix you up, itll be great as if I had never had a good haircut before. She cut it way too short so what am I going to do? Theres not much to fix. Like its not necessarily a terribly done cut, its just not what I wanted. I know my hair and how it grows pretty well. Most stylists will stop at certain points and ask me how much I want off the top, or how I style it at the part, or how I like it blended and give me an opportunity to tell them. But she just jumped right in and then it was too late. And Im not going to say anything at that point, its too late. Like, she was really nice and all. Just wish I could have gotten then haircut I wanted.Ive been going to Vivid Salon for the last few years and its been great. But this one is just around the corner so I figured I should try it. She was trying to upsell me on the product the whole time, which I get. Its probably a good product. But she got to the checkout and just started writing up the bill as if I was just going to buy it. But I didnt want it so I end up feeling stupid when I refused it.Anyway, Ill probably be back and find out who cut my hair the first time and give it another shot. Ill update my review as I go.
Literally the worst people work at this place. They’ll change your appointment last minute and just cancel it if you’re 5 mins late. Go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs. Terrible, rude, unprofessional people.
I got a great haircut from Josh. Exactly what I asked for. Their COVID regulations are strict but politely enforced. Great business. My only critique is the parking says 30 minutes only out front and they said some of their customers had been ticketed/warned while inside. So it was a little stressful having to keep one eye on my car while getting a haircut. But thats not their fault, Its the stupid landlord or towing company running the parking lot out front. Anyway, great barbershop! Will definitely come back!
Kind and helpful staff, well informed and more than happy to go above and beyond to meet your needs as a client.
I have had 4 great haircuts at Rudys, all with Cristina. The atmosphere inside is comfortable yet edgy, and Cristina does a great job everytime. All the staff take their jobs very seriously, and that makes for a great experience. I like a lot of the Rudy brand products, and will be a customer for a while! Thanks!
I came here a year ago and had the best haircut experience of my life with Wanda. She was so professional and listened to what I wanted. She was accepting and kind. Wanda is the best!
Great experience! Parking was the only issue but side from that great location. I put my name in and had the option to walk next door and grab some coffee while I waited. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Emily did a great job cutting my hair. I definitely recommend her. One of the better haircuts Ive had in awhile. Cool atmosphere and a fantastic music selection. Give them a try you wont regret it!
I’ve had two cuts here so far by different people and they’re some of the best I’ve had.
Have gotten the two best haircuts of my life here from Anna and Brittany, this is the place to be. Not a drill, you will not regret how amazing you look after the fine people of Rudy’s get ahold of you. Customer for life.
Great, affordable haircuts. Staff is awesome!
I had a great experience here. They seem to be doing everything possible to make sure their clients are safe during covid.
Friendly staff & good energy. Also great music
I love this place for getting my hair cut. Great music, interesting stylists, attention to detail, and the hair wash at the end of the cut is a wonderful finishing touch. This the only barber shop I go to in Atlanta.
I have had haircuts before but today was an EXPERIENCE. Brittany is a phenomenal stylist who goes above and beyond the call of cutting hair. Sitting down with Brittany is like going from a barber shop to a high end music video shoot where you are the star at the center of attention. If I could give Rudy’s and Brittany more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I will ONLY see Brittany from now on and of course to top it all off at the end Brittany HUGS her clients! She built IMMEDIATE rapport and has hooked me for life. I STRONGLY recommend coming into Rudy’s and seeing Brittany unless of course it’s a day that I need a recharge of life, and in that event book the appointment following mine!
I was blown away by the service and my haircut. It was the best cut / fade I’ve ever had. Guys if you’re looking for a good fade Brittany is the stylist for you. She had a great personality and knew what she was doing. Thanks Brittany for a great cut and fantastic service.
Had a great experience here with Hanna! Generally have always not really enjoyed going to barber. So much so that I started cutting my own hair for the last 10 years.Convenient location next to Ponce City Market with ample parking and easy to find/get to.Hanna cut my hair and she was friendly, gave me clear options and her thoughts, and my final haircut I absolutely love! Thanks Hanna, happy to have someone that I trust to cut my hair finally!
I had a great experience and haircut. The extra COVID protocols are easy to navigate; highly recommend booking online ahead of time.
Anna did an amazing job fixing the horrible haircut I gave myself. She’s an outstanding colorist and stylist who cares a lot about her work.Everyone in the shop is friendly and kind. Very welcoming atmosphere. Prices posted on the website and on a board inside - rare for salons to do that, but much appreciated.I highly recommend this place!
I first heard about Rudys from a fellow trans friend in Nashville who had said that they advertise being trans friendly and giving money to trans youth. I went once at that location and a couple more times here in Atlanta. Each time I have received unwanted gendered comments on what type of hair style I should get. Do not go to Rudys thinking that the staff gets any type of cursory sensitivity training about trans people or anything like that because they do not. The most recent time I came in I had a straight cut and I told the hairdresser that I wanted as little trimmed off as possible and I explained why talking about my hair texture. He was hung over and decided to cut off half of my hair (5+ inches) giving me extreme, stylized layers that are several inches shorter in front than in back and when he was finished he said he had just straightened it up then gave me a discount. I talked to the manager who tried to make it right and months have passed. This is a barber shop which means two things to me. One, the attitude is that you will take what you get, something which I wish I had realized. I have never had a more unwanted haircut and sometimes I wake up in the morning and cry when I feel my short hair touch my face because I feel like I will never feel comfortable in my own body and its just another thing out of my control. But I knew I was giving up that control when I got in that chair and thats on me for relaxing and thinking everything was taken care of! Thats not the service I paid for for under $50. Second, this experience really illustrated the power a barber/barbershop has to project gender on someone else or demand a certain gender presentation from them, and the reason why its important to have a LGBT friendly barber shop. I wish that they would give mandatory training to all Rudys employees on how to approach issues of gender with customers as long as they continue to display prominent advertising that capitalizes off trans identities.
I had an appointment with Brittany; she was phenomenal. She took the time to clearly understand my care routine (or lack thereof) and gave me helpful advice throughout my haircut. She was kind, a great listener, and clearly dedicated to providing an overall excellent experience for her clients. Will be going back!
Prompt service, takes safety seriously.
Love going to this place, I got my haircut here and for the first time in a while, I’m excited to go get my next haircut!
Loved the barber, didn’t love the haircut. I will probably come back but be more clear about what I want. Also it’s one of my 2020 resolutions to stop saying “Yeah, looks great!” when I’m unsatisfied with my haircut. All things considered, I would recommend this place.
Had a haircut here last week and I looked better according to my partner. My haircut this time really fits my face according to her as well. So yeah thank you and I will surely come back again next time Ill need a new haircut.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. They’ve cancelled same day on me twice, the three other times I’ve gone it was mediocre haircut. Kinda pricey for basically being a chain haircut place. Go down the street to The Shave. Much better quality for a lower price.
Great place to grab a haircut at an affordable price. The staff are knowledgable with and are very friendly too. Highly recommended!
Ive only had one haircut here, but my experience was on the level of 5 stars in every way. I had a pretty bad experience at The Shave earlier in the day (I wont be going back), so I called Rudys to inquire about a walk-in and wait times. The lady on the phone was incredibly polite and accommodating. I agreed that I could be at the shop within 15 minutes. When I arrived the staff was inviting and upbeat. There was a motorcycle parked in the shop that let me know that this place cared about the things that were actually important while maintaining a fun environment. Sebastian gave me one of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time and I found out about their app to make future appointments. Everyone was cool, the haircut was the right price, and I left feeling like the customers happiness mattered most to them. Ill be back for sure.
I couldnt even afford to get my haircut but Christine made me feel genuinely welcome and human ❤️.I began asking her questions about my hair and she solved a years long mystery on how to tame it.She probably broke some pledge or rule of cult of hair artistry to give these to me but here they are:The t-shirt dry method (prevents freying hair ends), palms for flattening (works better than patting), and fingers to roots with tight circles ( for good curled look). There was more but my brain was cooked after these fundamental truths.I insanely wanted to buy something just to prove my great fullness for the knowledge she had imparted. I couldnt afford even the clearance hair products though. So here is my lame attempt at appreciation Christine 😂Thanks for being so you!Hope ATL starts treating you better 🤟
I went to Brittany and it was perfect! First beard trim of my life which I highly recommend. Thank you!
I can’t believe how amazing this place is!!! I had a later flight into Atlanta (it was about 7:30 pm on a Sunday when I checked into my hotel) and I NEEDED a haircut bad for an important meeting in the am. I was browsing through barbershops on Google and Rudy’s was open til 9:00. Awesome. Got there in the nick of time (8:30) to get ONE OF THE BEST haircuts I’ve ever had. Emily. Wow. Thank you so much for straightening me up. The crew was awesome. The music made me feel great and I walked out feeling like a real stud. Thanks again Emily ;) you guys rock.
Great barbershop for the price. The haircut comes with a shampoo and condition afterwards and everyone in the store is very friendly. Penelope is my barber of choice and does a fantastic job each time
Sebastian is excellent. Some have good style sense, others attention to detail, the naturals blend both. She is second generation and it shows. She cuts hair with a natural ability that is sure to give you a good experience. My hair is straight and tough to cut, because it will stick up it its too short. My hair looms great. I’m a fan.
Ive had Emily for a few haircuts now and theyve legitimately been like the best part of my day. The appointments are easy to schedule. Aside from a glitch once on my schedule, theyve always been right on time. We always have a good time chatting which included a few local recommendations such as Little Five Points Halloween Parade that was AMAZING. The haircuts themselves have been spot on. If youre still reading and not scheduling, youre making a grave mistake (Halloween joke for the win).
I highly recommend Kelle at this barber shop. For the first time in more than 20 years I switched barbers and came to Rudys. Her technique and level of care was greater than my previous barber. I attended a business event the same evening she cut my hair, and received more than a dozen compliments. My wife was also pleased with how good of a job she did. The shampoo and conditioning that is offered at the end of the cut adds value to the experience. Very professional and clean place to get your hair cut.
Steven is a fantastic barber. His technique/ability is top quality, you can tell he was well trained, he pays close attention to detail but makes it look effortless, and is a very pleasant guy. I work in a professional environment and people comment on my haircuts, he balances style with traditional cut very well and is adaptable to any feedback.I’ve been going to him for almost a year and I will not let anyone else cut my hair.
Always a good cut and beard trim. Hanna is an awesome stylist - wouldnt go anywhere else
Hands down, best new place in town. There might be a wait, but you can always book online if you prefer to have an appointment. Everyone is super friendly, the products are great and the atmosphere is what really sold me. If youve never been, I suggest using Teddi. Shes amazing.
Had my hair cut by Teddi. For the past 6 years Ive been struggling to find a barber who understands my hair, which has been said to make coconut strands look better. But I went to Teddi for the first time with a head looking like a crows nest and she turned it into debonair GQ material. 11/10 hospitality as well!
Nice place to get a haircut, affordable and staff are professional and friendly too. 5 stars
I only get my Haircuts here. Great staff, cool environment, sweet cuts. Definitely check this place out!
Fantastic haircut. Lasted me almost 2 months. I don’t even know how that’s possible. I would gladly fly down there and have a haircut every time opposed to paying the prices in bklyn.
Great place for a high quality cut and style. Ryan did an amazing job for me! Absolutely loved him!
No.$35 haircut$12 beard trim$15 extra for razorRipoff. Only one lady was an ACTUAL barber. Missed 5 spots on the sr8 razor.3 stars cause the make a good matte palmade.Miss my Mexican barber lady... I:(
Great Job! Went on a whim after seeing the shop when I went next door for coffee. RYAN was fantastic. I only had a buzz cut but he spent time making sure it was perfect!
Great customer service. The wait time is so acceptable and my haircut looked awesome when I walked out the barbershop. I would highly recommend.
Best cut Ive had in years..Twice....from two different stylists. Great talent here, and a boon for people like me with thin, straight hair.
I myself am a hairstylist, 16 years this year. As someone in the industry I am probably not another barber/stylists ideal client. My place of business is a salon environment and getting a skin fade is not something any of my talented coworkers have the technical ability of doing. Ive been searching for a barber and this shop was my 3rd attempt. Sebastian was not only technically skilled but professional which is something lacking from the last two shops and to top it off she gave me the best haircut and beard trim Ive ever had. No joke. I set up my next appointment with her and added a neck shave. Ask for Sebastian, shes awesome.
Its fine. Its fine! Make an appointment though, dont rely on walk-in service.
Go here for a haircut about once a month. Never select which barber because I don’t mind if it’s always someone different. They always kill it and the service is great.
Won’t ever come back. You should be appointment only is your always booked. Don’t advertise walk ins if your not prepaid to have a 30 min wait time or less. 2+ hour wait when I drove 45 min to get here. I won’t be back and I won’t ever widgets anyone go here.
My experience with Teddi was beyond 5 stars! She is extremely professional, punctual and listened to exactly what I wanted. And I couldnt have asked for a better haircut!! Id give her and the entire shop 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be going back!
Kelly is great!
Good location in Ponce City Market annex at North Ave. & Glen Iris. Great barbers/stylists and service. I highly recommend Steven for both men and women. Trendy place with diverse crowd.
These ladies and guys know how to make a Mohawk.
My husband started going to Rudys last year, and hes had very good experiences, but I just had my first appointment with them last month, and it was great!I decided to visit Rudys because Im so tired of having to spend $70+ on a cut for my long white girl hair. I also havent had a stylist Im committed to, so why not just try the $45 long cut at Rudys? Im glad I did!I called ahead because it was important to me to have a time slot during my lunch, and I wanted to make sure I got a barber who would be comfortable and competent with long girl hair. I got scheduled, but my stylist got changed when I arrived. I was a little worried, but everything ended up going really well!I was paired with Penelope. She was excellent. I jived with her really quickly (which is such a relief - you know how interpersonal dynamics can be weird at the hair dressers). She said, You brought notes? I love notes! I had indeed brought notes and pictures because I wanted to be as clear as possible to help me get the result I wanted. Turned out the extra time spent on those notes helped out a lot, and I highly recommend it.I really appreciated the care Penelope used with my hair. She went not-as-short as Id requested for a first go round, because, as you may have heard before, you can go shorter, but you cant go back. I did want to keep going shorter after the first round, and I was worried about asking for more because I didnt want to irritate her (past haircut baggage coming up right there, she had given me no reason to worry), but Penelope took it 100% in stride and went back at it.She also made a very helpful suggestion about how to add in some extra trimming to help blend my bangs out while Im growing out. I had originally said I didnt want my bangs to be messed with too because because I want them to grow, but Im SO glad she asserted herself in this way, offering this suggestion. I felt comfortable saying yes or no, and Im glad I said yes.I did not get any additional styling or a blow out, by the way. I just got the $45 haircut with a rough-ish dry, which was nice enough for me to see how it looks and either wear it to work or put it up for the rest of the day. I appreciate having the option to forego the fancier styling.Penelope was great, and Ill absolutely be coming back! The cashier staff and phone staff were also friendly during all my interactions with them.
A hip space with talented barbers and fair prices.
Walked without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. They were booked for the rest of the day. the woman at the counter ( i cant remember her name but do remember is sounded beautiful like her smile and kindness) saw i was practically dripping in sweat and i was hesitant to go back out in the heat. She got me a glass of water and said if i didn’t mind waiting they’d fit me in. The cut was quick and great.( i eaily overheat and cant sit at a barbers chair for more than 15 min without breaking into a sweat). I left cooler, coiffed and grateful. Already too Long a story short.Great first experience!
Hannah is the best
Love the atmosphere and the shampoo/head massage is the best with a nice haircut. FYI - dont run into Dancing Goats next door before your appointment unless you have at least 15 minutes, theyre very slow.
I got an excellent haircut when I visited this barber shop. The environment is good and the barbers are friendly and professional too. I recommend this place to friends!
Would have loved to get a haircut. Looked like a great place. I booked a 7pm appointment. I walked in at 7:05 and was told I was up next. Waited until 8:00. No one saw me. No one told I would be up shortly. No one apologized for the wait or even attempted to explain. No one said anything at all. I really wanted to like this place, and a simple acknowledgement that hey we said wed see you at 7, but we messed up or got behind or whatever would have gone a long way. I can hands down say it was the worst service Ive ever seen at any establishment Ive ever been to.
Terrible barbershop. Two weeks ago I came in to get my haircut for my wedding. My stylist, Shelby, no called no showed. I waited for nearly an hour with no sign of her. I spoke to the man working at the front desk and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. Not so much as a sorry or even a coupon for my next visit. Today I came in for my scheduled appointment and yet again Shelby has no called no showed. Normally I would have found a new barber but my wedding is in a few days and I didnt want to risk trying someone new and possibly getting a bad haircut. This is the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever had the displeasure of walking into. The barbers are certainly very talented, but the companys lack of professionalism and respect is utterly atrocious.
Betsy was great and she really knew how to cut my hair. I am thinning in the back and she took care of that while maintaining a handsome and up to date cut. I will definitely be returning!
I walked in at 12:03 for a 12 PM apppointment and after waiting 20 minutes walked out. Their appointment confirmation email states that if you show up more than 5 minutes late they will start taking other customers. Apparently that applies if you are 3 minutes late as well. There are too many other places to get a decent haircut in this area for your business to treat people this way. To make matters worse the receptionist barely acknowledged my presence when I walked in, simply offering “Take a seat” as a greeting. Zero recognition of the fact that I was a first time customer or had an appointment. Overall just another extraordinarily disappointing Atlanta customer service experience. Take your money elsewhere.
Its cool. Laid back. Satisfying haircuts.
Sebastian did a fantastic job. She is definitely my new go to. Ive tried a few places, and so far this place, and more specifically Sebastian, is the best.
This place just feels right. Not trying too hard, the talent is definitely talented. You can make appointments easily!!! This is the best place in town for a mens haircut
I saw Brittany here. Ive struggled for a long time at telling a barber/stylist what I want them to do with my hair and often walk out dissapointed. She did a great job though after talking to me for only a little bit. Left feeling great.id reccomend her and Rudys.
The shop cancelled an appointment on the day of, and didn’t rebook me or offer to put me in anytime relatively soon. Terrible policy and procedure for a situation like that... you guys can do better. Otherwise, great haircut from the time before
Rudys plays my music and has gender natural pricing with fantastic cuts.
12 appt with one lady who I chose from her awesome reviews, then was passed to someone else 10 min later because she was busy doing female highlights. Should have walked out but decided to give it a chance. Am going home to fix my fade as we speak.
Good place to upgrade from the Great Clips routine
I went to Rudys when my self-shaved head began to grow out. Im not going to mention my stylist by name because I really liked her personality, but I walked out hating my haircut. My cut was nothing like the photo I showed her. Its like she went too short and just had to roll with it. Unfortunately, I cant see a thing without my glasses, so I have to put a lot of trust in the stylist when getting a haircut. I wish I could have noticed what was happening to stop it.I was really excited to find out I had a female stylist in the hopes that she would give me a more femine style, but I ended up walking out with a mans cut. I shaved my head to prove to myself that I could still feel feminine and sexy without my long hair, but with this mans cut, I feel anything but.To round out the whole poor experience, my stylist and I bonded over being vegans, I expressed the importance of cruelty-free beauty products (I even called ahead of time to make sure they could accommodate), but discovered she used a styling creme that tests on animals!I guess the moral of the story is to really pay attention while your stylist is cutting, reference your inspo photo often, and put on your glasses frequently to check in if you cant see without them.
Rosuver Teran is the hair professional I would recommend seeing for sure!I saw his craft on Instagram before I messaged and effortlessly made appointment with Mr. Teran for the following day.My hair was shampooed and conditioned before and after I got a haircut. Music volume was low enough to have a decent conversation. My hair was blow dried and styled with some product that still smells great. I don’t feel any sharp hairs on my neck like I usually do walking out of a barber shop. I haven’t had so much confidence about my hair for over 5 years.True Master of Hair! Thank you for the picture and see you in three weeks!!!
Do not go here for a shave. The barbers are totally incapable and untrained to deal with beards. I waited 30 minutes because they were running late and my barber had no idea what she was doing. I went in for a very simple trim and she managed to completely ruin my bead.
Great cut!
I hope corporate reads this and understands that this location does not match the brand standard of the LA locations.I walked in today at 4:30. I have come here several times before and my stylist (Chelli?) was awesome. She wasnt available. Today my sylist was Shelby. As i walked in the desk guy and a stylist were talking, he asks walk in or appointment. I say walk in, he asks her (the stylist) if she wants to take it. After a huff, she agrees. The haircut is fine, Id give it a B+ but the experience is a F.Not once did she wipe the hair off my face or neck, Not even with a blow dryer. She asked if i wanted to get rinsed out. I say yes, I get a long exhale. Apparently you can do a shampoo and conditioner in less that 60 seconds, and that is not an exaggeration. My stylist Shelby needs to learn about customer service and what a barbershop experience could be. She cost Rudys all of my future business. Before you respond to this and say how i tipped her $5, just because you guys sucked today and didnt meet the expectation doesnt mean I will stoop to that level. But in the end, I will find a new shop. If you are reading this and have a great recommendation, throw it in my DMs.
Sorry for being punctual. Showed for an appointment and waited for 15min before walking out. Don’t got time for that.
Nice barbershop, plenty of chairs to get a cut fast, but no kids rate for cuts. $32 for a 9yr old, $82 including tips for a cut for myself and son........um will not be going back unless I have to.
Sabastion gave an awesome haircut and seemed really adept at accommodating the peculiarities of my hair. She somehow made my cowlick disappear! Definitely coming back to Sabastion.
Got a cut on the 4th day in business. Barber did a great job, engaging conversation, and a cool vibe. Its a wide open exposed space with acdc and black Sabbath on the speakers (at least when I was there). Great for belt line travellers.
They canceled my appointment without telling me when I showed up, and wouldnt reschedule me inside of two hours. Avoid them if you want professional service.
Pride and precision. Dont expect a super quick haircut because they take their time and do it right. Ask for Steven.
