AR is the man. Focused and precise. Listened and gave me that exact cut. A great balanced cut. Total pro. Good thorough shampoo - prepped the hair for cutting - sectioned it out - dried it with a hairdryer and comb, then gave a perfect fade that blended perfectly with my top length. Good with the scissors as well. Great touch. Made sure I was happy. Did one final adjustment to my fade and gave a nice straight razor neck shave. No messing around. Great great great service. I just moved in town from Miami, and came across this Barbershop on Google. Felt why not try it out & the first gentleman I cut with Book was pretty solid and I really enjoyed the haircut. I definitely recommend this shop especially if you are coming from somewhere else and need to find a barber.

Way too lax lol, my guys stop everything theyre doing just to clown around. My barber made a call while cutting my hair, didnt seem important either. The reason for the 1 star though is because they leave their open sign on and no one is in the building. I called them and asked if they were actually open, they say yep, and then I ask whos available to cut and they hang up and dont answer. You expect me to get a cut after that? Nah

My Husband and I recently moved to Atlanta from N. GA and he found it difficult to locate a good barber. Alvin has been great, my husband can always get an appointment and his hair is neat and lined just the way he likes it. He has been several times and will continue to use him as his designated barber. Great Value for the service received.

I recently went for a hair cut and although the barber did a great job on my hair the atmosphere was a little too lax for my taste, it literally took him 2 hours to give me a fade because he was to busy eating pizza, talking otp and chatting with his buddies in different intervals while cutting my hair. Came in as a walk in. Immediately felt at home as soon as I got in the chair. I loved the energy and the laughs. I loved my haircut even more. Definitely coming back as a regular.

Went there for the first time today and the service is awesome. The shop is very clean and and the stylists are professional. The barber chair and clippers were disinfected right before we got started and they used a disposable barber cape. Very satisfied with how careful they are because of the pandemic and even more satisfied with my cut.

I’ve been to Midtown Kutz twice now and haven’t had a reason to go elsewhere. Staff is very welcoming and professional, follow the COVID-19 procedures with masks worn and wash/condition your hair before cutting it and very easy to get to. Alvin has cut my hair twice, two different ways and I haven’t been disappointed at all, would highly recommend.

I noticed the barbershop sign a few times just at a glance but it was really brought to my attention through the gentleman with the sign on the sidewalk a couple of weeks. I took my daughter in as walkin yesterday and to that I was very happy would be an understatement. She desperately was in need a cut and AR did just that. From the time she sat in his chair, he engaged her making her feel comfortable. As I watched him cut her hair, I could see he was very meticulous in his job...he asked her opinion, listened and made some recommendations of his own. She ABSOLUTELY LOVE the end result.
