Although the driver was courteous and swift in getting us to and from the airport, he was an hour late in picking us up for each transport, which made us getting to our flights on time nerve racking.Also was hung up on twice by dispatch when inquiring about our scheduled pick up times. Jamal, however, was excellent in customer service and facilitating my connection with our driver on an expected ETA for pick up. Thank you Jamal for your assistance.

Great Ride & Great Service . We were using ATL Airport shutlle for the last 5 years as group going to Airport . This time driver was super!! he called to notifiy us to pick us up & very helpfull in loading our luggage and dropped us curb side checkin. on our return the same driver waited for us at international terminal. we are very pleased with ATL Airport Shuttle.
