Very easy to set up. The drivers was very helpful and courteous with luggage and loading. Would be a 5 if they had been on time and the luggage confusion.

I really regretted using this service! Based on the reviews on their own website, I thought I was doing the right thing. This was the first time my daughter was traveling on her own to an internship in Georgia and wanted her to feel taken care of when she arrived at the Atlanta Airport. The company was very kind and accommodating when taking my information and credit card, but thats when it ended. Not only did they return my calls, but no one was there to greet her (I paid extra to have the driver come inside with a sign and her name). I called and called and no one answered which was very unnerving. Finally someone arrived 30 later after she got her bags from baggage claim and just sat outside on the curb waiting. The driver that finally arrived was very kind and took her directly to her destination 1.5 hours away, but I definitely didnt get the service I was expecting and sold. Would NOT use this service again.

The driver was 27 mins late. We had to be to The lake at 8pm which is an hour away- now we’re late. The my were unapologetic and only cared about being paid. DO NOT USE

Booked a ride to visit family in Warner Robins. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. Car was clean and the ride from Atlanta to Warner Robins was a long ride and the driver was informative and gave great suggestions for site seeing.

Had a great New Years Eve thanks to Atlanta Car Service! After having an atrocious experience with another car service this past Christmas, I was hesitant to hire another company however, Atlanta Car Service exceeded my expectations. The driver was on time and very friendly. The drop off and pick up both went smoothly and the luxury SUV was very accommodating to my part of 6. Definitely worth it!

John was great. My family, including my 82 year old mother, found him to be punctual, courteous and professional. He took great care of us both from the airport and on the return trip as well. I travel to Atlanta on occasion and will use John when we do.

Where to begin?! This company is inept at best! We had scheduled a pick up for a run to the airport, leaving at 6:00 am for Jamaica. Car never showed up. I called dispatch and he put me on hold for 10 minutes. He finally came back and told me the car wouldnt start and he was trying to get me a car. Wow, it is now 6:30 am and he has left us high and dry. Uber and lyft are almost an hour out to get a ride. Thank god for a nearby relative to get us there on time. No thanks to Atlanta Car Service. This should be called Atlanta No Car available service. I booked this a week out and they did not even give me a courtesy call to tell me a car would not be showing up that morning. What a joke and a rude uncaring dispatcher! Never again and I highly recommend everyone to look elsewhere for a car.

Last 12/8 I had a big group going to a convention in Atlanta and that day snowed and the city collapsed due to the weather. John and his team saved the day!!! All my people were picked up on time and delivered to their destination in a perfect way, nobody waited and/or got lost. He was on top of everything, checking all the flight status. The service was beyond perfect and the best was that kept me informed about everything. Got voicemail so asked to have a call back/email confirmation sent. Got a call back saying sorry there is no booking. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. Very disappointing. I had a special evening planned for my wife and I. Got a call 20 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up notifying me that my reservation could not be fulfilled and the original vehicle I requested would be downgraded instead........

We hired this service to provide us a ride back to our hotel after a concert at Lakewood Amphitheater. The meeting place was agreed to be the Exxon across from the main entrance. Not only was the driver not there at the specified time, he had no clue where it was even at! I waited on the phone for him for nearly an hour before he finally found us. He told us to walk up the side of the road to meet him, which was a dirt ditch with uneven footing and all kinds of broken glass. I will say he was kind enough to take us through a drive through because by the time he found where he was supposed to be all the delivery places were closed. I reached out to Atlanta Car Service about my experience, but received no response. Book using them if you want a poor, and expensive, end to a good night. Thats the service they deliver.
