Mike our contact was and has been friendly, courteous and helpful when I asked questions or poised concerns on what to do next. He is even dog and cat friendly, which is a HUGE plus in our book. I was very satisfied with Peppers Technician Michael. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them.He repaired my Heating System (heat pump) and completely checked everything out to my satisfaction .I would recommend Peppers and would use them again.
