I began working with the Air Co. about 1 year ago and cannot recommend this company enough. They combine the highest quality service with affordable prices. I have never worked with a company with faster response times - in any industry. Not too long ago I thought my heating system had stopped working and they had someone prepared to come out within hours. They are always on time (if not early) for appointments. And they don’t use appointment windows but actual times which is great for scheduling. Save yourself HVAC headaches and use the Air Co!

This company really responded to me in a time of need and emergency. I was referred to them from by Jeff Thompson at Roofing done Wright and the owner actually facetimed me on a Sunday to try and help. When he couldnt he had one of his techs at my home Bright and early Monday morning. I could not think of a company in the field that Ive dealt with that would do that. And there are some reallygreat companies but this one went far above and beyond.

Had a UV system installed and was scheduled for routine maintenance. Despite pouring down rain and a River of drainage runoff leaving standing water next to my system, Freddy was still able to check my pressures and check off my maintenance. Great timely and professional service with the installation.

Freddy showed up on time and let me know exactly what he was going to be doing. He explained the issues and quickly charged the low Freon. Great service !

I had an issue with my Nest thermostat downstairs. Its where my parents stay and I needed it fixed asap. I didnt have time to troubleshoot it myself. Per a recommendation on Next-door, I sent Air Co of Ga a message. They got back to me in minutes and had someone scheduled to come later that day. Turns out there was an issue with the HVAC itself which was causing emergency shutoff of the thermostat. Frank was my technician. He was fast, efficient, upfront about what needed to be done, options and cost. Very professional. Wore a mask the whole time without being asked and kept it over his nose and mouth which is a lot more than some other service professionals weve had during the pandemic. Frank has been out twice now for two different reasons and both times I was alerted by email and text of when the appointment as, when he was on his way, when the job was done, and a summary of the work. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Quality work, great crew and a high level of communication though 2 days of work to install 2 new AC systems. Great 1st experience with this company. They were referred by my neighbor who also had a great experience. Got out to my house on time the next day after I spoke with them. Fixed exactly what needed fixing and price was very fair. Got an automated alert after with job details, etc.Will use them every time moving forward!
