I got my 2016 Durango A.C. repaired here a few weeks ago, and its still running nice and cold!!!😁🙌🏾 My car takes the newer freon and only certain shops have the upgraded equipment to do the A.C. repairs. Kendrick Radiator was fast, honest, and affordable. I highly recommend them!!!

Completely cleaned, relined, and painted a rusted 15 gallon fuel tank for me. Price was around 180 dollars. The turn around time was around 1 week. Nearly half the price and 4 times faster turn around than what I was quoted for the same work in the North Atlanta area.

I brought my van in with a major coolant leak from a damaged drain plug in my radiator. I was on my way to Texas at 4 oclock yesterday morning when my vehicle began overheating on 285. A new radiator and thermostat was installed within a few hours. I just drove 800 miles to Texas with no more coolant leak or overheating. So this might be a bit of a different review. I didnt bring a big semi truck or anything like that to Kendrick, which I know they specialize in. I brought a little Ford Focus of all things.A couple of weeks ago (5/12/21) I took that car to a local mechanic as it was making all kinds of troubles for me. When I was there, they diagnosed it as the air conditioner (wait...again?! more on that below), and they actually suggested Kendrick as more experienced in that specific kind of repair, so off to Kendrick I went!It turned out I needed a whole new compressor and all -- and we know parts arent cheap. But Miss B. in the office actually took the time to call around to *three different places* to find the part at the cheapest price for me. It ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars! What wonderful customer service.When I collected my car after the repair it seemed to be working fine, but after driving it for a few days, I realized it wasnt. It would start out cold, but soon enough was it was only hot air blowing out of the vents, especially if it had been sitting in the sun all day. Ugh! But, hey, even the newest parts could be faulty sometimes, right? So it was today (5/24/21) that I brought it back again explaining the problem. They spot on figured out the issue, made it right, and sent me away with my car *absolutely perfect* this time without a single extra dollar out of my pocket.I mention that because its important. As I mentioned above, it was actually only a year or so ago that I went to an actual Ford dealership to fix the same gosh darned thing. I had purchased my car new from a Ford dealership 10 years ago and it only has 87K miles on it. And oh do those dealerships love to say you should *only do repairs at a certified Ford dealership* -- so I fell for it! Paid a pretty penny then, only to find that same hot air problem -- sadly, while on a road trip 700 miles from home -- and they wanted to charge me just to LOOK at it, even when it was still under warranty. I was told the part was under warranty but not the service to look for the problem and fix it wasnt. Errr, excuse me? (I survived for a while just running the AC at MAX capacity where it was at least tepid; the winter season not needing it helped as well)ANYWAY. So long story short? (too late!)I now 100% trust Kendrick even more than a Ford certified-repair dealership. YOU SHOULD TOO.Heres what you want to know:They didnt give me a runaround.They didnt try to take advantage of me.(As a woman, thats huge too: sadly, it still exists that some places try to do that to women)They actually shopped for parts to find me the least expensive one to save me money.Later, when I mentioned an issue, they instantly told me to bring it back and they would figure out the problem.They didnt charge for extras (like Ford wanted to) just to look at it again.They just wanted to make it right for me.Now, I know Im not their normal customer like their big trucks and semis and whatnot. I probably wont even need their services again (at least not with this car since they fixed me up right). To them, I was just a random woman who drove onto their lot with a little car needing some service. But they treated me like I was every bit as important as anyone else.Well done, Kendrick. Well done. Thank you.

Came to get AC service and was over charge for and they still didn’t fix my AC, 287 dollar to just to service my truck plus extra for something they fail to fix. Very displease with customer service too, had a take it or leave attitude. My advice don’t never bring your car to them for nothing

If i could give them zero stars I would. No price was agreed upon prior to my service. All they did was tell me that what I was getting my car fixed for wasn’t what was wrong with it and then proceeded to charge me $150. They then told me I was getting charged for how long my car sat on the lot and he was really giving me a discount...how am I getting charged for how long my car sits on the lot if you not working on it?? They tell you whatever they want over the phone just to get your money and then when they try to charge you 50% more for parts that you can find for way cheaper yourself. If you don’t want to deal with liars and scammers...don’t go here!

Poor service took my money machanic took all my parts off my car didnt replace for the whole Holiday weekend and busted my radiator..took back Tuesday told hat happen he hung phone up on me .call back 2 times an wanted me to do a claim for My radiator an service ..still have 2 yr. Came here to get AC repair, warranty approved of the cost, after coming back to get it replaced, they tried to charge me $200 extra in labor because I purchased my own part! They were trying to charge make $300 in profit from the part.

They need a real mechanic...all talk ..dont waste your my time...

We are from out of state and needed radiator repair while in Atlanta. Did some research and narrowed it down to Kendrick and one other place. Decided to go with Kendrick and are glad we did. Very impressed with the customer service which was top notch. Every employee we encountered was friendly, very polite and treated us as special people. As we were told would happen, we were given an estimate before any work was done. The cost was reasonable for the repair that was made. The work was done quickly which allowed us to get back on the road sooner than we thought. Left Kendrick and drove 600 miles with no problems.

I would never go here if I were you. I was told my radiator was being replaced, NOT repaired. I even had to wait a extra day for the new radiator to get there. On my bill it says new radiator.( I was also only asking for quotes for replacement NOT repair) Well today (3 months later) it started leaking, I called up, they pulled up my archived receipt and it says I only had a repair. How convenient for them! I will be pulling out my paperwork and finding the receipt(which says replacement). This was a total scam. I also had to get a complete tune up after they did the work due to some sort of fluid getting somewhere it was not supposed to. You are better off going somewhere that will do it right the first time!! Also when they never properly mounted the radiator 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️** The shop I brought my car to after this place, informed me they didnt properly drain the fluids and it was Kendrick radiator that was to blame. I dont care what their response is to me, they ripped me off and messed my car up. If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE**

Incompetence and greed. I came here to get my air conditioning fixed. I explained that my system was leaking refrigerant somewhere. I was told there would be a $125 diagnostic fee. I agreed, thinking they would find the leak. Instead, they replaced a small fuse, for which I was charged another $75. Two days later my refrigerant had leaked out again. I came back to the shop. They replaced a small valve. Two days later, the refrigerant had leaked out again. I came back to the shop. Again they replaced a small valve. Two days later, the refrigerant had leaked out again. Im $200 in, and they still havent even diagnosed the problem. When I asked for a refund, the lady at the desk became very rude and defensive and said there were no refunds. I finally met with the owner, who was more polite, but still no refund. Instead, he wanted to try replacing the compressor, and quoted me a price of over $700. (And he couldnt even promise that would fix the problem.) (I later found compressors online for around $200.) I asked the owner about pulling a used compressor at a junkyard to reduce the cost, and he said he would look into that and call me back later in the day. He never called. Do not bring your car here for A/C repair unless you like spending money without results.

This place is one of the most reliable/trustworthy automotive establishments Ive gone to.Was traveling north from Florida with my family when I started overheating, not knowing the area, I google mapped closest mechanic, and I seriously hit the jackpot in customer service/knowledge. I called the shop from the road and they were incredibly courteous and reassuring about helping me out. Got to the shop, and discovered it was my waterpump. Was quoted a very fair price, and told it would be fixed within 3-4 hours(which it was). Good crew, very family oriented (had my three year old son with and they were very kind to him). Highly recommend this place

I went in four times in a two week period to have a radiator hose replaced and kept being told they needed to order the part. Somehow the part never came in and they didnt seem too concerned about it. My thought on that is that their primary business comes from big trucks and anything otherwise is accessory business. Not an isssue with that but let people know if you cant fit the job in.

Went for my emissions test and it was exactly what I expected. Nothing fancy but if you need a quick emissions test this is the place for you. The waiting room is old and dirty so just wait outside for your car.

Sold me a junker and deleted my review from last year so Im here to fix it again . Remember me the Chevy equinox ? Yes me it had been wrecked and he obviously yboight it at a salvage and fixed it nut never mention that . I have replace wheel barren several times and more so then a Chevy should be replaced . Only thing he did tell the truth on was the tires they was new . Dont buy a vehicle here period he will lie to you . I cant say much n his services but I can say he fool me out of 4,000$

Bought a car from here and i promised my review so here it is keep in mind this is from the time of purchase and he promised he would never sell a bad car to anyone HIS WORDS !. Had to replace front wheel barren, Front driver side axel, CD player is busted, Struts are bad on both front sides, Seats are stained beyond fixing which i seen upon purchase, Starter or fuel pump is about to go out havent had that assest fully yet, Needs new Alignment, MOtor poorly manitanced, Sensor is reading 10 different problems upon computer testing, Dash says 142,000 miles but i doubt that per every button inside car is wore beyond a car with only 142,000 miles.....Pretty much Tried to sell me a car he had listed for 4,000 on craigslist for 4,200??? After trying to fool me by saying he will knock off 200 bucks and i called him out he ended up selling it to me for 3900. The worst part when i test drove it he wouldnt be quiet he kept talking!! Even after i ignored him and said i was trying to listen to the car!!! and the roar i heard from that wheel barren HE SAID WAS THE NEW BIGGER TIRES HE HAD PUT ON IT... He did put brand new tires on it but its pretty sad thats the only thing he didnt lie about.. :( I drove from Tennessee and he knew this he could have atleast be real and told the truth but he was very dishonest and for that i hope who ever reads this is a good judge of character and chooses someone else ..This guy is a fraud!

I called in about AC service. I was told the process that they would take, how much it would cost and when to bring it in. I arrived at the appointed time. I was serviced right away and out in around 1 hour. The cost was exactly what I was quoted.

In my view this company its rely bad service i took my radiator from 2015 Cascadia with a small chip for to be weld and when i went to pick it up the price went sky high $385 and on top of it the painted in black the whole aluminum color radiator . Bad service ho rabble employees took my radiator from me and kick me out of they property . Now ill have to go thru court and open a law suit . Stay away from this place

I went here a week ago to have service done on my car they charged me 170 dollars I dropped my car off and they called me to pick my car up they haven’t done anything to my car didn’t change my breaks or my oil and was telling me they did,do not waste your time or money here!!!!!NEVER AGAIN RIP OFFS I had to go somewhere else and have services done a lot of money wasted...
