Breezeway has been servicing our units since 2013 and also installed a new HVAC system (AC, air handler, duct work, etc.) while we were finishing our basement several years ago. Michael and his crew are always a pleasure to do business with. Kind, courteous and professional at all levels of the operation.

We have used Breazeway HVAC for over 5 years, since we have been back in Smyrna. They do our maintenance and repairs. Our air went out yesterday morning and we realized it in the afternoon. I called customer service and they had our favorite technician, Tyler Thorndike, out by 9 am the next morning. The motor had blown. Tyler checked and there was only two left in the state. Thank God, one was in Marietta. Tyler left immediately and within two hours we are back up and running. Tyler and Breazeway continue to go above and beyond. Happy 4th.

Synopsis: Breezeway was unresponsive and lacks customer service. After having them come look at our AC and telling me it needed to be repaired, after nearly two weeks of multiple calls to them on my part, they did not send the necessary information to the home warranty company to replace the broken AC unit.Long story: On August 8, Breezeway was assigned to inspect our AC unit by our home warranty company. They came to inspect our AC and recharged it with freon saying it was low. A couple weeks later, the AC went out again. On August 31, Breezeway come out to inspect our AC unit for the second time and determined there was a leak in the unit and told me that it needed to be replaced.Three days later Breezeway had not yet sent the diagnosis to the home warranty company so I called Breezeway to ask for an update. The woman who answered the phone told me that it was the other secretary who handled our account and she was out that afternoon. I asked if she could help me out and look up the information, and she just said no. She told me I had to call back the next morning and ask for the other woman. Didnt even bother to say shed leave a note for this woman to call me back. I had the warranty company reach out to them that day and was told theyd have the info by the end of the day.The next day, still not information from Breezeway so i called them again. They said theyd send it out right away. Didnt happen.Four days later, both the home warranty company and I called Breezeway another time and the sent the initial diagnosis. This was 8 days after the service visit.The information they sent to the home warranty company was incomplete so I called again two days later asking them to send the necessary information. They informed me they would send it right away. They did not.I called yet again the next day, 11 days after the service visit, and they again promised to have the technician send out the necessary information.It is now 12 days after the initial visit, and after over a half dozen phone calls from me and multiple phone calls from the home warranty company, Breezeway still has as of yet to send over the necessary information. I have finally convinced the home warranty company to assign a new company and technician to the issue because Breezeway has not been proactive in sending out the needed information despite nearly two weeks time and multiple points of contact and reminders to send the needed information.I cannot strongly enough encourage people to NOT contact Breezeway for any speedy service.

I have been a very happy, satisfied client of breezeway heat and air for over 10 years.they replaced my failed hvac unit when we first started our partnership together. since then every technician that has come to provide maintenance service has been on time, thorough, conscientious and professional. but most recenty jeffrey has been my guy and he is amazing! very trustworthy, patient and talks to me in terms that i fully understand. any recommended services comes with reasonable quote and clear explanation of pros/cons of performing. i highly recommend this company and the hvac services/support they provide.

I have used other AC repair companies in the past that had good reviews but none of them can compare with these folks. This is the only company I want doing my repair and service.

The Gentleman who came to fix my AC was excellent and respectful/ but did not have firsthand knowledge of the nest thermostat System (which I had request someone who did) and so He wasnt able to address all my questions. When he left he told me if I had other issues to call and his owner knew a lot about the Nest systemMy major issue is that I had to make about six phone calls to get the initial appointment - I left multiple messages with their answering service without them being returned.Since the visit my air-conditioning is still not working and I probably have left seven or eight more messagesI spoke with an employee one day who said she would call me back but I never received a phone call back.I Was very happy with the person that came to my house - not happy with customer service and trying to get phone calls back or addressing my issues.

We were attempting to obtain service through our home warranty when our AC went out on August 15. When we had not heard from this company by 4:00 Monday, we called them. A person took all my information and said someone would contact me. At 2:00 on Tuesday, we had not heard from anyone and called again. Left a voice mail with no response. Called again, this time a person picked up the phone. They claimed they new nothing about us and if we wanted an appointment, Thursday afternoon would be best they could do. “If we did not like that, we could call the warranty company back and get someone else”. We, did and they will be here tomorrow morning.I would not recommend this company.

This is my second great experience with Breezeway. The first one was a new AC unit for one of my rentals and the price was very responsible ( I got a couple other estimates ), the guys were there when they said they would be and finished on time. There was a minor issue and the Breezeway came right back out and fixed the problem. This second unit was for my house and the customer service was outstanding. Breezeway installed an upscale Bryant unit (again they edged out the competition on price ), Michael the owner was easy to deal with and didn’t try to hard sell me on a more expensive unit, he just answered all my questions. I can recommend this company without reservation.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Breezeway. The staff is friendly and professional and the Techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Special shout out to Tyler who went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Other companys try and gauge you this company is fair and trustworthy.

These guys were on our recommended vendor list for my building, and considering what they had to work with I was impressed they were able to get this job done without incident. My residence uses a water source heat pump with some very inconvenient obstacles in the way (notably a shutoff valve directly in front of the box and sprinkler head above), and only a very small area to work with in terms of getting the old unit in and out, also in a very narrow work space. Either one of those gets broken, bad news for everyone, and they were able to get this in and out successfully without any notable damage. Definitely creative problem solvers for installation and removal and would recommend again.

Excellent Service!!! Quick Response!!! The technician was OUTSTANDING!!! On Memorial Day weekend I called several companies prior to calling this company ... none could tell me when they could get me on their schedule. I called Breezeway on Monday and the technician was out on Tuesday morning to take care of my problem. As I stared (to make sure I was not getting ripped off) the technician diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and fixed my air all without trying to rip me off! I would and have recommended this company to others.

4 weeks and counting without our air being fixed by this company. We have had 6 visits to “fix” the air units (inside or out) and 4 different techs out for repairs. We have had missed visits due to competing priorities such as other customers units being installed. Our “air” in the apartment has not been below 80 degrees since late April when this started. We were told that the manager or higher up would come out to approve the work however, we have had no such visit. After weeks of no air, a hole in our living room wall to check duct work and all the miscommunications, I have had enough. I would NOT recommend this company for your business needs. Come fix my air, please.

Gavin came out to find out why water was backing up on one of our units. He quickly found a clog and removed it, then recommended a thorough cleaning on both of our units. Nate then came out and spent several hours cleaning both units....i have had units serviced before,but Nate was so detailed and made sure everything was tip top. He explained everything he was doing and did. I highly recommend this company! The price was very very fair and reasonable!

I pulled a real dumb move, having the thermostat wire cut after having some work done in my place,, and on a Saturday! Eeek! We have used Breezeway for our Condominium Association and in addition to individual unit owners. And so without hesitation, the first (and only ) call was to Mike and Breezeway. This company was awesome, I had a rental home that the heat went out a week or so ago when the temps dropped below freezing, I called and explained my situation and within an hour they had a technician at the home to diagnose the problem. Turned out to only be a dirty filter. Very thankful for this company! There is something to be said for honesty, great service and very reasonable prices. This is my new HVAC company for sure.

Excellent company, honest service, technicians went out of their way to adapt the new heating pump to the tiny space provided, quality products chosen, energy bill went down significantly to less than half since new system was installed. I worked with Damien, Nate and Tommy and the installation was flawless, efficient and fast. Would recommend to friends and family.

So far so good. My home warranty company uses this company. From the time I placed the phone call, a technician was at the door 2 hours later and had my unit repaired in about 10 minutes. Technician was polite and professional. Would use again.

Company was contracted by my home warranty. Technician incorrectly wired the unit and therefore no heat upstairs. Unit was not set level when installed. Did not hard pipe as inspectors request hard piping. Water leak at seal, potential for major water damage. I do not recommend using this company. I had to call a friend / owner of another HVAC company to fix the issues.

Very pleased! Our heat went out on a Sunday night and they were at my house by 9:00a Monday. He had the part quickly installed and had my heat back on within two hours! I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had to get Breezeway to come to the house for our AC unit. Damien was the tech that came out. He was excellent. He gave tips to help us out with the monthly bill. He was in and done in 15 minutes.If you have to have a company, definitely call Breezeway and ask for Damien.

Our realtor recommended Breezeway for HVAC cleaning and service for our condo. We couldnt be more impressed! We were treated professionally and kindly by the owner and the office/scheduler (Baily) who quickly scheduled us for a weekend service call. The company stuck with their initial estimate/quote for service and kept to their word regarding all aspects of the appointment. Our service technician was Gavin and he did an AMAZING job....cleaning our evaporator and condenser coils, and removing and cleaning the blower (fan, housing & motor). It is a tough, dirty job, and he did it extremely well and didnt cut any corners. Gavin is a high-quality guy that does a great job for the sake of doing a great job. There are not too many folks out there today that work like this!! Cant say enough!!I have learned through experience to AVOID - Provillian Services Heating and Air!!

I needed an emergency replacement and was referred to Breezeway. I was given an arrival timeframe and Jonathan called to let me know that he would arrive in 30 min. He was prompt, professional and kept me informed of the progress. I was completely satisfied with the price and quality and will recommend Breezeway to family and friends.

This company is awful. They replaced are our unit in December and it already broke. We have not had air for 2 and a half weeks and it gets up to 80 degrees during the day in Atlanta during May so the condo gets super hot. They have been here 3 times and said everything is fine and then the air will not work again after an hour. They keep pushing back the time they can come. They were supposed to be here at 6pm on a Wednesday and called at 7:15pm saying that they couldn’t get here till 8:30pm and said that Friday would work better for them to show up. The customer service is terrible. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to go more than 2 weeks for your air to be fixed and pay extra on your utility bill.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The home warranty folks were dragging their feet and I didnt have air for the hottest week in the summer. They finally got the approval and installed on a Sunday - they went way out of their way. Shout out to Damion - thank you!

Ridiculous experience. Employees do not return calls in a timely manner. Additionally, whoever I dealt with waited 3 days to tell me they couldn’t make it out to my home... why did you accept the claim?? Waste of time.The owner’s response is totally untrue. Avoid this business.

I cant say enough about this company and the customer service I received. I needed to replace an outdated heating and air unit. I had multiple companies come give me bids and Breezeway was the only company I felt wasnt trying to rip me off. I am a single mom and often feel uncomfortable with strangers in my home. Jonathan, Cody and Damien were the team sent to do my job. They were VERY professional and had me feeling like I had family in the house. The entire team went above and beyond, taking time to patiently answer not only my questions, but also my childrens questions. They also installed two programmable digital thermostats for me while they were there. Damien was kind enough to program the first one while I watched and then coached me through programming the second one, so I would know what I was doing when they all left. I would recommend this company to my mother or my daughter, so obviously I would recommend them to anyone else.

We had to replace one of our AC unit as well as an air handler, so we hired Breezeway Heating and Air. Reggie came out and installed them for us. However, we started having some freon leaking issue between the two units. It turns out the leakage was taking place somewhere very difficult to locate. Reggie and his team had to come out multiple times, however, they stayed behind their words and never gave up. They eventually fixed it. Two years later, my AC unit is still blowing icy cold air. Every time I feel the breeze, I am reminded me of Reggie and his commitment to customer service.I strongly recommend Breezeway Heating & Air to anyone whos looking for a honest, reliable and professional HVAC specialist.

Spoke with Reggie Brumbelow on 10/2/18 and scheduled an appointment for 5pm 10/3/18 for someone to give us an estimate on a new A/C unit. They were a no show. My guess is they dont need the business.

Breezeway was the HVAC company that my home warranty sent out when my unit died this past year. Damien has been nothing but wonderful through the whole process. He kept me updated every step of the way, and was very good at explaining everything to me in a way that I, who knows nothing about HVAC stuff, could understand. I will definitely use Breezeway again.

I cant say enough about how impressed I am with Breezeway! I had several hard to find leaks in my (4 year old) HVAC system. Though it took some time, Reggie, Michael, and Damian tracked them all down and repaired them all! Throughout the whole process, Breezeway employees kept me updated on their progress and exactly what I should expect to happen. Their professionalism and expertise are second to none! They also were VERY reasonably priced, only charged me for what was absolutely necessary, and even took it upon themselves to personally take care of us when the HVAC warranty supplier messed up and provided us with the wrong replacement parts! These guys are reliable, were always here when they said theyd be, and most importantly, they are HONEST!! I am officially done with other do-nothing, but charge a fortune HVAC companies. Breezeway has earned a customer for life! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Overall a pleasant experience with these guys through the whole process.I heard a leak in my outdoor unit and called up my home warranty company who connected me to BHA. Damian came out the next day to inspect the system and concluded I didnt have an issue.Next day, my unit went out and my system ran out of R-22A refrigerant like I suspected from the leaking sound. I was able to get in contact with Damian in the morning and had him come back out to reinspect the unit. Unfortunately for me, it went from I didnt have an issue one day to the next day, I needed a whole new unit.Within a week, they were able to order the part and install the new outdoor unit. When the weather warmed up and I had to switch the unit from heat to cool mode, I noticed my heat strips were turning on in cool mode, so Damian came back out a week after the install to fix the wiring mix up.Now its been a couple of months with the new unit and I couldnt be happier. The new Lenox system is quiet and more efficient than the previous 1 year old, no brand system, I had when the home was flipped.Could the process have been a little smoother? Yes. They couldnt confirm the problem the first time out and the thermostat wiring was mixed after install, but with previous experiences with two other HVAC companies, BHA is at another level. From the front desk representative who answers your calls to Damian and his install crew, everyone was extremely polite every time I spoke with them. When they missed my phone calls on rare occassions, they will always return my calls quickly They were always within the given time frame and I appreciate Damian taking the time to explain the parts & how they work in my overall hvac system. This level of courteousness is a piece much appreciated from any homeowner who is dealing with issues with their home.On top of the manufacturers warranty of the product installed, they also have a 1-year labor warranty which gives the homeowner assurance if, knock on wood this never happens, something goes wrong. Thanks guys for the great experience and I will definitely recommend Breezeway Heating & Air in the future!

Took a day to get a technician out but it was 1100 less than coolray.

A/C out and house is 88 degrees, called an entire day several times only to be told that a technician would call me and come out sometime that day. I never received a call from the technician to say anything. What kind of customer service is that. Called the next day and finally at 10am got someone and was told they were booked up.

Horrible! Ive been waiting 2 weeks on a part, had to call my home warranty company and have them transfer the order.
