From start to finish the Essential Heating & Air Conditioning team made an unpleasant situation bearable. Our system died and unfortunately, the replacement wasnt covered by our home warranty company. Essential came out and installed our new system at a reasonable cost and answered every phone call and email promptly before, during, and after the process. Were definitely going to have them come back out when the second system goes out.

Essential Heating and Air installed an energy efficient furnace and replaced all of those nasty vents that had been under the house since 1963. I love it because it really helps my breathing. They also replaced the antiquated air conditioning unit with an energy efficient one. Anthony, the owner, provides exceptional customer service, and his team is professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this contractor. One call to them is all you need.

I just want to say that God is good all the time This morning I woke up and the temp in my home was 57. My furnace was running and the hot air was not blowing out at all. I had to pull out my space heaters to keep warm. I call my heating and air guy and he stated he would not be able to come out to my home until Monday. I could not wait until Monday to see what the problem was with the furnace. I started searching for a heating and air company that would be reasonable priced and I would get answers regarding why the air was not blowing out of my furnace. I called Essential Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc and I was very pleased with the telephone mannerism first and the fact that I was able to get on the schedule today. The technician called and arrived and was very pleasant. The problem was detected and the work was performed and now I have heat in my home tonight. I am very pleased with the service that I received today. I really appreciated be put on the schedule today. The overall service was very professional and that means a great deal to me.

I contacted Essential on Tuesday. A service repairman arrived promptly Wednesday morning. The tech diagnosed my issue and reviewed the repair options with me. He was in and out in less than 2 hours.
