We are very happy with the purchase and installation of step rails for our Nissan Murano. Candace was as helpful as can be, and the whole process went as easy as can be. They even picked up our vehicle from the house, installed the step rails, and returned the vehicle to us. I happily recommend this business to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would double that. I was pleased to finally put a face with a voice as I had been working with Candace for several weeks. She has been kind and helpful by phone and email and it was delightful to visit this last Tuesday and Wednesday. I have some unique issues due to the lymphedema in my lower legs and we are working on getting a van that will accommodate my needs. They installed a wonderful lift for my power chair so now I can get it from place to place. Everyone at the Asheville. NC was really nice and super helpful. Just as my friend and I were heading out on Tuesday the skies opened up and it was pouring. I knew we would be soaked because she has to physically assist me into the car so I said whoa, we need to wait. The other lady in the office went out and pulled my car around back and backed it into an empty bay so that we could get into the car without having to be outside in the rain. That is exceptional customer service.I would recommend Ilderton to anyone in need of securing accessibility in a van or car because they are so customer oriented and their work is excellent. I can see why this company has thrived since 1926.

Ilderton Conversion provided an excellent experience for us! They seem to really care about folks. They did everything they could to help our daughter get her van modified as quickly as possible. They even pushed so she could have it in time for vacation! They are kind, helpful and professional. We look forward to continuing to do business with them.

We are returning customers. After our 2012 van was wrecked on December 5, 2020, Ilderton worked with our insurance claims department to determine that the van was unable to be safely repaired. Therefore the van was ruled a total loss. We were able to talk with a mobility specialist who skillfully guided us to make a purchase. Your guys actually delivered the vehicle to our home in Virginia, about 2 hours distant. You saved me having to find someone to stay with my wife, who has the disability needs, and made the whole process a blessing and a great help and ministry to us.

Ilderton was a joy to work with. Every effort was made by them to make our purchase easy and enjoyable. On the day we signed our paperwork, Catherine came and picked me up in one of their vans because I was no longer able to get into our tradein vehicle. We feel the price was fair and the service we hace recieved from our salsperson, Catherine, the office staff and Chris in the service department has been exemplar. If I am ever in the market for another van I wouldnt think of looking elsewhere.

My grandfather was going to use these people to buy a conversion van for my grandmother, till we found out how incompetent they are. Ive never seen a company treat someone so poorly especially someone who could buy. We ended up going to Mobility Works in Greenville and purchased a van from people who know what they are doing!
