We had a wonderful vacation in the Promaster 19 van from Urban Escape Vehicles. The van was ideal for our trip. When we rolled into a campground, we took out our chairs and, just like that, camp was set up. No fussing with a tent or driving/pulling a large vehicle. The van itself handles great and gave us incredible flexibility in our experience. We drove it on interstates, the Newfound Gap in GSMNP, the Blue Ridge Parkway, through Gatlinburg, Brevard, and city streets in Asheville. We even traveled a logging road searching for a waterfall in Pisgah National Forest. The van could do it all easily. The bed was comfortable and everything needed for camp cooking was provided. Melody was super responsive on setting up our rental and provided some great tips on area campgrounds, hikes, etc. Check in and drop off were a breeze. We look forward to our next camper van trip and highly recommend Urban Escape.

The 2021 Ram was perfect for our trip up the coast, easy road machine. Melody and her team were great and made the whole process simple. We’ll definitely use them again!

Van was super clean, comfortable bed and easy to drive. Melody was very particular in sterilizing/cleaning everything during this Covid time. Table, chairs, Coleman stove, dishes, etc were provided. We loved it and will rent again!!!!!

We had an AMAZING time with our rental from Urban Escape Vehicles. Melody, the owner, was friendly, communicative, and flexible with pick-up/drop-off. The van is well-constructed and decorated, and the bed was super comfortable (we slept like babies!). It was easy to get a hang of driving (we were pleasantly surprised by the handling, turn radius, gas mileage, etc.) and fit into standard parking spots with ease. 10/10 would recommend renting this van for your next adventure!

We wanted to try out a well-equipped van to see if we might want to purchase one our own. Urban Escape did not disappoint! The van was comfortable and cozy, even in cold, rainy temps, and the set upwas easy, even though we had no RV experience.Melody was awesome to work with, and answered a million of our questions about vans in general. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were, (my husband is 6’2”) and how, even In close quarters, eating, changing, cooking were all possible and easy.This was a perfect 3 days of mountain biking in Asheville with an Urban Escape van for a base camp. We will definitely be back!

This was our first camper van experience. We were a bit intimidated by the prospect of managing a Winnebago Travato with all of its systems and size. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! We are two women, I am 5’7” and my partner is 5’1”. We could both comfortably drive the Travato and the turning radius is impressively small. We stayed in camp grounds with and without hook-ups so we used all of the systems. We had cold rainy weather and spent most of our time inside the van and it was cozy and comfortable! We were amazed at how comfortable the beds were! It made us realize we might need a new mattress on our bed at home! We brought good food, cooked amazing meals and had a great time. The Travato is well equipped and Melody is a joy to work with! We will definitely be planning another camper van adventure with Urban Escape Vehicles!Happy Travels,Lisa from Age Like a Renegade

Our weekend getaway in the Promaster Van was AMAZING! This is the second time we rent a van with Urban Escape Vehicles and we loved it . The van is equipped with all the things you need (cooking cleaning and storage). Melody the owner is extremely helpful! This last trip Melody provided a list of hiking trials and parking areas to insure that our weekend would be pleasant. Thank you so much for the great memories!

This was a great, socially distanced little vacation for us! We took the van to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park for 4 days and had an awesome time. The is our second time renting a campervan and we really enjoyed the layout and convenience of their Promaster. They definitely thought of everything right down to camp games and spices. Comfy bed, cute interior, great privacy screens, fully equipped kitchenette, lighting, etc. The owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating, too. Well be renting again for sure.

We had a great experience renting from Melody. Communication was always fast. The van was easy to drive and maneuver. There is everything you could possibly need in this van, other than food and clothing. We did bring our pop up canopy for rain. I highly recommend renting from Melody.

Melody stocked our camper with everything we could possibly need for a night in the woods-- a warm comfortable bed, FULLY stocked kitchen, solar/battery lights, table and chairs, the works. She was punctual, professional, and just a very cool gal. We (especially our 15 month old) absolutely loved our experience and cant wait for our next camper trip--- highly recommend for other families with little ones!
