I rented a truck specifically to tow a horse trailer. The staff member gave me a sleeve to put in the hitch to adjust its size to fit the trailer. However, when I went to use it, it was not the correct size (the holes didn’t match/reach where the pin goes in to hold the trailer on, so I could not use it to tow. I tried 2 other sleeves (one I had and one I borrowed) and both had the same issue, so it seems it was not a standard size hitch. This was on a Saturday and they were closed until Monday, and I couldn’t even get through to a National help line. This is a pretty inexcusable error considering this is the one thing they do - rent trucks, and many rentals are for towing. I had to pay someone else to drive me to Kentucky to pick up a horse and a trailer, at more than twice the cost. To add insult to injury, there has been no taking accountability for their pretty egregious error, no sincere apology, and they are so far not reimbursing me for the diesel I put in the truck and couldn’t use. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It’s unfortunate because had they at least made me feel like they cared, sincerely apologized and immediately reimbursed me for the diesel, I would not be so angry or feel so inclined to leave this review.

Good information and guidance on rental of pickup -- would recommend

I have rented multiple trucks from Enterprise Truck Rental over the last three years for boat towing as well as load carrying. I could not be more pleased with the friendly, professional customer service provided by all at Enterprise Truck Rental. Most of my recent rentals have been managed by Rob and Daniel and they have done an outstanding job in providing me with the proper truck for the job at hand. Enterprise Truck Rental is a first class business renting great trucks at reasonable rates. I give them my highest recommendation.

Weve rented trucks for business use several times from these guys. The staff is super helpful and easy to work with and the trucks are always exactly what we needed. Will definitely be return customers.

Truck was great! Service was great!

Despite how busy these guys were they were still fast & friendly. I was in and out in to pick up my online reservation in less than 30 mins, there were 5 people ahead of me. They could still probably benefit from adding some more workers with this kind of volume of people coming in the doors and calling. The manager was who assisted me with the rental was great and knowledgeable.

These guys are always kind, professional, and understanding. I rent trucks for towing regularly and wouldnt consider going anywhere else!
