No one ever answered the phone and I called for months. Emailed them several times and never got an answer, not sure why, but I am very disappointed.

Kimberley was excellent. I work in customer care. Kimberley went above & beyond the call of duty. She was patient, kind, professional. She spent 45 minutes with me air dropping my iPad Air 2 to my iPhone. She was able to run a diagnostic to find out it was my battery. The other place at UnreakitIfixit could of done the same thing but they didn’t. I am visiting from out of state. I will come back here 2 1/2 hours drive to pick it up. I had 1000 keepsake photos from my moms passing, the birth of my granddaughter and my 1st trip back home to NY in 15 years so my photos were very important to me. Kimberley was outstanding. Asked the right person and got the right answers. Kimberly showed me how to make changes to my documents from Dropbox and even how to dictate the changes so I dont need to type them. She also and let me know what various icons were for. She was most efficient, pleasant and helpful. 😁🙂😁.

Went in to purchase a new laptop. The associate was very helpful and quick about helping me figure out what I needed for what I use my laptop for and then very helpful purchasing my new computer. Would recommend using CityMac in the future to anyone!

I am in the market for an iPhone 11pro and started with CityMac. Kimberly was very helpful, both to me and to my wife who had some questions about her phone. She was very patient with two 75 year-old tech idiots.She explained everything in a way that we could understand. My wife’s problem was solved, and I got the information I needed. They were helpful and prompt. All staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I also watched an employee patiently help a customer with password issues, he went above and beyond to help her figure out her iPhone.
My husband bought me a new Mac. Citymac helped me choose the right one, helped with transfer from old Mac, spent time educating me and made me feel very comfortable with the entire transaction. I have bought from them before and highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. Took time to show me my pictures are secure in iCloud before sending my phone out for a recall/repair. Will never go to Verizon again where they tried telling me nothing could be done with my phone and trying to sell me a new one. Such amazing help here at CityMac. There are 2 helpful men who work here and I think it was JJ, I forget his name but he was excellent on both occasions spending a good amount of time helping me out. Had a wonderful experience at this CityMac. It was my second purchase there, I returned due to the customer service. I had been searching for a refurbished MacBook, calling every few months to see if they had anything in stock. Last week Kimberly answered the phone and let me know that in fact they had 2 in stock. She took the time to listen to what I needed it for and said she would put the one that best fit my needs aside until I could get in to the store. Upon arrival, she was efficient and courteous. She helped guide my purchase and I left feeling I made the best decision with my laptop. Highly recommend!
Best customer service experience EVER!Nathan helped me for an hour to figure out how I was locked out of my I phone account and gave me the Apple Customer Service number to take care of it. And he didn’t charge me for his help!I am a true City Mac fan. Every time I have needed a repair or purchase, I have been 100%satisfied, but today was over the top!
The worst customer service I have had in a long term, still kind of dumbfounded. dropped computer off with needing to get a service they said would take 1-2 days. Waited four days... no call... called and they said they couldnt do the update without my permission, but yet didnt call to get my permission. Then told me it would be done Monday at 5pm, went in monday at 5 and still NOTHING had been done. I really didnt get an explanation, drove all the way there expecting to pick up my computer (since they didnt call to let me know it wasnt ready), just to take it home with nothing done. No apologies from girl there, I felt like they just didnt want to help me.
I have to say CityMac is now my go to place for any computer issues. Ashley, the computer export pro, and Manager is WONDERFUL and so friendly and completely loves her customers, and you can tell she really loves her job. She made my Old Mac, and new Screaming fast Mac !! I enjoy my computer once again. Actually, its even faster than when it was new! Way to go Ashley and the gang !!

I bought an old and broken MacBook from a friend and fixed the hardware no problem myself, however the software is a different story I brought it in to have some new software put on it and was immediately greeted and asked what I need help with when I walked in, and it only took about 5 minutes to drop off the MacBook. One day later I got the call to pick it up and it works perfectly on the latest software which is surprising since it’s a 1013 model. I would 10/10 recommend this store.
Went in today to get my old phone back operating again correctly. JJ helped me and was great. He was quick with the work and got me in and out very quickly.
Dillon solved the problem I was having with unlocking my phones that were with one carrier so I could give them to my daughter and granddaughter who have service with another carrier. My carrier was having me jump through hoops to get them to unlock the phones and I had lost all patience! Dillon knew exactly what to do and had them unlocked almost immediately. Within minutes I received emails from my carrier saying my requests to unlock had been approved. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received. Thank you again Dillon!
I brought in my 2010 MacBook Pro to say goodbye and get a newer version. The process was quick. My questions were answered . I was probably in and out in 20 minutes.Highly recommend!

Had a broken screen on my Apple Watch. Was informed how much it would cost and how long it would take to get it repaired. All turned out to be correct and I was called when my watch was fixed. Very courteous and professional staff.
I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff. They were so helpful, especially Dillon, in helping me unlock my 87 yr old mothers I pad that had been disabled. During the time I was there I observed at least 10 customers come in and be waited on. All were treated with respect and patience. The staff was very knowledgable and worked hard to solve everyones problems. It was very refreshing to see such competence and professionalism in the workplace. Thanks again for all the help.
Apple totally Came through again. This old phone that I had and didn’t realize that I had warranty on got replaced for $30. I thought was gonna be $99. To my surprise only 30 and it’s beautiful thank you very much Apple.

I came in doubtful CityMac could help me with a mail box conversion problem. Their tech, Christian Bruns, not only solved my problem, but also walked me through the process so I could do it on my own and explain it to others.He did so in a friendly, courteous manner that makes me far more likely to come back for either service or purchases. Painful and expensive repair of my MacBook Pro display BUT Aaron was very helpful as thorough explaining what was wrong and what had caused it. He estimated that he could could have it fixed by the next afternoon, and instead was finished the next MORNING. I love having these Apple Pros right down the street.

Never used City Mac but from the fantastic customer service i had today with my watch and phone I will MOST DEFINATELY use them again.
I traded in a two year old Iphone for the new model. There was only one salesperson/technician on duty. What was supposed to be a 30 minute process of transfering programs and setting up the new phone and pairing it with my watch turned into an hour plus not counting the initial looking and buying. The technician could not have been better. She was knowledgeable, enjoyable to work with and did a nice job. Another person on duty would have been most helpful

City Mac saved me $219!!! I originally contacted Apple support due to my left AirPod (stopped charging and no sound was being transmitted), I was told I needed to pay $219. Friend of mine told me about City Mac, I took them in and dropped them off on a Friday. By Tuesday I got a call that they were ready for pick-up!!! I paid $0.FYI my AirPods were still under warranty! Love this location and Biltmore Park! Oh and the staff is super nice! Always greet you with a smile💫💕
When will I learn? I have some sort of problem with any of my Apple products and I struggle for weeks trying to fix it myself. A few minutes in CityMac gets me fixed up and running right each and every time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite go to for phones and other Apple electronics.

We purchased a new iPad gen 7 at Costco online. When it arrived it immediately had a problem called “ ghost touch” making it very frustrating to use. We called apple support but their recommendations did not work. We brought the iPad to CityMac because they are an authorized repair location very close to our house. They immediately verified the problem and returned our iPad to apple for a replacement. We had a new iPad less than 24 hours after we gave them ours, even though we did not buy the original unit from them! Absolutely super service! Also they walked us through the set-up of the replacement iPad until we were satisfied it worked correctly. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received!

I recently brought a non-working iPhone into CityMac for some trouble shooting. I did not buy the phone from them, but had previously bought an IPad there. The tech rep, who was happy to work with my problem, determined that the phone had a defective circuit board. The rep then went through the steps to return it directly to Apple. 5 days later I received a phone call saying that a replacement phone was sent from Apple. When I went to pick up the phone the rep helped with the new phone setup and answered several new questions that I had about iPhone.I will definitely return to CityMac when Im ready to buy another Apple product.

My son had a broken screen on his iPhone XR. After several trips to bestbuy, which is an hour from home, just to be told they were out of screens, we decided to go all the way to Asheville to the next bestbuy, after they told us they could fix it and they had the part. 3 hours later bestbuy told us they couldn’t get the screen off. They then told us about citymac. We went in to their nice store and within 2 hours had a fixed phone. The people were very professional and knowledgeable and super nice. Anytime I ever have a broken phone that will be the place to go!

Went to buy a screen cover for my IPad. 2 people working and with customers. Found what I needed and then waited. Stood there for what seemed like 10 minutes but probably 5. Nobody said hello, be with you in a minute, nothing. When the one guy looked at me like I wasn’t even there and still didn’t say anything I put the cover back and left. Will never go back.
IMac was dead when I returned from vacation. Only thing that came up was a flashing ?. Dropped it off at CityMac this afternoon. Returned to normal use with no loss of data in two hours. Great experience

Everything at the store was handled poorly. In the store they were nice but no clarification on what was happening with my phone. This process was convoluted and unclear and I lost all my contacts, pictures, etc. For the love of god just tell the customers what exactly your gonna do with the phone and not just wipe it without any kind warning or clarification.
