From beginning to end, Tech House offered top notch customer service and made me feel like they cared about my laptop as much as I do. He set up a second-hand MAC Book for me, spent a couple of hours teaching me how to navigate it, ordered a new printer for me after finding out the limitations of the one I already had, came to my apartment to install it and link it to my computer, and even gave me a tutorial with my Apple TV!! Hes available to answer questions by phone when I have an issue which is going the extra mile in helpfulness. I was in complete distress. Tech House advised me how to get my computer through the weekend by using work-arounds so I could still get my work done. When I got back to Raleigh, the quotes I got from other tech companies were WAY higher than Tech House, so I ended up mailing them my computer to fix. They gave me the BEST price, BEST service, and fixed more than I even knew was wrong. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I agreed to every change that was made. The service was very personal. I was in a hard spot financially and they made it work. These guys are the best. Anuj is just awesome. Now my laptop works perfectly.

Great place & quality service for my macbook without having to be under the thumb of Apple. They replaced my macbook pro w/ retina screen battery in one day no problem. I had purchased the battery as mine was swelling but decided it was too tricky for me to risk installing myself (glued in & multiple little plugs to deal with). Apple affiliated stores I called would not install my battery & said it could not be done without replacing a bunch of other parts. But Tech House did it for me at a fraction of what the Apple Store charges & it is working great! They also have a process for removing the anti-glare coat that was de-laminating, so its like a brand new computer now!!! Definitely recommend!

They didnt need to hang on to my laptop for two weeks while they waited for a part to be delivered. They opened it up right in front of me, found out what they needed to know and had me return when the part arrived in another week. I left it with them for an hour and that was about the total time it took them to repair my screen. They Rock! I took my wife’s apple laptop to have the screen replaced due to it was so old he said it would take a while for it to arrive I was prepared to wait a couple weeks two days later he called and said I got your screen brought it in said it would be five hours while I was eating lunch a hour and a half later called me said it was ready very fast great service not to mention very reasonable in price these guys are my new tech service squad!!!

Anuj and Early are phenomenal!! Ive taken them a total of 4 projects, ranging from a phone recovery to an iMac overhaul. In each instance, they were very straightforward about my options, including both when the actual repair was much cheaper and easier than what others had suggested as well as when the particular operation on my phone was risky (very fickle screen). When they suggested upgrades that would be easy and less expensive than normal because they already had the machine open to do a repair, I never had the feeling I was being upsold. Their recommended upgrades proved to be powerful and economical improvements to my machines. I cant recommend these folks enough, I went in for two of the projects expecting very pricey overhauls based on what I had read and they were very honest in telling me the problem was much simpler than I was thinking. Because of this, I trusted them completely when the fourth project actually needed more work than I initially thought. Ive been here 18 years, and this is the best tech service this city has ever had

Excellent customer service! My older MacBook Pro wouldn’t to start up for over a year. It would get as far as the gray apple screen and then shut down again. Anuj was able to go in and diagnose the problem in about 15 minutes and fixed it right on the spot.
