Brad came to our house to fix my wifes Dell laptop which had gotten excruciatingly slow and nearly non-responsive. He replaced the severely underperforming battery, replaced the slow, sluggish, original hard drive with a new, far faster SSD and reloaded all programs. What a huge difference! I am giving Brad & CB computers a 4 and not a 5 only since they didnt do an actual onsite job for me. Brad gave me great assistance over the phone for a wifi connection re-occurring issue! We had brought the laptop into another shop and they only temporarily fixed it and while I knew a couple tricks myself, none of those worked!
