I purchased a Groupon for this business and tried calling for 3 weeks to set up an appointment for a haircut. No one ever answered the phone and I left messages for two different stylists, the calls were not returned.Updated to respond to the owners reply: There was no message saying anyone was out of town when I called repeatedly in December or else I wouldnt have tried to call again. I left a message for Chuck and also a womans name who I cant remember, both absolutely included my name and telephone number. I purchased the Groupon before I called to set up an appointment, Groupon kindly refunded it after I could not get anyone to respond to me for three weeks. So I guess its a good thing that you wont have to worry if I am one of those potential fake Groupon customers wasting your time.
