I damaged the bumper of my car and took it to Toneys and was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. He was genuinely honest and very helpful. He had fair prices and did an awesome job at reattaching my bumper for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. We had a great experience and will go back as needed.

Amazing Service! I was traveling through the Appalachian Mountains and stopped in Asheville with car trouble. The mechanic saw my out of state plates and all of luggage and was completely honest with me. I feel very fortunate to have stopped here with my car trouble while traveling.

The way auto service used to be done! Toney diagnosed my trucks engine problem and to make sure it was right he drive it home himself. He then offered to charge me way to little for his time and I had to negotiate the price UP with him. When was the last time you were undercharged for great service? Go to Toneys!

He fit me into his really busy schedule and had my car running perfectly in less than half a day. Didnt try to jerk me around and have me pay for what I didnt need.

These gentlemen have work in my car many times hes helped me get through some trying times with vehicles. These men are a blessing and Im very respectful they help people all the time to get their vehicles back on the road I send all my friends to Tonys car and truck

Toney is a good person, and that says a lot about the quality of work that comes from his shop. i had an emergency the other day and he was very kind and generous to fit me in and make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. would reccomend

My wife, myself and our 4 month year old daughter took a family trip from Charleston, SC to Asheville. The previous week my cars radiator hose had come loose and I paid $450 to have this problem fixed. Well sure enough, one early morning in Asheville the same hose came loose. Called all around an nobody had time to help us. One shop said to call Toney and see if he could help. Sure enough, he said he could take a look at it and help if it wasnt too much a hassle. I explained our situation being from out of town and he was more than pleasant trying to help. We pulled in before Toney got in that morning (that early) and another fellow helped me look a the issue. To make a already long story short, Toney went out of his way to help a family in need, early in the morning with no previous appointment. He would only take $30 for the radiator coolant he had to use, because the fix was simple but was done by an incompetent mechanic. Thank you Toney!

!!!BEWARE!!! VERY UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNEDUCATED. VERY BACKWOODS. Never have I come across someone more UNEDUCATED in my life. Left my vehicle over night as requested, parked in the only available spot on the property, I received a phone call the next morning at 5:30 AM asking what I thought I was doing parking my f$#cking truck in his drive. I was hurt, embarrassed, and quite frankly scared that I had dropped my vehicle off with someone with a mental illness. I then received another phone call at 5:45 AM stating I needed to move my vehicle in the next 30 mins or it would be towed in a very threatening tone. I was in shock. I was already at work and couldnt leave, so called a family member to go pick my truck up. Evidently, it was already in the shop and had not been towed. I decided to deal with myself once I got off. Was told I would be charged $600 for a $200 job so took my truck and left. Still had to pay $40 just to have it looked at and be cursed like a dog over the phone. BEWARE, stay away!
