Personnel were straight forward ( not saying they were nice but they did do their job) customer waiting area was the worst of any dealership I have ever been in, no vending machines AT ALL! We werent even offered bottled water, there was a water fountain, but with the covid mess still going on I wasnt doing that! My daughter and I did spot a soda machine outside of the drive-in service area but it was completely empty! Compared to the hickory dealership Asheville was majorly lacking!
Brought in for maintenance... found out they he forgot to reassemble my car correctly. Was made to feel my cAr or issue was not a priority. Still waiting from a call from management about whether they will make me whole.
