TJ and his wonderful professional team in the collision department are outstanding. They were very accommodating during the pandemic. Parts are scarce and they provided me a rental when my rental terms ran out. They definitely go above the rest in customer service. I look forward to using their services again. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a used 2021 RAM 1500 from Cathy the sales person & Matt the used car manager. It was an easy, stress free and good experience. The price was reasonable, my trade in was reasonably priced and their approach was low key and friendly. I highly recommend shopping and buying at Harrys on the Hill.

Had an appointment scheduled. Came on time for what was supposed to be a quick part change that was part of the recall. They said they need to keep the car for a week!!! Would not provide a loaner or a ride home.I asked why it needed that much time when I had an appointment they said 6 mechanics had covid. Considering I saw mechanics walking around with no masks, no wonder.I normally dont expect a high level of service from this place because every time I take the car, they add things to my bill that didnt have to be done. Last time they tried to get me to replace the battery (which is still running great and I never had a problem with it).Since they were unprofessional and rude, I figured Id find another service.Just a note - I did, I went to Boyd and with an appointment they did that same exact part replacement in ONE HOUR.Dont go to Harrys!

I just bought a brand new 2021 GMC SLT from Harrys On The Hill. I had bought a used Cadillac SRX from salesperson Cathy Fox. She is a great salesperson who helped me and my wife with our purchase. I highly recommend her.

I am very particular when I buy. vehicles. Not difficult, just particular. Yesterday was the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Harrys. Both times, Richard Briggs was the sales person that met my requests. He is a car guy and knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot. I have had great, personal, timely, considerate, respectful, and quality experiences here. I will buy from Harrys from now on, specifically Richard Briggs Thanks for all the help folks, Merry Christmas!

I recently purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT5. My sales person, Justin, did an awesome job with me.Chad, the sales manager was also terrific. Very fair offer with trade. I can’t recall making an easier car purchase than this one. I was driving my new car out of the dealership in two hours! For the record I have purchased more than 25 cars in my lifetime. Shirrell handled all my paperwork which involved my LLC in Montana. My CPA from Montana told me she has done hundreds of Auto Titles and Shirrell was by far the most conscientious person from a dealership she ever worked with. I had a couple of minor issues with my new car and service handled everything professionally and respectfully. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my car purchse and all that helped.

Had to go in for a recall on my 2006 Pontiac Vibe passenger side airbag. Making an appointment was easy. The person on the phone was very polite and friendly. They follow up with your appointment via text confirmation. The man who helped me at my appointment was also very polite and professional. The whole place seemed clean and there were plenty of places to hang out while I waited. I was prepared to wait two hours for this airbag changeout (based on Google estimated wait time) and they took about 45 minutes. No fuss, very satisfied!

I couldnt ask for a better experience. My salesman Richard really took care of me and got me a great deal. Bought a car for my birthday and worried I would have to take a uber or rent a car to go pick it up. Called Richard and he told me some guys were transporting some cars back down my way and could drop mine off! Ended my birthday week with my new car in the drive way. Unbelievable!

Three things I want you to know:1) great prices 2) quality inventory 3) the nicest staff from sales, manager, finance that will make your experience a great experience.. It was a pleasant experience, the service center did repairs on my car. And its awesome to have my wheels back, life is slowly getting somewhat back to normal. And thank you homeward bond and those that fixed my car it was greatly appreciated. Now I can go see my boys for the holidays.

It wasnt but my insurance broker, but the gentleman who handled my claim was amazing. Make fixed everything that need facts but it took 3 weeks when I was supposed to take a week. Cost me a fortune in rentals. Which is completely unexpected and now Im behind. But thats progressive for you, so I switched to Back to geico.

We arrived at Harry’s on the hill ready to put a significant cash down payment on a car we had seen on their website. My husband and I are heavily tattooed and as soon as we started speaking with a sales person it was apparent they didn’t want to try and work with us. My husband is a private contractor (1099) and according to them, people who are “self employed” have a hard time getting financed. And then they said “I’m sorry.” They were short, extremely unhelpful and never tried to give us options or run our credit. It was very clear we were not the clientele they wanted to work with. So we took our money to another dealership where we left with a car that same day.

We broke down on a trip to Cincinnati! The dispatch/service manager was amazing. He fit us in his slammed schedule and did everything possible to make sure we could at least get home to Greenville to change vehicles. We will be back when we need a new vehicle!
