We just took delivery of a 2021 CX-30 and I could not have been happier with the sales process and customer service we received. Jason McLean took us through the entire purchase process and located the exact vehicle we were looking for. We never felt pressured and he was patient, working with Frankie Waters to put together the perfect finance package that fit our budget. We did most of the paperwork online, and Frankie walked us through everything, step by step. If I could give 1000 stars I would!! My son broke down in Sylva and I live 4 hours away. Had to have the car towed to Fields Mazda and I cant brag enough about Chad and Rebekah. They kept me in the loop and got his car up and running in less than 24 hours!! I know they were swamped but they went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I recently purchased a new Mazda6 and had a great experience. Kelly was fantastic working with me. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from her and it was 100% worth it. Overall, I found this dealership MUCH easier to work with than other Mazda dealerships in the southeast. Went in to test drive a couple of cars Monday. Curt approached my husband and I asking us what we were looking for in a car. We talked about the things that were a most and the things that were not necessary. He gave us a couple of options to test drive. At the end of the day he made sure I left with exactly what I wanted. Showed up from out of town without appointment with maintenance light on and facing 15 hour drive from Asheville to Miami. Chad slotted me in, changed the oil, rotated the tires and swapped out a failing battery and had us back on the road in under an hour. Communication, price and courtesy were outstanding, and even the waiting room was pleasant and spacious.

Fields Mazda performed service due to recalls on my 2020 Mazda. We are new to the area and this was my first visit to Fields. I have truly never Been treated better at any automobile dealership. From the first moment that I walked into Fields, I knew I was going to have a pleasant experience. The repair took longer than expected, and I was updated every single day. Our Mazda 6 had two flat tires after hitting a curb. Had it towed from Brevard NC to Fields Mazda. I was unable to see the car myself as I live out of state. Purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 today for my son! Once the vehicle was found on the companys site, a quick call to Adam assured us that is was available. We drove an hour to see the car, which was pristine and ready to go! Gage was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. He and Adam are a dynamic duo that will not disappoint. After years of making vehicle purchases, the overall experience at Fields, particularly with Adam and Gage, was fantastic! Pricing was reasonable and more than fair. I had an oil change snd a recall handled… someone was at my car window about 30 seconds after I was in line. I was told accurately how long the wait would be. I think everyone worked together well and things moved along well.Chad handled my paperwork and was every nice and efficient.🙂

Actual service was fine. However, the service associate that checked us in was abrupt and borderline rude through the entire process. I had the feeling she really didnt want to be there or unhappy with her job. A courteous greeting and a smile goes along way! I just brought a use 2012 Lexus CT 200H. I live in the upstate of SC and I worked with Brandon Cross on this purchase. I absolutely love the car! Brandon was great to work with he made sure I knew about any flaws the vehicle had. He had it detail and brought it right to my front door. The car was a great deal, handles great, came with almost a full tank of gas, the inside is immaculate and the outside has a few scratches but Brandon made sure I knew that before I brought it. All in all I would highly recommend Fields Mazda, ask for Brandon.

Super busy showroom, but with a great group of employees. We purchased a 2021 CX5 via phone and put together a deal in a matter of minutes with no hassle or back and fourth. All the details were done remotely. We drove up from Charlotte, signed a few papers, were given a detailed walk through by Randy and drove off. Everything was above board and as agreed to and things couldnt have been easier or more professional. Things were so simple we may drive up and buy a second car next month. We went to two dealerships in Charlotte and worked with both for weeks, and neither seemed all that eager to do much to facilitate a deal. Neither would conduct dealer searches, keep us updated or work very hard to earn the deal. hence we drove to Asheville and have no regrets.
Fields Mazda want my first dealership stop of the day, but it was definitely my last. The car buying process is usually so dreadful, but my car salesman, Charles, was absolutely great. The entire team made me feel so welcome, they answered all of my questions, and they made the experience, dare I say it -- Fun! I never once felt pressured to buy a vehicle by Charles, he genuinely just wanted to help me find something that was a perfect fit for me and my situation. Chad was and is AWESOME in the service area. In fact, I have never had any issues when I have brought my vehicles in to be serviced over the last few years. Chad is very diligent with you when going over what services is being performed on my vehicle and afterwards he goes over what was done and lets me know if there are any issues on the vehicle and gives a time estimate of when I would have to bring the vehicle in for routine maintenance.Again, Chad is a very straight up guy that is honest with you and unlike some service places, he doesnt try to :scare you into getting something done today instead of in the future.

Chad and his co-workers in the Fields Mazda service department have taken excellent care of my vehicle every time. I am a repeat customer because the staff at Fields Mazda are friendly, polite, and courteous each and every time my car is serviced -- and I trust their mechanics to make sure my vehicle is safe and 100% after each service visit.

We were stuck... and the driver seat was stuck on my wifes Mazda right before a long trip. Chad got us hooked up with the right parts and service and Rebekah handled the rest. The techs worked overtime to get us the parts and service we needed and while they had to work extra hours to get it all done, Fields Mazda honored the original and agreed price. Rough goings in 2021 and I guess that was evident on my face, even behind the mask. So, to top it off, Chad walked out as we were to leaving to ensure everything was well. I DO NOT like heavy sales tactics and can feel that energy right away. With James, what I sensed was a kind, helpful & understanding person. I have to say they have their Covid procedure down! Excellent customer service and great turn around time when you have an appointment. I love that they know who I am when I pull up and they keep me updated VIA text message while I’m waiting.

Just bought a 2020 Mazda and JR was our salesperson. He told us it only came with 1 key and there was NO owners manual. We ordered a new key and when we went to pick it up Rebecca was able to come up with the 2nd key and then she found us to tell us she found the owners manual. That saved us some $ and stress. I had a great experience having my vehicle serviced at Fields. Chad helped me through a recall and other needed repairs. He kept me updated constantly throughout the process. I especially like the new digital system that allowed me to exchange text messages with the service advisor. That made communication very fast and easy. I had a great experience dealing with Fields Mazda. Joseph was a respectful, low pressure salesman who helped me buy the right vehicle for me. A lot of dealers use scare tactics and high pressure sales moves to trap you in to a deal. Thats not how they treated me at Fields, they helped me buy a car rather than pressing a sale on me which I really respected. They went above and beyond to find the financing options that would work best for my budget and I got a great car out of it. If youre looking for a good dealership I would highly recommend Fields Mazda.

Save yourself some pain and drive the extra mileage to NEVER go to Fields Mazda, what a joke. I love my new car, but the customer service and toxic masculinity makes sure I will never set foot in this establishment again. Not only was I an inconvenience to my sales rep – never issued an apology, but the disorganization, and blatant rudeness of some of the staff was a no from me. This place is not only chaotic, and they only care about closing the deal, not the human interaction. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor can stress enough to spend your time and money elsewhere.

I wasn’t sure how car buying in a pandemic might go. Working with Fields was the easiest experience I’ve had, even in these stressful times. Joseph, Jason, Sara and the team were thorough, kind, and straightforward during each phase of my purchase. They also took their masks and social distancing seriously, which given the close confines of test driving and sales, made me much more comfortable. Had a great experience buying my car! The only disappointing part was the detailing on my brand new car was beyond awful, they didn’t was the outside of the car at all and left the glue in my window from the window sticker. Fortunately Randy and Jason were excellent (salesman and manager) and let me come back in the next day to have it re-detailed. They also replaced the batteries in my keys because they were both on low battery already. Not a horrible experience by any means but definitely not as smooth as I would have hoped for buying a brand new car.

He made the process very transparent and answered all questions I had.I asked about a dashboard button I didn’t understand on the pre-owned Hyundai Elantra I was looking to buy, and when he didn’t know the answer, he called all his Hyundai friends to find the answer for me. Even the Hyundai guys didn’t recognize the button, and it wasn’t in the handbook! Only after calling three others, JR heard this button was a custom add-on from the previous owner: ambient lighting!Thanks to JR hunting down that answer, I got a great deal on this Elantra that came with a little extra pizazz.After closing the deal, the paperwork was nearly painless and I felt like I was making a 100% informed decision. It was worth traveling from Richmond, VA to this particular dealership!

Just had my car serviced at Fields Mazda in Asheville, NC. While they say they require masks, that is a lie. While waiting to pay my bill, a service tech in the small parts/cashier area was talking and joking with the parts staff and cashier for at least five minutes. He had no mask and not one other employee said a word. Then it is my turn to enter the same small enclosed area to pay my bill. I would never have used the dealership if I had known they simply do not care about their customers and possibly exposing them to covid-19.

Jason was straight up about everything and was in contact with me about what I was looking for. We texted and emailed all the details. I live across the state line in Tennessee, so I had different taxes to deal with...again Jason and Joseph new my concerns and Fields was very straight up and easy!!! As a first time buyer I was really skeptical of so much of what he told me at first, but when I went home and did some research, everything he had told me was absolutely true! When something went wrong (with my bank, not the dealership), JR worked it out for me and made sure I was able to drive my new car home that day! Was helped and well taken care of by a few other people in the office as well- Austin my finance manager, some of the other sales consultants, and the lady at the desk- all were great! Received one timely reminder.Drove into the service lane, was told what the service would cost; no surprises.Waited about 40 minutes in a clean waiting room with seating appropriately spaced out (bottled water and snacks, nice touch). Service person called me out, made payment, all in 2 minutes and away I went.Easy peasy, very nice experience.

Ive been having issues with my Mazda Protege5 for over a year now. Ive taken it to several mechanics and spent $2,000 over the past year, only to still have issues and the check engine light still be on. I recently visited Fields Mazda. They offered a shuttle to and from work AND located the problem, fixed it, and provided outstanding service within the same day. All for a reasonable price.
