Had an appointment at 10am for a 50K service. Was told this would take 3 hours to complete. Slightly over 6 hours later they were finished! Three hours longer than they told me! I’ll never go back for service with them again!
Audi Asheville is the place to go, helpful and informative the whole time. Luis went above and beyond in assisting me with my car. He even came out to my house on a Saturday morning to complete the paper work the day after so we didn’t have to drive in to Asheville! Great customer service all the way!

They did a superb job and the car drives beautifully.John Svitilla (service consultant) did a great job of getting my work done in a timely manner and working with me on my questions and concerns. I had my 2015 Q7 towed in for an electrical issue and it took them 9 WEEKS to return the car. Although they applied a minor discount for the delay, some drain lines are still clogged and leaking into the vehicle (which is what caused the electrical problem in the first place). Very frustrating experience.

Terrible service. I changed the oil in my car a week ago. The low oil light came on in my car, so I stopped at Audi Asheville for help at 4:30 pm. The salesperson told me the parts department was closed so he couldn’t even sell me more oil. When I asked about what type of oil I need to buy, he just said: look it up yourself in the manual. This guy just wanted to go home.

Tried to schedule a routine oil change and was told I couldnt get an appointment for a full 4 weeks. When pushed they offered me an appointment in 2 weeks. This is unacceptable especially since part of their sales pitch is free routine car maintenance. Really disappointing because I cant wait 2 weeks to get my oil changed and will have to pay to have it done somewhere else.

Service after the sale? Forget it. Flow is going down hill fast. I’m not gonna take COVID as an excuse. Had to go through 4 different people to try to speak to an advisor before I was finally hung up on. The 4th person seamed hassled by my request to speak to a service advisor. No thanks. Next Audi will be purchased from a non flow dealership. Shame on you guys for tarnishing the reputation of what used to be a great place to buy vehicles.

I recently purchased a new Audi Etron here in Asheville, my second EV so far. This dealership provided a much more relaxing and friendly sales experience compared with previous dealers I have encountered. Although some back and forth is unavoidable when trading in your car, there’s nothing worse than negotiating with an adversarial sales person who weaponizes the unseen “manager” to chip away at your car’s value. Steve was great and made this process easy with none of that discomfort. You’re getting a new car, congrats! You should be happy about your irrational decision as you drive away, not angry at how you were treated. Everyone here from sales to finance to service made this... dare I say it... enjoyable? If you’re looking for an EV, the Etron is as nice as it gets. Ask for Steve!

But she went even further- she delivered the new Q5 to us in Simpsonville, put a nice big red bow on it for my wife, and even threw in a few Audi gifts to boot! Exceptional service! I switched from Jaguar to Audi because Audi’s customer service and customer experience is better by a landslide. Luis and the other staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you’re all about beautiful cars and excellent treatment- this is the place!
Audi Service Department has a sever lack of attention to detail. Last year they performed a recall to secure the wheel liner on my SQ5. They did not follow the TSB properly and fastened the trim so that it was not in properly. They could not do the repair that day do to a restriction on hours, so I had to fix it myself. The fastener hole was miss drilled and had to be moved roughly 1/4.On my most recent 20k service the technician did not reinstall the cabin air filter door properly which caused a whining noise when using the heat or ac on high. This caused 2 additional trips to the dealership in order to diagnose the problem and pick up the vehicle. Check their work thoroughly as they have a tendency to make mistakes which cause repeat trips. They are always curious, but they seem to have little regard for their customers time.
We just leased a 2020 Audi S5 sportsback from Audi Asheville and we couldn’t be happier! Our salesperson Jenny was awesome. She is passionate about the Audi product, knows a ton of the technical details, and she delivers superior customer service. She helped us with ordering the car three months ago and kept us informed throughout the build and shipping process. We took delivery today and the car is gorgeous!
Not my favorite Audi dealership. Purchased my Q5 at the Melbourne, FL dealership, which l went to for 5yrs. So at 1st l thought maybe my dislike for the Asheville dealership was just due to being different & we had no relationship yet. But a serious situation happened that could have been handled by them but wasnt so while on vacation in FL we had to make an emergency stop & went to the Audi of Sanford who not only diagnosed the problem (water pump) but also told us there was a recall for that part. We received better service here & it was also our 1st time there. Honestly l am being generous with a rating of 3 as we will not purchase a new Audi due to them. Appts are handled efficiently, just the overall customer service vibe & atmosphere.
I have owned several Audi’s and Porsche automobiles along with my expired competition driver’s license, so I feel I am knowledgeable about driving and buying a car. This dealership and their personnel made the experience quite enjoyable The best part was the test drive that my sales associate, Jenna, allowed me to take. I called their sales person of new cars telling them I am in the market for a New R8 and if they did not have it in stock would like to order one or if they could find one. The salesman took my information, and could not be less helpful. Said he would call back and never did. I even was trying to tell the salesman what color I was looking for to see if any other dealerships may have it to help with time, he then shut me down and said he had to go see customers.This is a 200k purchase and he could not be bothered. We bought our current Audi from this business as well. Certainly will go to Greenville or Charlotte from now on.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership.This is not the first time we have had issue with them, their customers service and retention is horrible.

This was by far the easiest car purchase weve ever made. Jenny was very upfront and personable during the entire transaction. She made it feel like buying a car from a friend. She took care of all the paperwork for us so all we did was test drive the car, sign some papers, and drive off. We drove from Knoxville just to get the car from Audi Asheville due to their excellent customer service.

I purchased a new S4 from Harmony a couple of days ago, and it was one of, if not the smoothest car transactions Ive ever made, and Ive made quite a number of them. Dropped off my Audi S5 because the dash showed sports differential malfunction. They said some rear sensor was malfunctioning and decided to replace it. It cost $950. The service advisor said the problem is solved and they corrected the problem.On my way back home, the same message popped up on the dash. Just 15 miles into the journey. Called the service center. The advisor said he will talk with the mechanic and get back to me. Never heard from him.I think, these guys can handle simple things like oil changes etc but seem inept when its too technical.

Car has been in shop over a month now from lightning strike. Communication and information have been all but impossible until I was given an e-mail address about a week ago. I was aware it would be a difficult repair but was assured it could be done. Communication has been initiated on my side, not theirs with two returned calls from the service dept in this month. I am told they have the computer boards in but have no time line when they can get my car fixed as they are still experiencing connection problems. I have explained that this is my only transportation and would appreciate any information and time table. If they cannot fix the car, I need that said. I do not need the response of we will get back to you when we have something to tell you. The question is:,can they fix the car. If not, I need to hear that in order to move forward. Audi has never made a difficult situation more so before this experience.

I recently purchased a new to me 2005 Audi TT from Audi Asheville and was very pleased with the buying experience. I contacted Ron Klahr by email to arrange a test drive of a different vehicle. As sometimes happens the car I ended up with wasn’t the car which attracted me to the dealer.Ron was very congenial and added no pressure to what can sometimes be a tense experience. After some discussion we settled on a price that was fair to both parties. The paperwork covering the transaction was prepared quickly, and there was no pressure when speaking with the financial manager.All things considered this was a good car purchase experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend either Ron or this dealer to someone interested in a new or used car.
