Very knowledgeable and personable, we are really pleased with the service. I filled out my information for my home on the Juengal website in order to get it insured. After a few days with no response, had to call in and spoke with Barb, who was unaware of my application. When she eventually found my application, and asked some follow-up questions, I told her that I wanted to get coverage started that day or as soon as possible. She responded that Matt was busy but would get back in touch soon. I waited for two more days before trying them again, thinking things might be busy or the like and wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. I then called again with fairly similar results, Barb apologizing and again nothing happening. Finally called over a week later and left a message on their machine with my information and specifically requesting a call back from Matt and havent heard back for two days now. Admittedly, this is following a holiday so I understand that they could be on break today (Although how would you get in touch with them to file a claim if something happened while they were away?). I am only writing this now because every review here is 5 stars and is in no way representative of my experience.
