Buna Mandell’s agency fraudulently increased my premiums and continued to bill on auto-draft. Problem not corrected until state intervened and it still took 3 months to get my money back! I doubt I’m the only one and I guess we pay for her fake a$? to ride horses and look down on people. AllState can do better

If I could do negative stars I would! This agency has $8000 in premiums of my mother who lives in SC. She is not well, apparently signed up for insurance even though she has had it with another agency and they wrote a policy for $950 a month.they refuse to return premiums. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THESE THIEVES.

When I get insurance, I want it to be from an agent that is respectful, professional and capable of empathetic thought. Buna Mandell is the opposite of all of these things.

The agents at this agency help me save money on my car and renters insurance. They have been very helpful any time I need something.
