Its nice to be able to stop in and visit if I have questions, concerns or policy modifications. The customer service I receive is always on point. Anita is a true professional in her field. She takes her time to make sure you and your loved ones are fully covered. I bought a new car in August and had a carport fall on it during a snowstorm in December, causing over 10k in damages. My claim experience was flawless because I had the all coverages she reccomend. Ive carried my auto, home and life insurance with this branch for over 7 years and I feel at total ease about it! This crew always makes me feel like family!

BEWARE RENEGADE INSURANCE WRITING!!!This insurance company takes the liberty of changing your policy without notifying you of the rate increase....a $250 rate increase.....I made a complaint with State Farm after I made the change to my policy and was still charged the $250...so not once, but twice, did they drop the ball not once but twice..... After the complaint to State Farm, the owner of this business Auggie called me immediately....He told me to meet him at his office...only to sit me down to tell me this is what I agreed to.....while trying to patronize me in the meantime with insurance phrases and random numbers.....I personally know I cant afford the increase, so why would I ever agree to it....There are no documents to prove I gave consent to switch my basic liability to full coverage, other than this offices notes (which the staff authors). This whole renegade insurance writing sent my account into a negative balance which Im still trying to recover from...On top of all that, he asked me to leave his office when I asked him to provide documentation to prove I agreed to the change in policy.....there are other insurance agents in the area if you must go with State Farm....one terrible,demeaning, account draining experience is enough for me...

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. They kept having trouble with my automatic payments and would call me and have to run the charge again. Then one day they just decided not to run the charge again and that I no longer had insurance. I reached out to several different numbers I had for their staff and no one would reply. When I realized I wouldnt be getting ahold of them by phone I emailed two different email addresses I had for them explaining how this problem keeps happening and they need to just run it twice. No response. Im guessing they just decided I was more trouble than I was worth because this was months ago and I still havent been contacted back by any staff. The DMV is now charging me a fee for lapse in coverage because Augie and crew just up and cancelled my insurance despite me reaching out and explaining the situation. Bottom line is that I payed for a service and instead of providing the service they left me high and dry. Safe yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
