We use Eric for home and auto insurance- highly recommend! He responds in a timely manner and has been a great person to work with.

I’d rate 0 stars if I could because so far mr Anthony Smith has done nothing to help me Horrible experience I’ve been calling this store every week for the Past month trying to get my refund from a policy service I never got the policy information the day I needed it so I called that same day asking to cancel the policy and request a refund Anthony Smith told me to send him a email to which I have NEVER gotten a response to almost a ENTIRE MONTH LATER. I had absolutely ZERO help from the people at this location

I have been with this agency for alot of years I have always felt like I got a reasonable rate. They have always responded almost immediately. All I have to do is call and can talk to a real person to answer questions. I would never check out other insurance I am very pleased will Allstate and my agency.

Great prices and service! I have a USAA account and they STILL dont come close to matching what Eric matches insurance-wise for my family, home and vehicles. A great company like Allstate is important, but having a great agent that represents it is even better. A+ in my book, and a repeat customer over and over again.

Pretty terrible service. If you call, you won’t speak with Eric, you’ll speak to his Assistant. Eric was my agent for nearly a year and a half and I spoke to him one time. When I most recently requested to the Assistant that I speak directly with Eric (as he was my agent after all), she said that she’ll leave him a note to call me back. Three weeks later and after no callback, I now have a new insurance agent.
