I have been a customer with Tammy Murphy for so many years that I cannot remember how many it is !! She is so professional and so informed. She knows what she is doing and does it well. She is always friendly and nice no matter what the circumstance.Her best quality among many great qualities is how responsive she is. Whenever I have needed her, she always responds immediately and continues working on my issue until it is resolved. She is a throwback to the days when people actually cared about customer service. We have had nothing but good experiences with Tammy and her office over the years. This past week we had an auto glass claim and it was all taken care with new window in within 24 hours of the occurrence.

If you’re thinking of switching to this company don’t waste your time. The agents at this office will lie to you just to get your money. If you’re considering State Farm I would highly recommend finding a different agent or company.

I was unhappy with my insurance when I got married and they wanted to double my payments. So, I decided to shop for another company. I found and contacted State Farm and they sent me to Tammy Murphy. Tammy is such a joy to work with. She is on top of every request I throw her way. We went ahead and moved all our cars and homes to State Farm and have been very happy since. Thanks Tammy!

Family run and they treat you like part of their family.

Avoid this agency at all cost. Kelly White and Tammy Murphy have cost me $600 for a “system error”. Kelly White lied on my application but there is no way to prove it because they don’t record there phone calls! My family has had Tammy Murphy and after this experience and being basically being blamed for everything that has happened we will all be leaving Tammy and State Farm.
