Rona and her team are great, they take initiative and follow up promptly. Over the last 4 to 5 years, Rona has worked with me and provided guidance on several different policies,  including adding and removing cars to our car insurance policy, renters insurance, builders risk insurance during our home build, and home insurance. The customer service that is provided here is second to none. We are satisfied with Allstate as a company but most importantly we are happy to have Rona as our agent and go-to person for everything insurance.

Rona is the rudest woman I’ve ever met! God forbid you change insurance companies because someone else is cheaper! I called about my last bill and she said you were going to change anyway right bye and hung up in my face !! All State may be a good company but this woman and her agency is horrible!!Go anywhere else but Rona church! She says I lied about a tag being turned in but I have the proof the tag was turned in and yes she most certainly did hang up on me and was extremely rude! She gave me a closing price and charged me double!!!! She’s a thief and a lier ! You can try to justify your rudeness but there’s never an excuse for rudeness when you run a business! Point blank! You shouldn’t be allowed to run a business or deal with public! Nice try Rona 😂

I couldnt imagine trading the professional, quality and family like service for some no face insurance company on TV. If you want to be taken care of and truly appreciated Rona Churchs Allstate is where to go. I canceled my policy before my payment was due and they didnt cancel it just put on hold and continue to bill me for a car I dont have. When I complained they sent my account to a collection agency. No I talked to you personally and you put it in hold instead of canceling

This entire agency is wonderful. I have used their services for years and they have always gone above and beyond to help me- whether it’s quoting new insurance policies, adding someone to my policy or after I had an accident. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and friendly. It feels like the way businesses used to be- small, accessible and trustworthy. We have worked with several different insurance brokers over our life and Rona Church is by far the most professional and most knowledgeable broker/agent we have ever worked with for our personal and business insurance coverage. She is thoroughly knowledgeable and informed of Allstate policies and coverage and is in constant communication with us regarding ways that we can improve our coverage and even save us money at times. Recently had to deal with our sons car accident over the phone in the middle of the day while at work and Rona Church Agency took care of everything and even told me what to say to our son and the police officer on the scene! After making sure our son was safe and secure, peace of mind immediately became her primary focus. Everything was handled expeditiously and professionally as our sons car was taken to the mechanic and a ride home was arranged for our son from the scene of the accident! By far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with an insurance agency. My customers insurance card had the wrong date on it and it took over 3 hours to sort out. Thank god my customers were patient in waiting for this company to take care of this, but I am sure they will be changing agents as soon as they can!
