Weve been with this branch for a few years and never really had any issues but the last year or so they have gotten so bad. Especially dealing with Heather Brown, she is rude and unprofessional. We finally had our last straw with them when we closed on our home and had our homeowners premium check sent to their branch and they claimed they never received it, almost causing us to lose coverage. Its the lack of customer service and attitude that comes with their service. Im so glad we finally were able to switch branches and deal with real professionals.**ReplyThank you for the unapologetic response, Amber. You only had to rewrite the policy once since we closed 2 months ago in June. The original check has been canceled and a new one was sent to where it was needed with no issues but thank you anyways.

It has been awhile since I have been at the offices but what I remember is they were doing a good job. I pay my bills online so I have no need to go in. So just wanted to let them know. I am good, everything is good, thankfully knock on wood no accidents. No mayhem man had come knocking at my door thankfully.

Allstate has been my insurer for years and I have fortunately never had to utilize their services until recently. My windshield cracked after a rock flew out of a dump truck and hit us head on. One quick call to Allstate and my windshield was set up for replacement and fixed within days. The whole process was easy and didnt cost me anything. I am very thankful!

This agent has been great. They walked my husband though the process when he had his accident. They also answer all my questions anytime I have had one.

Years and years and years of payment, few claims and no discounts given. Claims are handled quickly.

Staff is great easy to get to the offices

I have been with Cheek Insurance for approx 8yrs. I left another insurance provider to become an Allstate customer because they saved me a lot of money at that time. I’ve insured vehicles, a motorcycle, and renters insurance. I know have my auto policy and my homeowners insurance with them. ANYTIME that I have a question or concern, they are always there and eager to please. I can’t imagine that there is a more friendly and professional agency in Asheville. By far the most pleasant insurance company we have ever dealt with! Cheek provides us with all of our small business insurance which includes both of our service trucks. We also want to single out there agent Aimee. She is fantastic. Extremely knowledgable, and customer service is put first and foremost for this agent. This is (in our opinion) the best insurance company by a very large margin, and we wanted to make sure that everyone knows it! This branch doesnt even pretend to care about their customers, they only care about receiving a payment, they will flat out refuse to help you with anything and have a complete lack of basic customer service. In fact, their customer service is just off the chart atrocious. Dont waste your hard earned money or time on this branch of Allstate, go with another or youll be sorry just like me.

This local Allstate company truly only cares about money, the money you are paying them. Theyre impossible to reach, they dont return phone calls and they literally dont want to speak to you, they hurry you off the phone or tell you its not their problem, go call National. The ONLY reason Im with them is theyre cheap, but hey you pay for what you get! HORRIBLE customer service. Like embarassingly bad.
