Not at all pleased with the performance with this agency. Due to an oversight or clerical error by my agent, I had a loss that exceeded $16,000 and with that, I lost my livelihood. The salt in my wound was the unprofessional adjuster; He was utterly clueless and unprepared. I have, not surprisingly, sought insurance elsewhere.

Actually I would not be sure to recommend the attention given is not correct I wanted to make sure with them and I was never treated this is a failure.
I have had Farm Bureau for 16 years this office has shown what horrible customer service is. No one is friendly when you call and I could never reach my agent. my premiums were increased and wrong and every time i called it got worse. I switched to Nationwide and havent looked back
