They have always gone way beyond what is required of them and have never made me feel like I have asked too much. They always strive to get the best product for me at the lowest cost. I also like the idea that they are local and available to me in person.

Everytime ive had a claim, it has been handled by Joyce Boyettes Agency with the utmost of care. I hit a rough time for a year. Seems as if everything was going wrong . Experienced theft from my home, car accidents and the other driver lied about it.i had already been transported to the hospital. Fire department had moved my vehicle so the man who hit me lied and wasnt charged leaving Allstate and my private insurance to pay my medical bills.A vehicle hit me in Pigeon Forge and left the scene. I was about to get a bicycle and try it. But never once did Joyce complain or the adjusters. Just handled it as if it had happened to them. I appreciate everything you all have helped me with. Since the Boyett Agency is along my well traveled path to Asheville I stop in to pay my bill in person. Joyce and her team have always been extremely helpful. I had an incident with a rental car company last year where they said there was damage done to the car while we rented it (there was no damage) and kept sending me letters saying I owed $926! I asked Joyce to step in and speak directly to Enterprise and she did so. Her communication with me was prompt and she told me not to do anything till she hears back... we never heard back. She was a trooper!
