I sent an email requesting service for my dryer and Terry called me within 5 minutes and was at my door within an hour. I was shocked! He was very professional and totally knew everything about my dryer. He needed a part and instead of ordering it and coming back later, he drove to the other side of town to pick it up and returned immediately and fixed my dryer. It now works better than it has in years. I saved his contact info in my phone so I’ll know who to call next time I need an appliance repair.

Mr Wilson is a very professional and personable gentleman who certainly knows his business. He always returns phone calls and arrives on time. We had used him previously for a washing machine problem and we will certainly call him in the future for any appliance problems.
