Bob, returned my call within the hour and was able to come out to repair my washer the next day. He was prompt and professional. I choose not to have him replace the needed part, due the age of the machine. But I would recommend this company, quick and professional.

This was one of the worst service calls I’ve had mainly because how it ended. And I’m sure I’ll get a response from the company giving me the excuse why I am wrong just like every other review they respond to. Called the company because I had an issue with my washing machine the technician told me that it was my drain pump that it needed to be replaced. He started filling out the paperwork to collect $100 for the service charge and wrote down the part number for me to purchase and install it myself. I thought that to be kind of strange considering they’re in the business of making money and I’m not in the business of repairing washing machines. But I could tell there was really no way this guy wanted to come back and do the work. It was gonna be 250 bucks to do the work plus he will have charged me $100 to come out the first time. I ordered the part he gave me the numbers to, it came in I spent three hours working on it because of the tight space to find out right at the end it was the wrong part. I called the company to see if they could help me twice and no one ever contacted me and could care less whether my problem has been solved. So I called the manufacturer of the washing machine and they sent me the correct part. Moral of the story, don’t use this company, and if you are going to purchase a part for any appliance always call the manufacture no matter what anyone tells you to do. Thanks for a waste of my week.

Perfectly happy with this appliance repair business: on time, competent, practical, explains in simple terms what he found, and also just very pleasant and easy to do work with. My 3 year old Samsung dryer has intermittent squeaking, that had already been repaired for same thing right before the 1 year warranty expired, now happening again. Bob was able to come out the next day after I called, arriving on time. He took the time to patiently discuss the symptoms so we know what were trying to fix. He was able to quickly determine the specific part with worn out plastic bearing, which was same part as original problem. I can see why it keeps failing. However he replaced this plastic bearing with higher reliability steel ball bearing version.Meanwhile I also had problems with 15 year old refrigerator, and he was able to quickly check that out and conclude likely blocked freon line and not worth trying to repair.Ill definitely keep this outfit in mind for any future appliance repair.

Finally taking the time to write a review here. Ive used Bob in the past and always with great results. When our washing machine was on the fritz, Bob was able to come the day after I called him. He came, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. A couple days later when the part was in, he installed it, checked the function of the machine and charged a very reasonable fee. This time around it was the Dishwasher. Our five-year-old KitchenAid suddenly just stopped operating. Wouldnt fill. Wouldnt run. Called Bob and again, he was able to come the following day. It wasnt an easy diagnosis, because the touchpad controls didnt want to work properly which made it difficult to get it into diagnostic mode, Bob patiently persisted until he managed to get a couple codes that still didnt accurately diagnose the problem. With a little more persistence, Bob found that the problem was the drain motor that was functioning intermittently and making it difficult to know what exactly was wrong. He got me the part number and showed me how to swap out the motor myself. Got it the very next day from Amazon Prime, installed it, which took less than five minutes, and were up and running again. Oh, and even though he spent a fair bit of time finding the problem, his price was more than reasonable. Highly Recommend All County Wide.

Heres a brilliant idea: listen to your voicemails so people can actually leave a message? The one thing that we dont want to hear when calling to make an appointment is the mailbox is full and cannot receive any more messages. This basically is indicative of lazy people.

I had an electrical issue with my washer and dryer and called Bob to come out and look at it. I couldnt be happier with his service and will most definitely call for any other appliance issues I have in the future. Not only did he fix my washer and dryer, but also explained what he was doing step-by-step, leaving me with the knowledge to troubleshoot in the future!!!! Im so very grateful to have everything in working order within only a couple hours of calling him!

Had a wonderful experience with Bob at All County Wide Appliance Repair. Our older model oven stopped working and Bob was able to diagnose the problem, get a new part, and have the oven up and running within a couple of hours. He arrived when he said he would and thoroughly explained the repair. As other reviewers have mentioned, Bob is simply a kind person and able to put you at ease in what can be a stressful situation. From the initial phone call, I knew I was in capable hands. If you have a appliance issue, do yourself a huge favor and make these guys your first and only call - you wont be sorry.

Bob showed up when he said he would. I needed my gas range worked on (2 burners were taking a long time to light). he cleaned one burner (because i insisted) so it lit faster...but still not as it should. i also asked him to work on my washer and dryer...washer beeped and lights flashed, randomly...when not turned on. dryer took a few cycles to dry a load. he wouldnt even discuss looking at either the washer or the dryer. charged us $130.

SEE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM.THE WORST appliance repair experience ever. I asked him to come give a second opinion on a washer error code. This guy showed up :30 min. after the 4 hour window he said he would arrive during. I had offered to have the part the previous repairman had recommended on site to help, and he said no need in case its something else. He arrived, spent literally 5 seconds listening to the machine and then confirmed it was the problem the previous repairman had diagnosed. I asked about the error code (which didnt match that diagnosis) and he then started working on the machine. He did not know any of the codes for checking the machines computer system. I left him to look it over, after about a half hour I check on him and he has pulled the back off and tells me the original diagnosis is wrong, and that the whole machine needs to be replaced because of its age (7 yrs old). When I told him I was ok with being environmentally friendly and repairing the machine, he - by then -had clearly found on google search how to force the machine to spin, which he did and within 5 seconds an electrical fire had started. And then he re-asserted that I needed to buy a new washer. There had not ever been any electrical fire issues prior to him working on the washer. I politely asked him not to keep working. I had lost complete faith in his knowledge of the machine and just wanted him to leave. I do not think the man knows how to work on modern computerized appliances and does not give diagnosis, just summary buy a new one without being able to explain why (which is what a diagnosis is). He then told me he needed to get paid. I said I am willing to give you $50 for driving out here, but no more. He threw a fit. He wanted me to sign a waiver that I would indemnify him for any damage to the washer. I said no. He stormed off saying hed take it up with the County. He later sent me a text telling me I needed to get some exercise and mow my lawn.Rude, dismissive, unskilled, misogynist who tried to get me to pay for services never rendered is what I got from this guy. I never got a diagnosis, let alone a repair.BTW, check the review of Ann H. on yelp of this guy. I had essentially the same encounter, wish I had read that review and not these google ones.UPDATE: The next day I contact the manufacturer and there was a 10 yr warranty on the motor. Samsung mailed me a free replacement motor, we put it on and bam, works perfect....for FREE. No new washer. No customer should ever 1. not get a diagnosis and 2. be insulted for how they look.
