We had Sears Home Services replace the malfunctioning broiler igniter in our Kenmore Elite oven in March of this year. The igniter they installed failed after a mere 5 months. We had to pay another $250 service charge to get the second igniter replaced. That the replacement parts they use are only warrantied for 90 days gives some indication of the quality of the parts they provide.
The repair specialist was great. He got the job done quick. In addition, on appointment day, he kept in communication with me of when he was going to arrive. I will use this service again.
Twola was very polite and professional throughout her service visit. She arrived a little later than we had hoped but once we told her what time we had to leave for another appointment, she got us taken care of within in that time frame. She was very pleasant to deal with. She had the part that was needed with her thus the repair was simple and fast.

Dont believe the $89 service charge advertised! If they do ANYTHING else, its an extra $50. The only reason my washer wasnt filling up was that the water temp was on hot, and somehow the hot water valve behind the washer had gotten flipped off. The guy literally flipped a valve on and charged me an extra $50. But that wasnt the worst. He was obnoxious, making political comments and bad mouthing both the office staff and hisbaby mama. He took a FULL 45 MINUTES to run a credit card because he didnt know what he was doing, and wouldnt call to ask for help. When he finally called, it took only took a minute. Sears seriously needs to fire this guy and change their advertising so it isnt so deceptive.
Excellent service! Fixed my machine the next day. The repair man arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, stayed on task and was courteous. Could not ask for more. Five stars!
Nice repairman, on time and professional. Only problem was he failed to fix the problem with our ice maker. We will be to reschedule!

Twyla, the technician, kept me up to date on when she would be arriving. She was courteous and professional. She knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. I would want her next time something goes bad here.
