Great $30 pedicure! Place was clean and protocols were followed.Technician was thorough and did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and being neat. The exfoliation and massage were really comfortable and relaxing. Super happy with how they look!

Amazing Han did my nails, I did SNS and it looks amazing. She really takes her time doing your nails but its worth it and also the price is not too bad. If you want your nails to last and look good, I recommend this place.

Hate it. I payed $55 for nails i did not want. I had a design in mind and a length. She told me no to the length I wanted and proceed to cut them very short. The design now had been ruined since I wanted my nails long so the design was good. Birthday ruined. I will stick with my nail tech from now and on since some people can’t do their job correctly.

Ive been coming to Yorktown Nails for almost 5 years. The staff is great, the environment relaxing, and the experience overall wonderful. They are also responsibly priced, so thats a big bonus.

I loved this place unitl I had a technican today rip a nail off and take part of my nail with it. She apologized and stated I could vome back tomorrow to get it done. Ridiculoud becaude it would take longer than that to heal. She finished all my other nails and still charged me full price. Extremely disappointed as I truly loved this place____________^^I love this place. It is my go to for acrylic nails as they always do a great job. There is one nail technician that does a superb job and I wish I remebered her name. However the other people I have gotten do about close to her level of amazingness. The cost is extremely reasonable and you get great nails. I cant complain and I continue to come back.

I have been going to Yorktown nails for quite some time. All the ladies here are very precise and believe in delivering quality. If you dont like something, you can request them to make a minor change and no fusses are made! Now all the staff know what I like so I dont have to worry at all.The place is very clean and doesnt have an overbearing chemical smell - which is something I need to have for it to be my regular nail salon.The have a wide variety of colors - both regular as well as gel nail polish!I have also tried their waxing services and found them to be clean and professional.I would recommend this salon to friends and family!

I’ve really liked my manicures done here. Best in the area for the price. Haven’t had a pedicure yet.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady that did my manicure told me that I shouldnt be wasting her time by making her wait for my nails to dry up. Every time she works on one hand the other should be in the black light machine. This was the second time I ever had gel nails done. The reason I decided to go here was because of its great reviews, but unfortunately I did not get the best experience.

The girls are always gentle and the new massage chairs are spot on

Im a fluent Vietnamese American, which means despite looking like I didnt understand Lisa this late afternoon saying, shes so fat she can barely get out of the chair, I heard every word. Its unfortunate because Yorktown Nails has a lot of positive reviews on Yelp, which is what brought me there, but Im guessing all you ladies writing about the great customer service here dont speak Vietnamese. She did a great job and I tipped her $7, but that is the last of my money this place is going to see. Its comical because she didnt even say it to anyone, it just came out as she was walking me from the pedicure chair to the drying station. A couple words of advice: 1. If you dont have anything polite to say, try not saying anything at all 2. Never assume your customer is clueless to you trash talking (or nói xau) them in another language because thats how you end up on negative reviews.

Theres a menu of manicures and pedicures to choose from as well as a complimentary tea menu. Tips must be made in cash so make sure to have cash on you.
