Absolutely horrible...from the minute i got there they were trying to rush me out...Rushed me to pay before i got my service because the lady was leaving.I requested something completely different and they yelled at me saying I should have settled for something else.Finally the lady actually recorded me while she was on facetime and when i confronted her she said it was her husband and she was showing him the store?

Took two in a half hours the women doing pedicures said she couldn’t build on nails so it was very unprofessional how can you work in a nail shop and not be certified to do all feet requested demands and I ask the lady in the front nice to do my nails next after a hour in a half she act liked she didn’t speak English and waved me off and wouldn’t do my nails she just looked at me like I was bothering her it was the worst service I ever had in that establishment

This place is the worst to get anything done. The owner Pauline is very nice. But has trouble getting things done. No english never try to get waxing done here they will only bs you. Used to get my nails.done here by Annie but never more

I wish I could give them a 0 stars. Thuy was the tech nail, she nicked my skin so much I wanted to stop. Im never coming back. She didn’t ask do you like them. And oh! DO NOT GET WAXING HERE! They wanted to charge me $60 for waxing half of my legs! My nails remind me of high school days! 🤬

Lilly is amazing she did an amazing job. I have been looking for a nail.tech that can customize my nails. Lilly is my new permanent nail tech. Service was fast and Atmosphere was relaxing. Not a long wait either. She did my eyebrows as well as my daughters... Im extremely happy with her service.

Tech spoke no English therefore her service toward me was unprofessional. While doing my pedicare, she was abrupt andand harsh such as patting my feet when I moved them the opposite direction of where she wanted them. I simply did not know what she wanted me to do because she did not speak English.During my manicure, instead of massaging my fingers she jerked them. The manicure does not look professional. Polish outside of the nail bed, top clear coat on the side of two fingers, and she displayed an attitude when I asked her to correct three nails that were not polished completely. When you past by this nail shop - dont stop to consider giving them your money - RUN from this place! I do not recommend this nail spa to no one.

So I went in originally wanting white nails dipped nails as I do all the time long coffin shaped. She told me the white polish turns yellow. I’ve never heard of that happening so I decided to get red. A few of my nails were left bleeding and it was extremely uncomfortable for me my skin is torn up! She kept saying my nails where to long that they would break! When I’ve gotten my nails done in Lewisville long coffin shaped and they last a month without breaking. Anyways my nails turned out not to be coffin shaped nor the color I asked for nor the length I will not be returning. Right before the holidays as well and the next day my nail broke. I went to get them removed and redone the way I wanted them to be done. Do not go here.

Just got a set done here. It came out beautiful and my tech was so gentle. They had the Price is Right playing and everyone in the shop was having a good time interacting. Awesome atmosphere!! I will go back again.

It’s crazy how they have older people working in the back and younger people check clients out. It’s sad very sad.

Hate it and they filled my nails didnt do a good job at all

The nail technician by the name Thay poke my finger, glue my finger with part of her glove, didnt bother to remove the glue until asked to do so. She was in such a hurry doing my nails that she over file them and incorrectly glue my thumb nail (See Picture). She Thay caused pain and suffering to her client. And one more thing they over charge not giving me a itemized receipt to EXPENSIVE.

I went to get a pedicure and the nail tech cut my skin on my toe, the side of my nail is swollen and hurts when I move my it. To be completely honest I’m never going back to this salon ever again.

Pretty great prices. I got the odorless acrylic nails and paid $35 with tip and shaping. I decided to go with the coffin shape for my nails and the lady was very very precise. She definitely took her time to make sure I was satisfied. Very friendly staff. The lady suggested I paid for the nails before hand so I wouldnt mess them up and when I needed to go to the drying station, she took all of my stuff for me so I wouldnt mess up the nails. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I went in to get some natural looking acrylic because I play sports but I like my nails longer. What an experience!!! Would NEVER come back!First off my nails are all different lengths and shapes. The nails aren’t even, it’s bumpy in some places, and really just awful. I asked the lady to fix it and she proceeded to explain to me that it wouldn’t be good for my nails if she fixed it. So I asked her to at least make them all the same length. And again she told me she couldn’t. She rushed off and continued to do another girls nail. My friends were also getting their nails done and theirs were almost worse than mine. About 10 minutes later she come up to me and says she can fix it. SHE DOESNT! Instead she furiously files them into straight line and when I ask her to round them out she furiously filed more but they were still straight sharp lines. I’m very frustrated because I paid $41 and my nails look like my 3 year old niece did them. If I could I would give -5 stars because it was awful.

Absolutely worst experience. It was my first time and won’t be coming back. When I got there the guy in the front desk was so nice and took me where to be seated. Another guy(employee) was waiting there, which I thought was going to do my nails. Once I approached the chair he literally raised his voice at me and said “NO!” In a very rude way. I felt so embarrassed because, everyone at the salon just turned to see what happened. They guy from the front desk told him to move to the other chair and I still sat where I was told to sit. But I literally just felt so uncomfortable through the whole process, since was still working in the same table where I was sitting. He never even apologized. There were so many ways he could’ve approached to me to not sit there but, not by raising his voice at me.

Recently went to get a full set I was upset with my manicure because the lady that did them made my 2 index fingers on each hand crooked and curvy. I went back the next day and she said that my actual nail was curvy and crooked??? But I’ve never had a problem and I know my nails and I know for a FACT that my nails don’t grow curvy or crooked... All she did was file the index finger on my left hand, and said that’s all she could do. I payed $60 just for them to be crooked and curvy. Will not be going back.

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE. me and my friends came to get really cute nails for our best friends birthday cocktail dinner, and they ruined our nails.one of us got charged an extra 15$ when she had no intention of getting a mani. another friend had her nails uneven, and after she asked to get it fixed the lady was rude, grabbed her hand harshly and fiercely filed the nail to the point that the ends were pointy and it was only a straight line. and 2 other of my friends had gotten their nails done, and the lady doing them cut their cuticles and they started bleeding.so i recommend you stay as FAR away from this place as possible.sloppy job, rude ladies, too expensive. would give 0 stars if i could.

Ive been here once and I will not be returning. My gel nails usually last me almost 3 weeks. With this set I was happy with the turnout about 5 days into the set one of my nails starts to lift. I was like okay maybe this one didnt set as well no biggie. Then a week and a half goes by and literally 7 of my nails have popped up and the first nail had been hanging by the skin of my finger so this one wasnt placed properly.

Very nice looking place but they rushed on my nails they were don’t in less than an hour!!! My nails have never gotten that fast ever. They also only put a little amount of glue so 5 days after my middle finger popped off. They also don’t stay focused while doing your nails and they cut me with the drill very bad. Definitely won’t be coming back. The only good thing is how good their class looks .

HorribleI went in tonight around 6:30 to get a pedicure with gel polish and a fill in with gel polish. The lady told me it $5 to take off my current gel I said thats very tacky considering you are using a drill and your pedicure bowl doesnt massage no back massaging chair. Then the fill in was lumpy as hell I didnt even get a clear coat cause I was pissed at check out they still charged me $73 I told the lil wanna be white Vietnamese girl to enjoy this money cause I will never come back this place is garbage. Cheap fancy looking decorations but still the same eating at the stations loud talking in Vietnamese place as all the others again dont waste your money they are trash. Better service in the hood.

I went in to get a basic French manicure set and the lady who I believe is the manager, rushed the set and completely did a horrible job, I told her my nail was filed off wrong too much to the side and she said my nail was the crooked!!! She just put one coat because she was rushing me out, I have air bubbles on the acrylic and the nails are sharp and super unflattering, she put so much glue I left with glue all over my fingers. I felt she was quick to accept the money but did a horrible job and didnt want to hear me out she rushed me out !! Im very disappointed ! I also saw that their hygiene wasnt on point . Please be safe and aware of what they do. Speak up for what you pay for, just a reminder they wont bother to help. Just get nails done somewhere else . !

Deserves 0 stars Nails we’re horrible and when I tried to ask for them to re do a nail after it was 1. Crooked and 2. Had dents in it the lady was giving attitude and was refusing to fix it until I told the front desk. Also when i took them off my nails literally bleed from the glue being attached to my skin. Very unorganized, and didnt acknowledge us for about 10min. Almost walked out. My nails looked pretty good, although there were quite a few imperfections.

I went in on a slow day asking for a polish change . Not only was she rushing but she half shaped and half polished my nails with the base coat . I Politely told her to stop and that I would go some where else. When I was leaving 5 of the nails techs chased me down and asked me to come pay .. pay for what ?? The clear coat 5$!! I paid the 5$ but that was definitely not worth it when I asked her to take it off and she refused !!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!! They act fake friendly until it’s time to actually do your nails right then they have a problem ..

Customer service is nice, they make you feel pampered and theyre nice but the quality of nails was terrible, I showed her a picture of the nails i wanted several times and she just dismissed it and didnt do them how I wanted, they are also uneven, on one hand the nails are way bigger than the other and it bothers me so much. I still tipped them because they were relatively nice but its not worth their high prices.

I went here to get my nails done for my school’s dance. First of all the employee who did my nails RUSHED them also cut me WITH THE DRILL accidentally but REFUSED TO APOLOGIZE. This employee refused to apologize for accidentally cutting me and she walked out without even finishing my nails. Also my nails looked tacky and were so bumpy! They have barely any color options and they’re employees are so rude. I will definitely never return to this place. If i could give it zero stars. i would.

It was awful, my girl friends and I came in and they ruined one persons nails. Caused two peoples cuticles to bleed. And then charged $15 extra for 2 people that didn’t chose that service. They didn’t give a choice even, for the $20 or $35, they just charged for the $35. We will not be coming back.

Well I went in for 2 sets of acrilic nails and they said my total was 62 dollars and change well when I checked my bank account I had only 7 dollars left. I always calculate my pay check on where Im going and how much Im going to spend plus tax there should have been 21 dollars and done change you do the math

I walked in said what I wanted to one lady and sat down with another girl that actually did my nails. For some reasom they ended up getting into an arguement about what I asked for. The lady that did my nails did what I asked but I paid more for long lasting gel nails. I got them done Saturday and it is now Wednesday. They are already chipping off and bubbling up. Not worth $51. I even gave a $10 tip because of the situation and I now regret it.

I’ve been to this salon twice & won’t ever be back. The first time my nails were horrible! They sat me down with an older lady who seems to have Parkinson’s & couldn’t get it together. Every single nail was a different shape & size. After I asked her to plz fix them she sent me off with another girl who didn’t completely cover my nail bed with acrylic & when I mentioned it to her she grabbed my hand roughly & then proceeded with the drill cutting my cuticals up. When she filed them down there was barely any acrylic left on the tips of my nails. After being to frustrated I said screw it & kept my mouth shut. 4 of my nails broke & had to be fixed within a week. I went back a second time with high hopes of having a better experience & I was sat with Loc, while he does an excellent job on shape & everything else his attitude is off putting. He makes you feel like you’re a bother & not worth his time. I will NEVER come back here. Not that I expected anything over the top but being treated with a little respect would’ve made my experience 10x better.

I was really excited to see their 35 for a mani/pedi special. Took my mom for her birthday and now I feel bad. The lady was rushing and didnt even paint my moms fingernails!! So we just left, 3 days later and my fingernail polish is already coming off my fingers. I dont even do any major things with my hands. I got out of the shower and noticed they were starting to come off.They were nice, but the quality is bad for what you pay for.I dont recommend coming here.

Horrible horrible experience...I had the $35 mani/pedi special advertised. When I walked in, I was barely greeted, but I just ignored it. The male nail tech (only male employee) did not speak English; however, tried to compensate for the lack thereof; by pointing to the seat available. He proceeded to begin my pedicure, which was fine; however, not great. Heres the horrible part, i had gel nails previously and needed it removed prior to starting my manicure; which could have been done while getting my pedicure, but nonetheless; the nail tech proceeds to tell me to put my hand in the water, without attempting to remove gel polish. Once the manicure was finally over( 2 hours later), the polish job looked as if a five year old had done it. I asked to speak to the manager, which I was told she was gone. So, I requested that, that horrible polish job be removed and just buff my nails instead(now 2 hours and 30 minutes in). Long story, made even shorter, DONT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, Yes it looks nice and lavish; however, ALL THAT GLITTERS AINT GOLD!!!!!

I highly dont recommend this place! I came I today to do my nails and the lady doing my nails seemed to be in a hurry! I went in with a design in mind and they did the total opposite! My nails were uneven and crooked. When I brought it to their attention she seemed disturbed. Another lady jumped in and tried to fix them but made them look worse. When I sad something they got mad and were trying to finish just to get me out. Tried to only put one coat of nail polish on them. When I told her she said she wasnt done but then tried to put the finish coat on top! In the end they gave me $8.00 discount, but honestly paying $32.00 for a horrible job... I tried telling the manager but he was like we already gave you the discount Im sorry maam!! Completely disappointed and very unprofessional on their behalf!!!!! SMH!!!!!

The seats were horrible. The bench and the bowl that you put your feet in were not great. Keep sliding off of them. Was not like the regular reclining and messaging seats. Will not go back.

Walked in for a simple mani/pedi for a male friend done by Vivian and 30 min reflexology by Ruby. Prior to receiving services there had to be a long discussion about whose turn it was to do what. Vivian spoke Korean the entire time about my friends feet and how bad they looked. The mani ure never vit done and they tried to charge. She did not buff his feet like requsted and was rude. My 30 minute reflexology was actually 21:30 that included exfoliation 12min massage and a hot towel dry off by Ruby. Do NOT COME HERE

I went for a gel mani and pedi and not only their work was botched but the cheap gel they use peeled after a week.

This place is horrible..I told the lady I was allergic to acrylic and asked for powder and she did the powder with acrylic..my hand was blistered by nite fall.. I had to have them removed.And had to wait until my fingers healed to get them done rite.

I loved the service, very clean, there was no wait, gel set for a mani was only $46 going more often loved it 💖💍
