Ive been a customer for 11 years plus. I met the owner at another shop 11 years ago and followed her to this store. Her skills are beyond incredible. I cant dream of anyone else doing my nails. You wont be sorry and it wont be your last time visiting either. Thank you for a job well done for 11 years plus!

This place is awful. The first time I went they made the nails longer than the other hand they also did my toes and the polish chipped the second day. I just got them done a second time and I have nail polish on my skin!!!😡 I still have a couple of nails that are longer then then the other hand. I will not be going back. I do not suggest going here.

I returned to Nail by Pros after using another facility closer to me for more than a year. I went to the other place because it was newer, closer and served free beverages while waiting BUT the quality was not what I received at Nail by Pros. The other place was always crowded, had a long wait and was more expensive. Each of the three visits that I have had since returning to Nail by Pros has been pleasant, timely and cost efficient. The manicurist are cordial and professional. My dipped manicure with color, plus $10 tip at Nails by Pros is less than I paid BEFORE tip at the other place. I strayed, but I am back to stay. They put the pro in Nails by Pros!

This place is terrible!! I got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipping off. I got a regular manicure and all there was barely any work done. They filed the edges and cleaned up the cuticles. That’s it. Save your money and just do your nails yourself, at least it’ll look better and last longer.

This was my first visit and I was Lucky enough to get Tammy.. Tammy is funny, considered and has very Strong hands for the leg massage during Pedicure!! Cant wait till my next visit...

The massage on my feet was magnificent and extremely relaxing.

Rushed, cut up cuticles and I have nail polish all over my skin. Literally the worst manicure I’ve ever had.

My favorite nail place for past 2 years

Got an acrylic full set out on and it’s not the worst job but definitely not the best. A couple nails are clearly lopsided and she did nothing with my cuticles such as pushing them back or trimming them. All she did to my cuticles was nick themwith the drill. Was too late for me to go back and have her fix them as I was leaving that night. Thumbs were very lopsided. One is way longer and angled. Price was way cheaper than where I live so I guess I can’t be too shocked.

I have been going to them for years and I absolutely love them. I always get the same thing regular acrylic set with a gel top coat. I just get my nails plain with no color and I am always satisfied. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but if there is ever an issue they always make it right. Love them and I will continue to use their services.

I’ve walked in twice now without an appointment, no wait, they are always welcoming, fast and I leave with happy beautiful nails.

Do not go, left stuff all over my fingers, they only had 2 works very unorganized.

I was very happy with Tammy but my wife was very disappointed saying her person didn’t do all that is included in a pedicure

Lena is awesome she also does eyelash extensions and I love them she’s affordable and very personable!

Two of us went together today and we had a great experience. We got a mani/pedi each and the ladies were very friendly and professional. Our nails looked great and we got the full treatment. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast. We recommend and we will go again.

Lena is absolutely amazing. Ive been coming here for about a year maybe a little less and she has always taken care of me. Typically I do not get off work until 6 and dont get here until right before 7pm. She has always been very kind and made sure to take care of me. Lashes are a amazing price and the time spent to do them are a lot less than a typical lash salon. Im always satisfied with my service here and would reccomend that anyone looking for a good experience to stop in and see her. If there was a higher rate option I would definitely give it to her. Lashes are at least a 8/10. Thank you Lena, look forward to seeing you next time!

Horrible service, got nothing close to what I asked for. They are not pros, I’m gonna 13 and I think I could do better. They’re lopsided, one hand is longer than the other, rude, didnt use communication, colors have dirt in them, did nothing with my cuticles, since I was black she told me I couldn’t afford it. Overall not going back

This place has the best customer service! Very friendly and the prices are the best. Every tech is great and know what they are doing. They also offer eye lash extensions for a great price. Best place in Arlington!

I have been going to this nail salon for 10 years! I love them! They treat you like family! The Owners are wonderful people! I highly recommend Nails By Pros! Good people!

I Love this nail salon, Lena and Brian (the owners), are so sweet and friendly. Tammy and Hannah do top quality nails and are so funny. Comfortable pedi massage chairs, salon is always clean and no strong nail odors.

Speaking as a Man... Why should women be the only ones who deserve to be pampered ocassionally!?!? We no longer have our local Barbershop with a manicurist. This is a great place to have one done. If you have never had a pedicure try one. The leg massage alone is worth it. Have a glass or 2 of wine there and allow yourself the luxury of pampering men rarely get at home!

I love Mrs Hanna she take good care of me each and every time. All the young ladies are nice and sweet here I live in Saginaw and will drive to Arlington just to come to these ladies. The prices are amazing too!!!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My friend and I stopped in to this place cause the shop we wanted to go to was booked. They have very few polish options, the water in the foot bath started off a cloudy color. They only did the hot rock massage on one leg and did hot towels for a minute or two. And then grossly overcharged. The best part was the massage chair.

I’ve been coming here for years because they are great and personable. Their not just my nail ladies they are my nail family❤️❤️❤️

This nail shop is not worth your money 23 dollars for a spa pedicure for them to barely clean my feet still don’t feel smooth they wanted more money basically the more you pay the better they do normally u pay for a pedicure and they just do your feet.......not pay me a little more and I will get all the callous off your feet

I came in here for the first time. There was no one in the shop so there was no wait. But it was also a Tuesday at 1PM. My review is primarily about the actual nail job. Let’s just say when my husband came home he looked at my nails and said you did a terrible job. He thought I did them and didn’t believe me when I said I got my nails done. He then busted out laughing. I did the dip powder on my natural nails. First the lady didn’t clean up my nails, push my nail bed or clip my cuticles like most shops usually do. When she was done my fingers were completely black. After she asked me to wash my hands it was still really messy. I was thinking she would clean it up but she started on someone else. I asked her if that was it and she said yes the rest of the color will come off later. It’s later and I’ve done a sink full of dishes, bathed a baby and took a shower and my nails still look like my kid painted them. Also the sides a really thick and uneven.

Nope, just save yourself the hassle. It wasnt worth the time or money I spent. They also charged my card three times as gave me a really difficult time refunding my money.
