I hadnt had my hair done since pre-pandemic and I was able to get an appointment with Rebecca! Rebecca is absolutely fabulous!! She made me feel so comfortable and turned me from a hot mess to a human again!!! Love her and I highly recommend her!!!

Booked an appointment with Horizon and was 7 minutes late as I went to their old location. They cancelled the appointment saying its only a 15 minute appointment for each haircut, which does not feel right in itself. Do not go here for haircuts and waste your time. Find a better place which can be more accommodating.

Today 9/15/2020 was my first time coming here, and let me tell you that I absolutely love it!!!!! My daughter and I had our haircut by Barbara and she did a super amazing job! We will definitely be coming back.

Rebecca was amazing!

Former loyal client no longer returning after a horrible color experience. Scheduled partial foil and haircut just to spruce up color. Received and was charged for a full foil without consent or approval for the change. Stuck with hideously fake blonde highlights. Always had positive experiences up until this one, but the utter dismissal of my requests regarding what I wanted for my own hair, along with adding on and charging me for services not asked for, will keep me from ever going back.

Bought a groupon for 2 hair cut. When called to get appointment for second hair cut lady said the appointment is available only for Sunday. False advertisement on Groupon. Groupon wont help. I bought it because it was near my work and had good hours on their website. Now of no use.
