I’ve always had a great experience with my wax every-time I’ve gone but the past 2-3 times I called for an appointment the person that answers is extremely rude. They pick up the phone and don’t even introduce themselves they just say “hello”. I asked for an appointment 2 times for a wax and each time the person that answers says no sorry no availability and doesn’t even bother to check the schedule or ask if I’d like to come a different day. Seems like they don’t want business.

I have done facial with Luciana for a while. I just love her job, and at this was even better, she used the Geneo oxygen machine and my skin looks healthy and glowing. Its amazing I recommend it

This is probably one of the best hair salons I’ve ever been to in Boston. Everyone here is amazing! The best customer service and best haircut and blow out. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I walk out happy every single time :-)

The pizza was good if you like thick chewy pizza. we have the garlic pizza and I like that very much, and we had a pepperoni pizza and that wasnt bad either. I would have given it a four except that they messed up our first order. I had to go back to get the correct order.

I was looking for a new hair stylist and found really great reviews on Yelp. I called and was happy to get an appointment the same day. With short straight hair with bangs, I wasnt sure what to do. Laura was really nice and tried to figure out what I wanted. I gave her free rein and she did a fantastic job. I love my new haircut and will definitely go back as a regular client. I highly recommend Laura.

I love my short hair, but its hard to find a talented stylist that I can still afford. A good wedge cut or bob takes time to do well, and Fabio takes the time to do it right every time!

Fabio, Laura, and Anjana have all been good to me for the more than year that I have been going to Infinity Beauty on a monthly basis for my color, cuts, and threading. I feel comfortable to goof off with them and they always do an excellent job.
