First time coming here. My daughter wanted her nails done for school. It was close to closing time and they got her right in. Nancy did her nails and she is AMAZING! I will be going back to her myself this weekend. Thank you all

I absolutely love my nails. Ive been going here for over 15 years and have seen them grow and double the size of the salon. Kathy is a nail STYLIST and very professional. I have tried other salons and nothing compares. I love my Angel Nails.

Bad work and expensive for what they do I got a regular acrylic set i paid$38 after two days one nail broke, I went to have it repaired and they put a different color on because they dont have the same they didnt offer to change the color on all of them or nothingSo i end up with ugly multi color bad finish nails.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with them, but I decided to give them another try since my normal nail tech was book for weeks. I had scheduled an appointment with Nikki at 2:00 on Tuesday 7/20. I get there right at 2 and notice Nikki is still working on a client, Which was no problem until I notice she began to start an entirely new client. Regardless of my scheduled appointment, when she finally got around to start my nails it was an HOUR after my scheduled time. And she only started my nails because the other girls nails whose she started told her she would wait because I had set an appointment. When she started doing my nails I noticed she was rushing and not really taking her time. She also did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped the nails or cut. but I did not question it as maybe the final result will turn out okay. When the nails were finished I noticed SEVERAL of my nails were on crooked, the acrylic color was not blended AT ALL as I got ombré nails. On top of that all of my nails were are the same length. And this is not the first time I’ve had these issues at the salon. I will not be going back and am very upset with my nails. And I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Did not work out for me! I really felt like there was a miscommunication about what service I was getting. Plus, there were no signs posted for prices or services. I ended up walking out right when she started my manicure. Too many other choices out there to have these many issues--nails still not done though😔

First time there w a friend. The ladies were both working on my mani & pedi at the same time which made me feel not relaxed. I was cut several times on my fingers, I didn’t get a massage & went to sit for t remainder of my mani which took less than 20 mins. The paint was sloppy and on top of that they charged me $104 outrageous!! Will not be going back or recommend

Van was the last person I thought did a good job until today attitude bad didnt care too much about the service she was giving then quoted a different price than usual for same nail service. Will find another nail shop. Most of these techs are rude and dont care. Below par service.

I had a wonderful experience. I was waaay overdue and was thoughtfully and tastefully brought back to my feminine sensibilities. I will not let the pedi be mine to tackle. It belongs in this domain. Kudos to Anna and the staff!

I received a gel nail pedicure provided by Samantha. I received acrylic nails provided by Linda. Prior to leaving, everything looked fine. Once I reached my abode, I noticed that my nails had not been cleaned properly underneath . I also noticed that one of my nails had a dent in it. Prior to going back to the nail salon, I stopped by the store and while there, I asked a young lady that was part of the store staff if my nail looked strange and she said yes, absolutely, and that I should go back to have it repaired or it may end up breaking. When I returned to Angel Nails, Niki told me that the next time I come to try another people. Her english is very broken, However, after she repeated herself I understood that she was telling me to NOT come to her again. I told her not a problem because I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. This place appears to be ok until you encounter a mishap. BAD BAD UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My nails were un even, some shorter than others, some kind of round others square, bumps all over my nails. Very disappointed

I wanna cry from how ugly my pedicure is I didn’t even ask for anything over the top it was a paraffin pedicure with two acrylic toe nails and white polish and the acrylic is so thick and not filed she had to fix them twice and they still look as horrible I’ve came her for so many years but their service is not the same

This place was no good, or at least my lady wasn’t... I wouldn’t even waste your time. She repetitively pushed me to get something more expensive and that I didn’t ask for. Not to mention she rushed so much she ruined my nails & had to go back and fix them. She chose to overlook where she messed up & i pointed them out to her, then she said I don’t see it, even tho she it was obvious. Dont do it

I went in today they charged a basic pedicure 28, I had just went in 2 weeks ago and was charged 22 ??

Do not go Here.. you are rushed on your services so they can get the next person none of them massage well when getting pedi mani don’t even feel like you’ve had one. I’ve express this to owner several time about the attitudes and the unprofessionalism at this establishment the same people are still working there. They don’t give back to community we support them and get terrible services! Also only use cash they hold additional amount if you use credit card and you are not made aware. Do yourself favor if you want good pedi go somewhere else I’ve given up been supporting for 6 will not continue

Went there for a pedicure, the lady clipped my nail too far down and caused a bruise and pain in my toe. When I went back to get a refund the manager was very unprofessional and acted as if it was not a big deal when I clearly have an injured toe. Took forever for me to get my refund and was very unimpressed with the professionalism of the staff. Do not go here.

I went here because it was close to my folks place. I have to say I wasnt a big fan. I tried to tell the tech I needed certain things. Either she didnt listen or get what i was saying three times but it wasnt what I wanted. Then she didnt go to the cuticle line which is a huge pet peeve for me because you do that to make the person come back quicker.

Great Management, Love that they revamp and gave the store a new slick and stylish makeover. Lin has been doing my nails since I was 16 years old has let me down yet and I’m 23 now. Will forever be my go to nail shop! These ladies do get busy, so calling ahead is sometimes best. Walk-Ins are always welcomed of course!

(I’m using my boyfriends account) but this is the worst service I’ve ever had. Got powder dip nails and they had to TRY and re-do them 3 times and they still look really clumpy and not fancy at all. My sister got a pedicure and they rubbed off her skin so hard she started bleeding. I do not recommend this business.

I told the nail tech that one of my nails from the previous set was in pain because my actual nail underneath was ripped so I wanted it to just be soaked but instead she decides to take a drill to my nail and it knocks off a chunk of my actual nail (bleeding) I’m so sick of coming to places where they feel the need to rush. Because the entire time I felt rushed to get out which is unacceptable... then on top of that I continuously told her not to touch the nail that was in pain and she still had the nerve to file it... I will not be coming here again.

I dont know whats up with the negative comments but EVERYTIME I go I have a GREAT EXPERIENCE and they have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the time. I dont care if I moved out of the area I would STILL make my way right here. #askforSTEVE

I have been to many nail salons in the area however this one is special. Each and every nail tech is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They don’t try to pressure you to up-sell, they are courteous and they listen to what you want. Sometimes they get busy so if you don’t want to wait I suggest you make an appointment beforehand. The service is great and my nails are always prefect! Highly recommend this quality salon!

I keep giving this place more chances because I really want to like them. They have gone downhill in the past few years. They do not offer beverages to guests, you have to ask. My biggest issue is cleanliness. The past two times I have been I have had to ASK for a clean towel to put my hands on for them to do my manicure... the towels they have laid down have dust from filing others nails and nail clippings...W. T. F. To make matters worse, they tell you no this is clean towel ......like no.. its actually not.... They do not take their time. It is like they want to get you in and out... I understand they have clients to see, but dont rush what you are doing. Gel manicures have chipped on my mother and I after 1 week of easy use. I am done and ready to give my money to someone who at least pretends they actually care.

Nails were horrible this last time I went . I’ve been going here for awhile. It’s always a hit or miss . Nails were slanted. I don’t understand how some nail techs don’t see it. And act confused. But they sure know how to explain $5 for this and that extra. I think this will be my last time going. $50 waste. I took nails off 3 days later

This nail salon was so clean and inviting. The people are very friendly. I followed my favorite nail tech here. Sydney is the sweetest, coolest nail tech ever. Not only is her personality great but her work.... superb! I’m never disappointed with my nails when she does them. I will continue coming to her again and again. 💕

I followed my favorite nail specialist there. Sydney is AMAZING! She gives her customers an exceptional experience. She really spends time on your tired feet making you feel completely relax. Calluses are gone for weeks. She is genuinely kind, personable and funny.

This was my 2nd time coming here and absolutely loved the service. I went in for a fill on my dip nails (which was my 1st time with dip) and Lisa was really helpful and answered all my questions I had. I asked for square and that’s exactly what I got. I am so pleased with my new nails. They’re natural too and look so good!! I’m totally loving dip and definitely going back to her as my nail tech ❤️!

Customer service could be so much better. Prices are always different. Sometimes they do a good job but sometimes they half ass it. Theyre always in a rush or easily distracted. Its nice inside... just wish their attitude was more welcoming but instead they are cold and snappy.

Got acrylics Saturday the lady kept being ruff, cutting me I only had them for three days and my nails are pilling .

When i moved to Arlington I was so happy to finally find a good salon. Ive been coming here since December and they were doing a great job. However, now that their demand is higher they are doing a HORRENDOUS job. The easiest part of the day is painting the nail and now they cant even do that. Ive been getting my nails done for 15 years and have been utilizing gel polish since it first released. I have NEVER experience a chipped nail or a bubble in my nail. Its been a week and a half since I got them done and my nails are absolutely awful. Very poor job and such a disappoint.Please remember that people pay money for good results. Quality over Quantity is key.

They are quite nice. Nails is all about how long it will last for me so I have still got to see how long will it last but other than that they are good 😊.

Despite what the reviews say..there are a few good nail techs at this location. In fact, Steve is the best nail tech there. He is the most popular so I suggest making an appointment with him. My mother and I always go to him. He actually takes his time.

I have been going to Angel Nails forever!! I’ve also had everyone there do my nails and they are All Great!! And I never have any problems getting an appointment or just walking in. But I do go with Kathy when she’s there and she’s awesome too!

Great place. The salon is huge enough with lots of pedicure chairs. I didnt feel rushed there was no waiting. My experience awesome from start to finish. I will definitely be back. Ask for Syndey for all your pedicure and manicure needs. SHE IS THE BESTEST HANDS DOWN. She makes you feel welcomed and you will leave very satisfied.

I have gone here for years and they aren’t what they used to be. Last year my entire nail came off including my real nail. I decided to give it a try again and it was ok except for the fact that the nail polish was horrible and they came off after a week. I went again to get them done for my birthday and they were so thin that when i lifted an empty box my nail included my real nail split in half. That’s two of my real nails coming off. That’s not ok. I will definitely not be returning and I’ll be looking for a new salon. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been one to post a review, but today they irritated my whole soul. This is not the first time I have been left waiting, to the point I would leave. Today I come in just for an eyebrow wax (because I refuse to let them touch my nails and toes... poor quality and it does not last.) I waited in the wax room for 20 minutes. The only reason someone came then was because a lady came to do someone’s wax. The last time a guy waxed my daughters eyebrows and dropped wax in her eye.. just a horrible place, with poor customer service, and expensive. Even though live in the neighborhood, they will never get another dime of my money.

They do a great job, customer is awesome. And no long wait time.

The women attitudes are SO bad especially the managers. I even stopped getting my nails done here because of the poor service and just get eyebrows arched but they don’t take requests well “I’ve done eyesbrows for 20years” just please do what I ask. Do not recommend.

Today was my first time going here. I decided to go because it was near my home and I didn’t want to drive to my regular nail polar. So I let them know my niece and I were getting pedicures. We waited about 30 minutes then we were serviced. I told them my niece was getting the pedicure for 12 year old. They had the nerve to tell me she couldn’t have that. I said why she’s 12. We went back and forth. When the one guy goes no she can’t have that she pay 25$ He then Says my baby was to big to be 12. The nerve of you talking about my baby weigh and height in front of her. As I type this and thinking about the whole situation. I’m really angry about what took place and I should have left. Very unprofessional and demeaning. Then you talk in your language... I will not ever go back there again. I had to talk to my baby and make her feel secure in who she is.

Tbh, I have been coming to this place for years but recently due to high demand, they do a horrible job. I got my nails done on Friday ( acrylic and gel) and it was already peeling off by sunday. How on earth is that possible and when I came back to complain, I was told to pay more money for it to be fixed and when I said no, the guy who sits by the door said he can’t help because he’s got other clients waiting on him. How rude. I’m not one to spike up a scene so I quietly walked out. Just the worst service

My experience was horrible... I wanted the full set with acrylic nails and not even within an hour after I left the gel polish started to come off... my nails were already crooked. and I paid 37 dollars for it. I wouldve expected for them to take their time and do a good job because it was a weekday and it was around 6:30 and nobody was there

Place was packed when I came. It was my 1st and last time. They put 2 people in the chair before me as offered a older lady a drink didnt ask me if I wanted anything. I had to stand and wait on her to let the water run and apply the plastic to the bowl of the pedicure chair. even after that I just had to sit and sit and sit and wait. No one came to check on me, I couldnt even soak my feet in the scalding water and no 1 never looked up to even notice my feet wasnt soaking. Horrible customer service, under staffed out right rude. Never coming again.

I have been coming to this place for many many years. Jimmy has always done a good job. Today was the worst experience i have ever had at any nail place. Denia rushed threw my mani and pedi. It looks awful. She made a racists comment towards me. I told Jimmy I just spend close to $200 here and would not be back due to her racist comments. It was extremely offensive, upsetting, unperfessional, and unnecessary. She should not be working there and feel controuble making those types comments towards customers. What does it say about this nail place.

Pedicure was great after services I paid using my children father credit card which I use all the time. Fyi he is Vietnamese they question whether or not I stole someone card I showed them my children insurance card to show them Its legit they have the same last name and they didnt believe me As i sat there irritated trying to be nice the man said he gone call the police at the point i was no longer fine i was pissed told them to call the police please do so i can prove yall wrong only reason they did that because of his last name ive never had this problem before at any shop so no i wont though i loved my pedicure i didnt like how they handled me as if i was some thief my money good
