Very sanitary. Nice ladies. I asked for the extra massage which was light and I dont think I got it. I am to a deep massage and it came with 15 minutes and I added 15 more. Feet & legs were not relaxed. True they are unable to serve any beverages due to Covid so NOT their fault. Polish looked lovely. Started coming off on day 3 not good mine normally lasts 3 weeks. Massage chairs are awesome. Thank you.

Please Please Please if you are looking for a great experience DO NOT GO HERE! I thought I should give this place a try but this was by far the worst experience I have had in my life. Nail techs are rough.. they cut me multiple times on my hands and feet and now my skin is peeling around the nail. They lie about prices!!! They will tell you one price before you start and then charge you more and tell you that they never said that. They are rude and a impatient when it comes to choosing colors and designs. My toe polish is sloppy and looks like it has 10 coats on it. No drinks offered. No conversation. Dipped my feet in the water for about two minutes and called it a “pedicure.” I will never come back here again.

My mom and I are from Ohio and wanted a relaxing day out of the house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately taken back for our pedicures. We had a great experience. They were gentle with my mom’s sensitive legs during the massage and with an ingrown nail. They were excellent, professional, and personable.

Everytime I come in to town, I take my brother, sister and myself to get a mani-pedi. Excellent service. Prices teasonable.

They have a hug selection of colors. I like my nails. A little higher in price and the quality is average.

I had a great experience here. I haven’t been to the nail shop in over 6 months so you know my feet was bad. I chose the deluxe pedicure but once the lady saw my feet she recommended the sports spa which was the same amount and much needed. Customer service was good. Will be back for sure!!

DO NOT GO HERE! The nail techs are so UNPROFESSIONAL me and my sister went, and they cut us multiple times on are fingers. my sister nail tech was drilling down to the bed of her nail to where when the lady put the acrylic on it burned. my nail tech had NO control over the drill she let itall over the side of nails and even under my finger till it burned. you could tell both of us were uncomfortable and they looked asked if it burned we shook our heads yes and they laughed. if you are looking to go somewhere for good service do not go here.

T did a great job with my pedicure & manicure! She meticulously removed the old color, cut and shaped my nails in a rounded look, just like I wanted, wrapped my feet in hot towels, painted on the beautiful red color I took in, then topped my Happy July 4th nails with 4 fireworks motif nails (big toes & middle fingers) in red (toes) & blue (fingers) with white, silver, gold sparkles! Absolutely beautiful!!! Good prices and done in an hour and a half. Thank you! Love it!😀😊😎👍

Great location with excellent service. Its a nice place, with a relaxing decor, friendly people, and just around the corner from ice cream, tacos, hair salon, and anything else you need to complete a self care routine! The location is always clean, short wait time, clean restrooms. My favorite people there are Tammy, Jessica, and Victoria. Lots of color options. Solar, gel, powder, acrylic, designs, matte, hombre, spa pedicures, complementary drinks (soda, wine, water, margaritas).

This has been my salon for several years, and Im always very pleased. I use T exclusively for my pedicures and nails because shes amazing! The quality of her work is exceptional and shes very attentive to my wants and needs. Overall, the salon is nice and ALWAYS clean. I highly recommend Hot Nails!

The best place! Thank you guys so much for treating myself and my 3 year old daughter today. The customer service was unbelievable from the time we walked in until we left. Went here to have some nails soaked off, I used to come here when I was in high school before I moved away some years ago. Called prior to coming to see if they were available. The lady I got complained the entire time because my nails were thick (i need them that way, I work with my hands) she acted like I inconvenienced her the entire time. pretty much threw my hands around while filing and soaking because i guess I wasn’t getting the product off fast enough. Nevertheless, probably wont return again for any reason. Not the same friendly environment there was before. Couldn’t get out of the chair fast enough.

I went on Monday with my mom and sisters, we had a not a good time, the lady’s are nice but they want to decide for you my mom wanted a specific color but the lady didn’t like it because a didn’t match I keep telling her that my mom wanted it but she didn’t hear me. So I was like ok fine, then the two lady’s were having a long conversation they did not realize that they were hurting our legs and I said that it hurt but she got mad and pulled my leg. So that was another incident & the last one after I got out I started having a allergic reaction in my nails my whole hand is itching and red. To be honest I don’t know what it’s, my legs are itching as well.••I have my own nail stylist here in Grand Prairie I came to here because my mom and sister had a gift card from this place and I decided to try it place out, i can’t recommend it place. But I putting 2 stars just because the safety is good and they taking all the precautions. & that’s all.

Rose is an AWESOME nail tech! Never an issue or concerns with doing what you want. She genuinely cares about the customer and their desires. Never pressure to do something that you dont want. Always pleased with her work! You WONT be disappointed.

Would not recommend this place for its customer service as some reviews mentioned below. Should have followed reviews.Not the kindest group of nail techs. Not welcoming, only receptionist male was. I was not offered any drinks as advertised; should have known then. I did 2 services which I did feel was overcharged in the end, compared to advertised price. I was mentioned pricing beforehand but when comparing menu prices I was not satisfied. Will not recommend or return for any services. When I pay for services I like customer service to be of utmost diligence, especially bc Im one to tip super generously.

We came the first day they were able to open after the Mandated closure. They had excellent practices in place to protect both the employees and the customers!!! Cammi gave me a fantastic pedicure!!! So glad we came today!!! Highly recommend!!!

Covid must have increased their prices. I will never go here again. First and last time. This was not worth $40. All I got was a full set acrylic and coffin shaped nails for a charge of $40. No color added.

I went there with my daughter to spend time with her. To get are nails done.I just got mine painted but she got power nails. Will not go back. I felt cause I didnt spend a lot on my nails. They would discard me and not think twice. Which they did. Left me under the uv light and didnt tell me how long I was suppose to stay under there. I am very fair. Not pleased.

Let me just say its not a bad place, but they are lacking in some areas. My daughter and I got a pedicure. She got the regular one and I got the deluxe. Both of our nail polishes were clunky looking. You can see big thick spots of polish on our big toes. We both felt rushed. My toe nails werent filed evenly, and she didnt buff my nails before polishing them. As far as the pros. The massage was great! The women at the front counter is really nice and has great customer service. The place is really clean, and the prices are comparible to other establishments in the area. They offered us both soda and water. I read they have margaritas here. Cant confirm that.

Hana does an amazing pedicure! Had the lavender spa pedi and she took her time and made it a relaxing experience. I always go to Hot Nails and have never had a bad experience, but I will for sure request Hana on my future trips to the spa!

I love going here. I usually only work with Wendy (by appointment) and when I need to get in on her off day I am seen rather quickly by another nail tech. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen, the prices are in line with the quality services provided and the staff are very attentive.

So today due to the holidays I had to go to a different nail salon, but I completely regret it I should have waited to get home so I could go to hot nails and spa, they are awesome! I just left from getting a shellac manicure. This was my second time coming to this salon, first time was to get a pedicure. So I decided to try them again for a manicure since I have just moved to Texas and I am in search of a nail salon. The first time was far better than this times experience. I did NOT feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The nail tech seemed to have an attitude from the moment I sat in the chair as if I werr waisting her time. While my nails turned out okay, she seemed to rush through doing my nails. I inquired about if they do hand massages as part of getting a manicure because the nail tech went straight to painting my nails and only after I inquired is when a hand massage was given and even that was rushed. I asked for a design on my ring fingers and another lady did a very simple design that didnt take more than 10 minutes (if that) to do. When I checked out, I gave a very gracious gratuity, DESPITE the poor customer service. But then I was asked if I was going to give a separate gratuity for the other person that did my design (in which I didnt know another lady was going to do my design...and once again it was a very simple design that didnt take very long to do)...Needless to say, I dont think I will be coming back to this salon. Poor customer service is definitely a deal breaker for me.

Look at my acrylic nails with white tip, so beautiful and clean. I like their service and strongly recommend this salon for any lady who wants great looking nails. The staffs are so professional and they understand their customers well. Beside good service, the equipment are so new and fancy. I like their massage chairs that look luxury and feel comfortable. I just want to sit on it a whole day. Nice place, nice people.

This is my go to place, Rose is super patient and sweet and always takes care of me. The place is clean and neat and very conveniently located.

It was okay. I feel like my pedicure was rushed. She didn’t clean under my toenails and she didn’t get under my big toe when doing the callus removal. My pedicure took 20 minutes max (deluxe pedicure at that.)

My first experiences here today were really good. The place was very clean salon with attractive decor and relaxing atmosphere. Their pedi chairs were still in good condition and really comfortable. Also their customer services were really great and the works were outstanding. I was really pleased with the way my nails came out. Highly recommended!

My sister introduced me to this place and she gave me some coupons. I was very pleased with my visit! I went for a manicure and pedicure combo and it was perfect. The ladies are very attentive and nice. They have a variety of colors from gel to regular nail polish. Now I know why my sister likes to go to this place.

I have been going to this Salon for years. I wont go anyplace else because they are very clean. They put a plastic liner in the pedicure chair that they change out for each person. Years ago I got the dreaded nail fungus and I never want to go through that again ! I always have a great experience and everyone is so nice. The owners are very involved and want you to be taken care of. Their facial waxing is excellent too

Me and my mom went to have a day together as a gift for mothers day. We both got pedicures that were great, the ladies did a great job and were really nice, that was definitely 5 star service. But when it came to our nails we were less than satisfied. My mom got a manicure and it was alright but still not great, but what was really upsetting was my full set. My lady was very rough and made two of my cuticles bleed and then she did a very poor job on the color, didnt/couldnt do the design I wanted then the design I settled for was still pretty crappy, plus she didnt properly dry my nails so they smudged and nicked before I even got home, Im gonna have to go buy nail polish now to fix it.

Staff is never pleasant and they have never done my dips well. Today I figured I would get a pedicure, since my regular place is closed for the week, and they managed to complain about taking off my glitter polish, complain that the polish I picked was glitter and almost empty, and then put on too thick coats of gel polish without setting it so now they wont cure. Never again!

Always my first choice when getting my nails done in Arlington! Ive been using them since I moved here six years ago. Everyone is polite and does a great job. Prices are great on the many options they have as well. I have not been pleased with anyone else in the area.

Sad to say I’ll never return. Nails were not shaped as requested. All were too short as different shapes and lengths. The tech kept blaming me. And I had to pay $45 for a bad service. Manager could care less. I was a customer for over a year.

Came back home from a long tired business trip, and decided to treat myself good by giving this place a shot. I got 1 hour Swedish massage and so please with their services. All of my stress went away. I could feel my skin much smoother. So worth time and money. Would like to be back to try something different.

I just moved from Los Angeles, California to Arlington, Texas and needed my nails and feet done. Im happy I chose Hot Nails! The wait was less than 5 min. I was made to feel welcome. They did a great job with my mani/pedi. Ill definitely be coming back.

They were great to have in a pinch. I called ahead of time and checked with the owner to find out what time they took their last clients because I knew they closed at 7:30 and my daughter and I were wanting mani-pedis. He told me to come on in and they would get me in. My nail technician did an amazing job on my nails, and we had a great pedicure. The only reason for the three stars is because I think they are pricey compared to other salons that I have had comparable service. Normally my daughter and I get out around $90 plus tip and here it came out to $120 plus tip. But still good to have when you are crammed on time.

I love my nails. Ill be going back. Lots of stations. A lot of tects as well.

I have been going to Hot Nails every 2 weeks for 15+ years, ever since they first opened. I have had excellent service here consistently each & every time (and Im picky!). Owners are very accommodating if you cant find the exact color youre looking for or need anything else. They have an outstanding masseuse, Carol Ann, who somehow puts you in a complete state of relaxation minutes into an hour-long massage. I cant say enough good things about the owners, Don & Le. They have built this spa from a small nail shop to a luxury experience spa. I have numerous friends, relatives, and friends that are teachers that come here too and its our little hour-long escape from busy life. All the nail techs are very talented.

The ladies here are always so sweet, always smiling and very professional. Im always trying new salons in the area, but this is definitely one of my favorites.

They always do a great job on my nails and toes

It was very nice and the women very attentive.But Ive only had my nails on two days and two nails are already popping up from my nails. I havent even done any dishes. I am very dissatisfied. Thought they would last longer than 2 days.Went back and was treated very nicely they fixed my nails and were so sweet! I will go back again!!

I knew this was going to be a good experience the minute I walked in the door! This salon is beautiful & clean! The massage chairs look like new & work well!!Sydney did my manicure and it is just beautiful! She listened to my idea, said she could do it but my nails were too short, said she had an idea, told me, I approved! She offered to do 1finger & if I didnt like it we would figure out something else!! Her design is awesome!! Very classy but with a little bling!! She is very friendly and even gave me a quick upper neck massage!!Rose gave me an excellent pedicure, she spent an hour!! My feet are really dry & rough but they are soft & smooth now!! She did suggest a few extras to help with the dryness and they really helped & she was not pushy at all!! Gave an excellent foot & leg massage & a cute flower design on my big toes!This place is just awesome!! They are very friendly & interact with their clients instead of each other like other salons I have been to!! They listen to what you want and do it!! They might suggest a couple of extras but they are not pushy about it!! They spend their time and you dont feel rushed through!! The best & most relaxing time I have ever had at a salon!! I went yesterday to get a set of gel nails. The nail tech talked me in to getting powder instead. I am pleased with the powder, however I am not very happy with the job that was done. I have been filling down all the sides of my nails and rough edges. My nails and skin were stuck together underneath and over the skin on the sides. (More than half were like this). They quickly began to get sore from the product being in the wrong places. The nail tech was obviously rushing the get it done and get me out of her chair. I wont be back.

Well I was not happy with my experience at all. Im a guy so my experience is always a little different than women, but I have searched the dfw area for a decent nail salon that wont be sexist towards me and yet again I have still not found one. I walked in with my daughter and wanted 2 manicures, I told the lady at the front desk that I personally wanted one of my nails dipped. she said that was no problem. I ALWAYS paint 1 single finger nail for an awareness project Im apart of. We waited and waited, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, lots of chairs and I only had to wait about 15 min to get a chair, but then me and my daughter waited ANOTHER 15 min in the chair for a tech. Already unhappy, but it wasnt overboard so I didnt get too upset. IMMEDIATELY as my tech came to our table, she sat in front of me and told me she had another appointment coming so she was going to do mine instead of my daughter. This is somewhat normal because most men dont care all that much, sooo I spoke up and was very straight forward. I told her I was picky and I wanted my cuticles pushed back, I wanted my nails buffed smooth, I wanted 1 nail painted and the others clear. I told her to I needed them done really well. (Spoiler alert: I do nail art) She said ok, and I decided not to get the dip cause I didnt want her to mess it up being in a rush.She sat in front of me, barely worked on my cuticles, only used the most coarse side of the buffer (which scratched my nails to hell) put lotion on my hands for a total of about 15 seconds, told me to go wash my hands, shaped them in the most awkward way and put clear on them. Then with the painted one, I was VERY specific. I wanted a matte black with a series of gloss lines. Even showed her a picture. She put a gloss black on the whole nail and then tried to put gloss lines and said look you cant even see the lines my response, well you didnt put the matte top coat on yet. Seemingly Annoyed, she finally did it the way I wanted, but I could still see the scratches through all the paint and clear and my nails were all crooked. Now, for my daughter, she immediately told me that the design she wanted was a sticker and couldnt be done on her small nails. (spoiler alert: I DO NAIL ART) but this was a day for me any my girl to be pampered and she wanted to go to a salon with me. The lady didnt even want to try. They wouldnt put a freaking flower on her thumb and they didnt put a top coat on her nails. They probably though I was an idiot. Will I go back, I dont know, probably not, would I recommend them, probably not, but again I am a man and Im sure they pay more attention to women. I wish I could find a good nail salon that will treat me as good as they treat women. (First world problems). In the end, I jus t finished RE-DOING my own nails after paying someone else all so my daughter could just enjoy her time with me and not have to hear me complain. So here I am complaining. I hope this salon learns from this post that some men actually like the pampering and care about themselves.

Nor great not even good or ok. Went yesterday and was looking g forward to trying this place because ice heard good reviews . I work 12 hrs a day all week so I had Friday and Saturday off and took my mom and I for a nice relaxing pedi.. or so I thought. At first it seemed nice, mom was looking for a specific color name and brand and one of the younger girls helped her find it but when it came time to pick our pedi type I asked for gel mom regular polish, the lady I had told me that it was going to be too expensive for me as of to say I couldnt afford it, and then whilst getting our pedis I noticed my mom was finished way before I was and I got the most basic or pedicures because thats what my tech wanted to do and mom had gotten the deluxe pedi that might I add states its a 40 or 45 min long pedi! She got a few slaps on the legs and a quick flick of polish and at the end when I was paying I was asked to tip both ladies evenly. I politely said no I would tip $5 due to the service and they can split that between them. So moral of the story I am definitely sticking with American nail spa next to the parks mall!

Got an amazing and relaxing pedicure from this nail salon! My mom and my sister told me about this salon and how good it was so I went out to try it for myself and it was probably the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon.

If I could give this awful place zero stars I would but I had to at least give it one star. These people yeah give you free nasty margaritas at that but also wanted to charge me extra for their mistake. I went in the next day for them to fix my nails and they wanted to charge me $20 after I just paid for a $45 set that was supposedly dip. She then had to contact the owner of the spa so I could get my nails redone, and the lady cut me. I will never be returning here again and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone either. For what they’re worth you might as well go to the place off of berry in Fort Worth that’s way cheaper and they won’t cut you

I had no appointment and was running around trying to find a place they were able to get me in with less than a 5 min wait. The staff was really nice talked alot with each other but nice. This place is good for a last minute option but my toe nails and finger nails cut n filed were crooked and there was paint left on my skin from were they didnt clean it afterwards. Overall i give them a 3.5 my nails and toes are cute just dont look to close lol...

Horrible customer service! Lisa was very rude and had an attitude the whole time while doing my feet, because I asked her to file my toenails. This is the first time ever coming to a nail shop where they have to look at your nails and determine how much a refill would be. However after being dissatisfied one lady came to me and apologized for the service!

Hot nails? More like hot mess. The nail lady was super rough. It seemed like she didnt know nexgen well because the dip was lumpy and uneven. She cut two of my real nails causing her to place a tip on them, but then she tried to charge extra for that. She also quite rough and caused my cuticles to bleed. Also took her 2 hours to produce less than mediocre nails. And when everything was said and done, they tried to charge me $50 for service they said would be $35.

This place has exceptional quality to their work, however sometimes the technicians can lack tact such as telling you that you rlly need your eyebrows done or commenting on a friends acne. I dont know that the person meant her comments maliciously, I just thought it was unprofessional and it seemed to hurt my friends feelings.
