I went with 3 friends and all of us were incredibly unhappy with our experience. First, during coronavirus they were not wearing gloves and had to be asked to put them on. Secondly, all of our manicures are uneven and sloppy. One of my friends got gel polish and it peeled off her nail the second she walked out the door. I left with bleeding nail beds. This place is TERRIBLE. Do not go.

I have never written a review before. I’m not being dramatic, this is the worst nail experience I have ever had. My gel nail polish immediately peeled off upon leaving the store. My friends cuticles were bleeding from the roughness. Never returning

I was in town for work and this place was conveniently located so I decided to stop in. It was completely empty. They took their time but were very rough, my nail beds hurted and the side of my thumb was cut. I was charged 50 dollars for a manicure which I thought was very overpriced but I paid and left. Never returning again. I hope others have a better experience.

A REAL pedicure! Finally a place that gives a pedicure and doesn’t seem to be in a race to get you out of the chair in record time. Very conveniently located in a shopping center with parking too! It was a very clean shop and reasonably priced too. I will be back!

Ive been a regular patron for the past 15 years. Lee, the owner, is awesome & Sanita is my favorite technician.The shop is always clean. The ladies are always professional & do an awesome job.

I went here for years and loved the outstanding service and the quality of the work. But several years ago I had an manicurist who complained about the policies and practices of the new owner. A few weeks later, I had a different manicurist who gave me a bad gel manicure, and who wanted to fix it tomorrow and I had to insist that it be done then. I havent been back.

Great pedicure and very clean. The manager was super polite and welcoming. Will be back for a pedicure, HOWEVER, by far one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten. The tech did not apply the polish coats evenly so you can see layers were she she did the entire nail but on the following coats she stopped before getting to top of nail. I am a cuticle biter so the cuticle tear in picture is in no way shape or form this salons fault. This picture of the nail polish is only after two days! In summary, I highly recommend for a pedicure but would avoid for a regular manicure.

Fashion Nails was recommended highly by an adult neighbor. I was looking for somewhere to take my 9 and 6 year old daughters for a special treat. They were really looking forward to it.I can say that it was clean and that my 6 year old had a great experience. Lovely young lady helped her. However, my 9 year old was almost in tears - she was helped by Lee, who was not only not kid-friendly, but not friendly at all - actually, I found her to be downright mean. My nail polish was poorly done, but it was how my daughter was treated that will lead me to never take my business there again and to warn others to steer clear - particularly if youre looking for an enjoyable day with your daughter or granddaughter.

I am giving them a bad review because the owner tried to get over. I received my pedicure and she stated the polish was dry. By the time I got home, the polish was smashed. I informed her on my next appointment that she would need to do them over due to her negligence and she said ok. At the time of my departure she then wanted to charge me for a polish change/$15 at that.. I had been a loyal customers for moons and obviously my loyalty (coming from Maryland to Virginia) means NOTHING..FAIL

I have been coming here along with members of my family for 13 years. We dont let anyone else touch our hands and feet. Care and professional attention at its best!

Staff are great, Ive had Manis and pedis and eyebrows done there multiple times and service is always great.

Be very wary of getting waxing done here unless you get Lee. Ive had one horrible experience - and two mediocre ones with new people - and it will take a month for my eyebrows to recover from the latest experience.
